Precision Lawn Maintenance, LLC in Statesville

I’m Very unhappy with the service I received from Mike and precision lawn maintenance. Mike was referred to me by a company that cut down trees in my front yard. I had a good bit of area that needed prepped for seed. I hired precision lawn maintenance to Do small excavating. I paid them to. bring in good topsoil and plant seed. It has been four months and Grass will not grow with the topsoil they brought in. Mike refuses to respond to a text message or return a phone call. Ignoring customers after you’ve been paid is Poor practice and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company.

Very good folks that do quality work

I have used Precision Lawn for 10 years. They do a fantastic job on my lawn and my lawn looks great all year long. The only negative is when you email them about something needed they do not respond. However, what I requested does get done
