Tim and his crew do the best job on our yard! It's been so nice to come home to a beautifully mowed and trimmed space every week without having to worry about anything. They are very professional and the price is amazing. Definitely recommend them for any of your lawn and landscaping needs!

Tim was quick to work out any problems, His employee who mowed for me was wonderfully helpful in moving heavy bags of gardening supplies around my back work area.

Tim and his staff mowed our lawn and plowed our snow for years. They also laid mulch for us. We have a pretty complicated landscaping when it comes to mulching and they did a beautiful job, taking their time and caring about the end result. Tim is particularly talented when it comes to mowing grass. He always made our lawn look fantastic. Happy Valley Lawn Care & Snow Removal is very professional, communicative, and high quality. Had Tim come out and give an estimate. Scheduled for two days later. Had extra time that night so I decided to do some of the work myself, called him right after to tell him what I did and that if he doesn’t want to come out for less work that’s fine. No answer, left message. Next day, receive rude text that they came out early and the work was done and that they would not do the rest of the work. Changed policies, changed attitude, blamed me even though I was communicative. Super unprofessional guy

I called and barely finished my first sentence before Tim kindly cut me off to say they were full. I said for today tomorrow and he then stuttered and said completely booked. He didn't ask what service or what day just zero interest. I then had my boyfriend call a few minutes later and wonderful Tim answered. He said if I pay extra could someone plow me out. The guy said yes but it would have to be tomorrow. Absolutely unreal and incredibly unprofessional. Regardless of any need I won't call them again if that is their standard of customer service.
