Well I chose this company because of Troy who was treating my neighbor lawn and I spoke to him about my lawn. He s very detailed and knowledgeable about weeds( ) I now know more than expected. What I didn t know according to this review is that you do landscaping. Whenever I have a concern about my grass your company is right there to help. I m looking forward to seeing how my grass will be greener on this side of the fence my neighbors are so envious. It s a new year and my lawn is being prepped for the season. Troy rang my doorbell but I couldn t answer so he did his thing and left me instructions about the maintenance of my lawn. 7/2024 Im now being served with pest control mosquito /spiders maintenance and I expect nothing less than a try to control Gods flying and crawling insects to be control by the costly treatment .Nexgreen is on it if I have concerns.Every technician that has service my lawn been very nice and professional.

Called company today (10/18/2024) to cancel service, asked for cancellation in writing said they would not provide one. but assured me they will cancel my service. This is my second (and last) time using this service.

Even though everyone asks for a google review I believe this one needs to be here. Nexgreen has the BEST staff. The office provides cheerful wonderful customer service who listens, cares, and get things done as if youre their only client. The Techs are all terrific, but when the company hears of a bad apple tech they pluck them outta there. My last service was with Marriah and she was so outstanding that I was compelled to send a note to management of her exceptional performance which obviously came from a caring professional heart. She asked if my dog needed to potty and started on the front to give her time to do so. While moving quickly and efficiently she was very mindful of gardens and personal property while noticing every blade of grass to provide any special attention if needed. Ive had many other great techs too and my beautiful lawn proves how they all care, but Marriah has that extra special something. Life happens, but Nexgreen has been a constant that I never have to worry about. Try them and youll be a lifetime customer who feels like family.

Very nice and professional, the service itself is pretty quick as well. Got the spider and mosquito spray and it made a HUGE difference. Didn t cost a lot either, very fair prices. Strongly recommend!

I used NexGreen at my last house and was very happy. When I moved I decided to do my own and it looks great but I am tried I doing it and struggling to stay on schedule. I contacted another local comany waited more than a week for a quote. Decided I was sick of waiting. Contacted NexGreen and within minutes had the quote and was better than I was expecting! Hats off to Bar and his crew at NexGreen in Sterling Heights! I moved into a new house and my new turf was struggling to stay green, thick and healthy. I started out fertilizing myself and ended up hiring company after company and the results just weren t there. I saw Nexgreens sign on a lawn a couple years ago so I gave them a call and Bar helped me build a program that would get my lawn where it needed to be and just like that my lawn is in the best shape of its life! I highly recommend asking for Bar when you call NexGreen to maintain your lawn this year!

Turf has noticeably improved since I started using Nexgreen, and I appreciate the eco-conscious approach.

I liked the service last year, but this year, no call, just showed up and sent me a bill. Didnt like that at all... no contact or prewarning and I have a dog... so it matters when they spray.. too early and lapse of judgement on no call. Couldnt email .. as got NO Reply on invoice email.... so had to stop work to call and say .. hey what are you doing... ??!!

On year 2 of their fertilizer program with grub control and I cant speak highly enough about them. They service over 15 properties on my account, the lawns are always weed free and healthy and I have never had any issues. Customer service, (shout out to Bar) is exceptional. Have kept lawn look nice for a number of years

Recently started up with NeXGreen lawn service. Easy to communicate with the office, and the tech they sent out did a thorough job, then issued a follow up email with observations and recommendations. Very pleased so far. (Fertilizing & weed control)

Great products when sprayed two times per season. I live on the lake where spiders love the surroundings. Expensive, but worth the spider control.

After each service, we receive a written report detailing what was done, and recommendations on watering of lawn, trees, shrubs. Another plus for this company is when you pay for an entire season up front, you get a discount. The office staff is responsive and thorough when replying to inquiries.

Lawn care: Staff very helpful when setting up a program to meet our needs. They were out to fertilize our lawn exactly when they said they would be.

I would highly recommend NeXGreen over any other competitors in the area. After reading some of the reviews for the larger national lawn services I was hesitant on hiring any lawn care company. My experience with NeXGreen was quite the opposite. The tech always stopped in before or after the service to explain what that did and why. Took the time to walk me around my law and show me problem areas that were treated or needed my attention and gave instruction on how to fix. Last spring I thought our lawn was beyond repair and contemplated having it re-sodded. A friend in the lawn care business recommended them so I figured I would try them out as a last ditch effort. Within a couple months my lawn made a complete turn around. I even had some of my more meticulous neighbors stop by and compliment the turn around it made.

I have enjoyed every encounter with NexGreen. Theyre helpful, polite and very responsive.

I used NexGreen and worked with Bar to service my needs for my lawn. Bar was responsive and provided excellent customer service. Many of the reps that came out to my home were knowledgeable, professional, and provided a great quality service. Would recommend.

I signed up for annual lawn fertilization, grub control and tree and shrub feeding. The staff are very professional and yet make my interaction with them feel quite personal. The service is excellent. NexGreen is a good company to do business with.

Ive been using NexGreen services for a few years and every season my lawn is healthier. The Techs always leave a progress report and suggestions. In the past, I have used Scotts, Trugreen and Hersch, but none of them came close to making my lawn greener. Im looking forward to this spring. After over-seeding, my lawn should be fuller.

Best service hands down

Our home has about an acre of lawn and we have used just about every major weed control service in our area. We even took one firm to small claims court and won when they destroyed our lawn a few years ago. Then we found and hired NexGreen and in one Spring and Summer they completely recovered our lawn. They eliminated the weeds, brown spots, bare spots on our lawn from the former company and restored our lawn better than it had ever looked! Its worth the money! They are professional and know their business and they personalize your needs and get the job done! We highly recommend this company!!

Nexgreen is the best lawn service company in Oakland county. They brought our dead lawn back to life and we re always great to work with. Professional, responsive and overall a great company. Would 100% recommend their services and expertise.

We have used NexGreen since moving into our home. They are very professional. Everyone in the office has been great with answering our questions and scheduling services. The technicians send an note with their service summary to let us know what they did and along with suggestions on how to care for our lawn. When we see them in person they are very friendly and accommodating. We use the following services: lawn fertilization, liquid aeration, spider treatment, grub control, and mosquito/flea/tick prevention. Would definitely recommend them!

I started using NexGreen five years ago after their competitor messed up my lawn. Since then I ve had the greenest lawn on the block and got several of my neighbors to switch over. They have always been professional and I never had to call them to retreat my lawn for missed areas like I did with the other company. I highly recommend getting the aeration services in the fall so you will have an extremely green lawn in the spring.A+ service all the way with these guys

In the early part of 2021 I hired Nexgreen for spider control services, then in the fall I had a lot of spiders and hired them again. Both requests for service were initiated by me making a phone call and requesting there services. The second spraying did not seem to be as effective as the first and I still was have spider issues in my home. That brings us to spring of 2022 I decided to look for a different company for spider control and hired one ( they came out and sprayed). About 3 weeks later NexGreen arrive at my home without my prior request or knowledge and sprayed my home without my consent. Now they are billing me for the spraying, 202.00. When I spoke to them and told them that I did not request there services, they told me that they had placed me (without my knowledge or authorization) in there automatic enrollment program and that I was notified by mail in one of their advertisements and that if I didnt call and remove my name from there list that I would be automatically serviced and billed. I never read their advertisement, did not have knowledge of their game plan for my wallet. They told me that if I was unhappy that I could pay them half and they would accept that as payment. But if I didnt they were going to turn me over to a collection agency and destroy my credit. This is extortion, the are running a scheme. Do to the companies unethical approach to doing business I do not recommend there services. I might have hired them this year again if their second spraying was as effective as there first that they did in 2021.

We are new customers and have been very pleased with the service both in the office and the yard work itself. Sue, Emily and Marriah have kept us up to date on the timeline as well as offering suggestions that will make our lawn better. The applications are already showing results.

I have used Nexgreen for probably 8 years now. My lawn has always looked great until the last couple of years. Last year 2021 I called them because my lawn was looking really bad and noticed I was also skipped one month. They came out to look at my lawn and agreed that it did look bad and were very apologetic about missing one of my applications. They ended up giving me some free services (aeration and seeding) in hope that my lawn would look better in 2022. I decided to stay with them since they stepped up for the mishap and were going to try and get my lawn looking good again. Well 2022 came and it was looking OK, but I noticed both my neighbors lawn on both sides were much greener than mine. On September 21, 2022 I looked up my service dates and the last time I was serviced was July 27, 2022 . Once again my service was skipped and my lawn has suffered because of it. I called them on September 21th and they said I was scheduled to be done ASAP. I decided to cancel their service. In the beginning years my grass looked like a golf course. I m not sure if they changed their fertilizer formula in the past two/three years, but something has definitely changed and my lawn has suffered for it.

NexGreen has been caring for my yard for a couple of years now and it is much healthier. Their quote came in under the well-known competitor. They are flexible to work around your schedule if necessary and handle special requests without any issues. The employees are competent and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

NexGreen is the best! Environmentally conscious and informed technicians always make sure the safest products are used during an application! I have a dog and very young children and would chose no other company to service my property! After one year of six applications, my turf has surpassed my neighbors by a mile.
