I'm not a big fan of automatic renewal, especially when prices go way up. It's very easy to miss the mail notification with so much junk mail coming these days. I missed the pay up front discount by 2 days, and they would not honor it. That's ok. Lose a customer over $40. Bad business. Fertilization was mediocre at best anyway. New company is way better.
Great company and the owner knows more about grass than anyone I’ve ever met lol. They care for my lawn, my parents lawn as well as the common areas of my parents subdivision that they take care of for the homeowners association. Great service would highly recommend
This company has been great they have been taking care of us for 4yrs and if i ever had a concern they contact me asap and take care of the issue or suggest what should be done to correct the problem. Thank you Alpine! Ps the secret to a great lawn is a fertilizer program/aeration/dethatching and overseeding, but more importantly a good watering schedule all combined you will have great success 👍

Very poor service, make sure before you pay finish your work done , what you need to done , they will hide some information and then they will try to get more money from you . Owner is such a lier .
They were SO professional, polite, thorough, and got the job done in the 2 days Cameron said it would take. We would use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work to be done.

Still waiting on a call back regarding my dead bushes and tracks on the lawn, no one answers the phones. Beware.
A person visited based on automatic renewal from last year contract and sent an invoice. I left a voice message to cancel the service which is done and got a confirmation letter. Trying to make the payment for an uninvited service done. Since last three months I have been trying to reach to pay over the phone. No success despite several calls.

The job was done right, but I got bad experience with this company. That what they did is unacceptable. If anything change I will modify my rating.
Alpine was good years ago when I first hired them, this year they are more like a -1 rating! My lawn has more crabgrass than it ever had, they supposedly weed/feed here and there, doubt they do much of anything to improve a lawn. They are supposed to call before they fertilize, now my burnt lawn with crabgrass and lots of weeds has gone from bad to worse, if thats possible. STAY AWAY & look elsewhere. BEWARE & AVOID Alpine Tree & Lawn Care, they will ruin your lawn like they did mine!!!
