Horrible workmanship. They don't do what they say they will do and don't follow the contract terms. They shorted us on the large pavers specified in the contract. The ownership changed and the new owners don't deliver. Run away, don't walk!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company was recommended to us but changed ownership after we signed the contract. The new owners have no ability to manage a business or a paver project. They sent out a crew who refused to acknowledge the ability to understand the English language. The crew came without the necessary material or the needed oversite/direction to do the job as agreed to by the previous owner. Between the shortage of material (they neglected to bring sufficient leveling grit and the correct number of 8x10 pavers) and poor workmanship including running a machine compactor without a pad, the results were entirely unacceptable. When they sent the crew back to fix various issues including but not limited to broken/chipped pavers, they ran the machine compacter again without a pad and broke even more pavers. When we refused to make final payment without some sort of resolution, they took us to court rather than rectify the poor workmanship that they delivered on our job. They hired an attorney who represented their lies. They called the Grotto (manufacturer of pavers) salesman as a witness and when we showed him the pictures of our paver project, he confirmed that the extent of our broken pavers (over 30% have significant breakage) certainly did not represent the projects shown in their brochure. Despite confirmation of the poor workmanship by their own witness, they maintained that extensive broken pavers is acceptable and not a result of over use of a compactor (without a pad) to level pavers on an insufficient bed of leveling grit/sand. According to the judge, a customer's non expert opinion of workmanship does not negate full payment. Our legal recourse is to hire an attorney and expert witness to appeal and or sue them. Without hiring an attorney, paying an expert witness we don’t have a chance, so we are now paying in full for a job that in no way meets acceptable standards. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
