I just had an encounter with a very rude person driving their company vehicle. The driver was yelling at me through the window while i was trying to help my child with a medical emergency. He also got within inches of my vehicle and that doesn’t seem like a good representation of a company of someone they should want out on the road. Definitely reporting this!

My former landscapers just stopped answering the phone and it took me weeks of trying to find a replacement until I found Benfield. He was prompt in responding and came just two days later and cut my lawn and now Todd is my current landscaper. Couldn’t recommend higher!

I had some work done to handle water around a building. Now I know the job was not done correctly and has caused problems. I called to let mr Benfield to let him know and asked him to come out to see what I was talking about. He said that he wasn't responsible for the work this guy he hired to do. Mr Benfield said that correcting water problems was not his forte. But I paid Mr Benfield for the work done not to the person that did the work. Stand by your business things sometimes are done wrong by your employees and ONLY YOU SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT!!!

Started using Benfields Landscaping about 8 or 9 months ago and have always been pleased and satisfied with his work. Just had some shrubs removed and some trimmed back and also pine needles put down and it looks great. And his pricing has always seemed fair. I would 💯% recommend him for your lawn needs 🙂🌳🍂

Replanted some plant, blew away leaves and laid A LOT of mulch. my place looks great! He was very kind and easy to work with. He even checked a couple of days later to see if I was happy with everything. will continue to use him for all my yard needs.

We started using Todd because our disabled neighbor used him, and he took such good care of him. He does our yard now and we find his prices are fair and his service is great. Thank you Benfields!

Better make sure you get a quote in writing. Basically ripped me off on blowing a few leaves in a small yard and vaccuming them up. Was doing my neighbors yard so I asked if he could do my yard after. No travel time, took all of 10 minutes and charged me $100. Told me he would come back and get gutters and do clean up. Quoted me a $20, thought he was trying to be nice and make up for over charging me for the first time. Called him to come back, my mistake, and then after the work was done, wanted to charge me $150. Owner got all pissy, should have stuck to my guns and gave him $20 but gave him $100 just to get him to go away.... WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! Will never use this guy again. Buyer BEWARE!

First off I would give them no stars if it were possible. Yes, they essentially got the job done- but very poorly and are a huge rip off. It started off with the owner coming to my house and giving me an estimate. I needed my front and back lawn mowed, some leaves removed and my hedges trimmed back. He told me it would be $500 because we had to have bushes and leaves hauled away and he had needed the equipment to do so. I agreed at that price expecting it to be done neatly and promptly. They arrived around 10am and left at 6pm. When my fiancé and I had gone outside to look at the results we found that they had left tire marks all over our front lawn and missed spots on our backyard. They didn't even mow under our canopy tent! We had explored further into the backyard to discover that they had not removed the grass and leaf debris, they had just piled it behind our shed. They trimmed our shrubs to an inch of their life and are now an eyesore. To make matters worse they left the branches piled at the end of our driveway "for the city to pick up". ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Then why the hell did they need a hauler if they were just going to leave all debris in our yard?! I am never calling this company again nor should anyone else. When confronted about a few missed spots and tire marks the owner got pissy and defensive. It's not worth the money at all.
