I requested a quote for snow removal and lawn care for a 84 year old. I get an email stating no availability. So if there is no availability, why is your website this up advertising your services. five minutes later I received a message from their office. It stating they do NOT do residential snow at all. Nor do they do residential lawn services in Sterling Heights. It is a shame that your business is located in Sterling Heights , but you dont service the citys customers.

I have relied on Dynamic Lawn to apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides to my lawn for about four years now. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Since I hired them, my lawn looks like golf course grass. Eddie C and Jeff come out regularly for the seasonal sprayings. They are so nice. If Im outside, They will always stop to ask if Im happy with my services or having any issues with my lawn! I appreciate this extra perk!! All of the techs can answer any questions. I also use them for my weekly cutting and trimming. I have been very happy with all the cuts. Cody and John have been cutting it this year! John has been with me all summer and is ALWAYS such a hard worker. He is so eager to please me! He takes his time, pays attention to detail, and makes my lawn look very nice! Since Cody has been off, Tyler or Chad have been working with John! All three of them deserve special recognition for a job well done. Cody, John, Tyler, and Chad are very welcoming and are all perfectionists in their work! I also want to give kudos to Brad. He keeps my irrigation system working perfectly. All of the Dynamic employees are very customer friendly. I want to thank you all for the quality of your work and also for being so reliable and trustworthy!

This is my fourth-year with Dynamic Lawn. My lawn looks better than it ever has. The Dynamic crew is so professional and know exactly what chemicals my lawn needs with each application. Eddie C. is very knowledgable. He welcomes any questions. If he doesnt know, hell have the proper person call me. He really cares! I noticed a few small problem areas in my front and back yard last year. I had tech Justin look at it while he was here for our early fall lawn application. He quickly diagnosed it as an active grub problem! Adam called me this year to explain his grub attack plan. I use their lawn cutting services also. Cody and Tyler came out this week to cut my lawn. I had never met them. They did a very professional, impressive job. They were fast but thorough. I couldnt have been happier. After speaking with them, it is apparent they enjoy their jobs. Being customer friendly goes along ways. I really hope to see them again!

Be very careful hiring this company. I review many companies and rarely provide a 1 star review. Dynamic has many issues from the owner Jeff to Frank one of his Foreman. It is alarming to discover that many of his crew have absolutely zero experience and are leads and foreman. Discovered this when a 18 year old Jacob who admitted had zero experience or training was a foreman and broke a fence by accident and lack of experience. It is clear after carefully reviewing the business that most of the reviews are his friends and family or completely made up. Almost every reviewer only reviewed his business? No definitely not. If you research you will find most are fake. The company went from a 4 to a 4.8 in less than a month. Thats never happen in the history of Google reviews. Any reviewer that has only posted 1 review is typically associated or fake. Dynamic has to do damage control due to Frank and Jeff hiring guys with absolutely zero experience and then putting them as foreman (yes this happened several times). Probably best to call someone else.

I have been with this company for quite a number of years. Frank is superb treating my trees and shrubs. In the past, Eddie has been just excellent treating my lawn. This year, Malik is servicing my lawn very well. He is always very polite giving me my service pre-call. He listens when I make a special request and makes helpful notes on my service report. I really appreciate that Dynamic tries very hard to give us the same technicians for the year and beyond. Thank you also for having competitive and fair pricing as well.

I had an appointment scheduled to get a couple of sprinkler pipes repaired. No one showed up, nor called to tell me they werent coming. I called, but they had closed for the day. I called the next day and asked why no one showed and was told they dont know why but could reschedule me for next week. Well, they didnt show up again for the second appointment. I even tried calling before they closed, but they had already turned the phones off. I will not waste my time waiting for them for a third time. Horrible customer service.

Very happy with the outcome of Dynamic Lawns Services. Much better than my previous company who apparently went out of business. I may be paying a bit more than the last company but I can see it is worth every penny. I even have them do a perimeter bug application around my house. I havent seen a bug inside since. Keep up the great work Dynamic.

I used a different company for many years. Nervous to have someone else take of my trees and lawn. Now I wonder why I didnt do it earlier. My lawn hasnt look this good in years. I just had Brad service a sprinkler head that was damaged when I had my lawn aerated last fall. What a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He quickly repaired the sprinkler head and was very helpful with recommending a new controller since my was going bad. I used Dynamic Lawn Last year for fertilization and other services like lawn aeration and sprinkler winterization. I was very happy with the crew and the services they provided. I will be signing up for their services this year.

My fertilizer guy is the best. He is always on time, takes extra care of my lawn and always calls the day before and adjusts the schedule as needed.

I have had Dynamic Lawn & Landscape lawn and tree services for several yrs, specifically, their Deciduous Tree Protection Pgm and also their Spring Deep Root Tree Fertilization Pgm. My dogwood tree and crabapple trees are now disease free and thriving with these pgms. Im a very happy customer. Also, very pleased with their Lawn Fertilization Pgm. They are very attentive to their customers.

One year into their lawn fertilizer treatments my lawn looks incredible! Nice to see a noticeable difference compared to other fertilizer companies I ve used in the past.

My lawn was over fertilized and burned terribly. I contacted the office and a tech was sent out and confirmed that my lawn was over fertilized and burned. After calling the office and being told that my account would be credited and I d have nothing to worry about. So fast forward to last week I received a letter from a collection company for the service that ruined my lawn. I ve gotta say this is a pretty lousy business practice. I definitely will not be doing business with Dynamic Lawn care again. Don t let them ruin your lawn too.

I have been using Dynamic Lawn and Landscape for years and couldn t be happier. My lawn always looks beautiful. The technicians are delightful and the customer service is fantastic. But what I love most about Dynamic is their pest control. A few years back, I moved into an older home in a wooded area and the bugs inside and outside the house were horrendous. I was killing 15+ bugs a week. After Dynamic came and sprayed their pest control I could see a tremendous difference in the amount of bugs I had in my home. By the 3rd month of treatment I had hardly any bugs. Thanks to Dynamic, I ve been able to relax and enjoy my house and beautiful backyard.

We have lived in Macomb County for over 20 years and have done business with three different landscaping companies. Of the three Dynamic was by far the best. Dynamic Lawn and Landscape has just completed a 67 foot privacy hedge across our back yard. We asked for suggestions on how and what type of landscaping bushes would work best. Tony, the Vice President of Operations, came out to our home personally and gave us a number of options. We chose one of his options. The landscaping team from Dynamic started and completed the job as promised. They did an excellent job, cleared all debris, did not harm any other landscaping on our property or our neighbors. In the future, when we have a need for any other landscaping services, we will definitely call Dynamic Landscaping.

There have been several instances where a problem surfaced with my lawn not a result of my service (bent grass; blue fescue) and Jeff took the time to explain why it happened, and how to fix it! I had a recent small incident happened where grass got burnt from couple of places in back/side yard and they admitted first hand that it accidentally happened due to their fertilizer equipment, They repaired and seeded the affected area and took care of the whole issue with much courtesy. This was my first year with Dynamic Lawn & Landscaping. I called because the irrigation company I had been with suddenly went out of business. Brad came out to start the system this past spring. He was prompt, professional and polite. It turned out that I needed a bit of work on my old system. Brad, again, was honest with the extent of the issue. He fixed the problems and I had no other issues for the remainder of the season. I will be using Dynamic again next year!

We hired them to redesign both front and back yard of newly purchased home. Stated what we would like (remove trees and shrubs, new grass, and design front differently). They worked out a design we liked and accepted. We had brick in front of house and around the light pole and the work the brick men did was amazing. Totally impressed by them. They were profession and every evening the yard was cleaned up (no messes). The workers were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. They had to replace part of irrigation system also. For several years Dynamic Lawn and Landscape has been servicing my lawn...and doing a great job! I have the aeration service performed in the fall. I am writing to compliment Michael Vince. He called me ahead of time to tell me when he was coming, he aerated the lawn perfectly, and left me a note as to what he had done. Michael Vince is an excellent representative for Dynamic.

All I wanna say before you call dynamic you need to know they never gonna do the backyard thx to my cameras that s how i find out they never did the backyard and they ll do 50% of your front yard he was in my house 3 minutes only he spent more time to put the bill on my door that he spent on the yard then when you call and complain you going to talk to Jeff and he will try to offer you some sweet deal that I did not except because he got caught cheating the system and the customer

We have been using dynamic for our fertilizer/pest control for the past 3 years and they have done an excellent job. We recently hired them to install new landscaping in front and behind our house. Tony was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right design and plant selection for our needs. We had delays that pushed our install date from the end of 2020 to the spring of 2021 and Tony was very helpful in rescheduling our job. They crew that came out was very professional, completed the entire front and back prep, layout and install in one day. They final product looks great and we are extremely happy.

We are satisfied and very happy about the updated landscaping job that Tony and his crew were able to accomplish! They did every single thing that was on our list. They are phenomenal! My husband and I highly recommend Dynamic Lawn and Landscape. Our beds were downsized and grated for new planting. All debris in the beds was removed. The sprinkler heads were moved. Several old yews were taken out, black diamond edging was replaced, existing bushes were trimmed, mulch was installed in all flower beds in the front and backyard. We had 28 Emerald Green Arborvitae planted in the backyard. Fantastic company!

Our front landscaping was in desperate need of a refresh, as our home is @25 yrs. old. We were so indecisive on what to do. We wanted to keep some trees, plants, but add new as well. I must have smashed my green thumb clean off as a child because every plant i have ever owned was on barrowed time ...and my lawn was no different; its countdown had begun. My lawn even on a good day at dusk and from a good distance was starting to look like hot garbage and i was ready to give up all hope that it could ever look respectable. This company saved the day! I had horrible mosquitos as I live close to the water and entertaining in the summer can be quite a mess. Dynamic Lawn and Landscape recently added landscaping to our backyard. We have a large retaining wall and they cleaned it up and added mulch and ground cover. The also put in 13 arborvitaes, mulch and grass seed. Their crew members are professional and did a detailed job, making sure everything looked perfect and cleaned up. Dynamic Lawn and Landscape did a fantastic job getting rid of the weeds in front of our building and then laying down new sod. It looks beautiful! They also re-shaped our flower beds. We hired the Dynamic team after watching how careful and professional they were re-doing a neighbors landscaping. While ours was not a big job -- removing 22-year-old overgrown front shrubs and trees, and replacing them with new, fresh and low-maintenance plants -- they gave our job superior attention. From meeting with Tony, to developing a design/plan and selecting the appropriate plants, to removal of old plants and roots, adding borders and topsoil, planting, mulching, waste removal, cleaning up and moving sprinklers, they were very professional and careful. We couldnt be happier. They did the whole job in just two days, and squeezed the work in prior to a family event we planned to host. Were getting compliments from all our neighbors. I highly recommend the Dynamic Lawn and Landscaping team. In fact, we will be using them for ongoing services to keep our front yard looking great.

MattD is a valued Dynamic employee. He did a great job with the stinger aeroater. So much rain lately he stopped and threw it down when he made a hole. The stinger with seed box is a beautiful machine. MattD the grass doctor had very good tips on weeds and rouge clumping tall fescue. He has permission to rip up my grass and overseed every fall. Company is always responsive to your needs. Fertilization program greatly created a much more lush lawn this summer. Will use the fertilizer service again next year. With regards to mowing etc, I would have to say that the jobs each week were hit or miss. Sometimes the edging was great others areas were missed. Sometimes the lawn looked perfectly mowed and others it looked like it had a little trim. The guys who performed the jobs were very very nice, pleasant and if asked did well. Just would like consistent work each week.

I had used their fertilizer service. After one season of lawn maintenance, my lawn is the best looking lawn on the street. The cost was reasonable compared to purchasing everything from a big box store throughout the year. Highly recommend this service and company.

I moved into a home in June 2019 and the previous owner had completely stopped all lawn care. When we began calling around trying to get someone to come out to help us, everyone was booked up for the season and wouldnt take on another customer. We ended up finding Dynamic and they took us on and helped us quickly. We were new to having lawn care as part of our yearly regimen, so we have asked countless questions about how we could get the best results within our budget and they have always been kind and courteous to answer our questions and never make you feel like you MUST do this or that just to make a sale. We appreciate them oh so much! Id highly recommend them to someone seeking knowledgeable and kind people to take care of your lawn :)

Scheduled appointment for a lawn restore quote 3 weeks in advance- told me there would be a $1000.00 min because my number is from a 313 area code. Insulting enough I told them no problem book it Dano! They called the Friday before to confirm but tried to return the call to confirm and there is no opportunity on their after hours phone system to leave a message to confirm. Appointment time came and no one showed- they didnt even called to say they we not going to show. After my email letting them know I was at my house waiting and no one showed ....they still have not responded or reached out to apologize or reschedule! I am only 1.3 miles from their office! They may do good work but must be too busy for the $1,000. guy! Must have plenty of business. If that the case then do not pretend to want more customers or be so unprofessional! Karma..Dynamic.

This lawn service was hired by my mother s condo association because they were inexpensive. BEWARE you get what you pay for. The lawns everywhere have been turned into mud. The complex now has more dirt areas than grass.

Tony and his crew were fabulous. We needed an update to our landscaping. The crew worked hard and long hours to get the job done. They didnt take shortcuts and were meticulous as they worked. Their expertise and knowledge of landscaping is evident as the suggestions Tony gave were tailored to how we wanted our finished project to look. The Dynamic crew always does great work at a fair price. The added bonus is how nice they are to our kids who enjoy watching them work through our windows. The crew always waves and turns on the flashing lights on the truck to entertain the kids.

Dynamic Lawn & Landscape surpassed our expectations!! We just moved in our home and desperately needed a fall clean up. A crew of 5 or 6 guys showed up and were friendly, professional and hard workers! They had our large yard (front and back) done in probably an hour and a half and didn t even leave one leaf in the garden! Impressive!!! Jeff from Dynamic is a hard working and friendly guy as well. He will explain in detail how photosynthesis works in regards to how green your lawn will get. I wouldn t hesitate to go elsewhere...Dynamic will go above and beyond for all of your lawn care needs!!! 2 thumbs up! I d give 3, but I only have two hands :)

After viewing the lush lawn of our neighbors and finding that they used Dynamic Lawn & Landscape, we decided to try the services ourselves. While early in the season, we have been very pleased with the look of our grass following a weed-n-feed treatment and aeration. We are looking forward to the best lawn we have had in years after finding it more difficult as seniors to maintain our own yard.

Last year was my first year with Dynamic Lawn. They do excellent work. They dont skimp and the workers that come are all very nice and helpful They always complete the work and leave a receipt of what was done. If I have any questions, Jeff is always quick to respond. Where I live has many trees. I need 2 fall cleanups. They were very willing to accommodate my needs. I just re-signed for 2018 for all their services - from sprinkler startup to ending with the fall cleanups. I wish they did residential snow removal - but they dont. However, Jeff recommend a company to me, and I and 2 other neighbors signed up with them for snow removal - and that company has also worked out great! My yard may be high maintenance but they are a very low maintenance company. I highly recommend Dynamic Lawn.

Tony and his crew of talented landscapers transformed our barren, muddy front yard into a royal garden in just one day! I wish I could post the before and after photos because the contrast is stunning. Tony Hundertmark-Barnes was especially helpful (and patient) listening to our plans and then advising us and guiding us in deciding which plants/shrubs would do well in our yard. A few days after the project was completed, I felt that one of the shrubs would look much better if it was moved over just a few inches. I hesitated to mention this, but am glad I did. The Dynamic Landscaping truck pulled up and a kind and considerate gentleman assured me that Dynamic Landscaping wanted to be sure the customer was 100% happy with the project. In only a few minutes, the shrub was relocated. I wouldn t give Tony & the Dynamic Landscaping crew five stars; I would give them TEN stars! That s how pleased we are. I highly recommend Jeff and his company. They do an outstanding job for a great price. Jeff is very knowledgeable when it comes to lawn care. He was able to get rid of my clover and other broadleaf weeds that were getting out of control in my yard.

Absolute A holes they buried a fire hydrant with snow, at my house when I told them to remove the snow they scoffed at me and left. This goes on every year! Absolute idiots!!!! I have to dig it out I have called police and filed reports. These people are a night mare. Plus sprinkler heads destroyed. How they stay in business is beyond me!
