Navarro Outdoor Living LLC in Stayton

My neighbor hired Navarro Outdoor Living LLC to construct a low retaining wall on their property. It was very well done and looked very nice. I was impressed and asked Alberto Navarro to build a patio in my backyard. He gave me a catalog and suggested the pattern for the bricks and had me choose the color he would use. The site was prepared with care not to disturb adjacent garden beds. The finished patio was everything I had hoped it would be. It added a much needed retreat area to relax under a shade tree. I did discover a couple days later a sprinkler pipe had been punctured during the installation. Alberto came quickly to the rescue and rerouted the irrigation pipe and made the yard look as before. He considered it warranty work and did not accept payment for the repair.

I love it when a company goes above and beyond. Alberto Navarro not only did everything he agreed to do in the bid, but he added extra touches that made our front yard look even better. He has great ideas and works very hard. I'm definitely going to have him back for more projects. In fact, I've already got him lined up for the next one.

All lawncare and landscaping businesses are NOT the same. The guy that runs this one is a courteous and hard-working young man who cares about his work and his customers. He removed an entire hedge that ran the whole length of our backyard in one visit, and he did it without leaving a giant mess behind for us to clean up. His prices are fair too. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Navarro Outdoor Living to anyone who needs lawncare or landscaping work done. Five stars.

Professional, always on time, excellent job with hedges and lawn care, and consistent. Prices are reasonable and his service is superior. Easy to speak with and very easy to reach. No trouble conveying information and always gets the job done. If a special project is needed he'll give an accurate and fair quote.
