Fraser and the team did a great job at chopping down to 5ft some rather overgrown conifers in my back garden - I finally have light back in my kitchen and back bedroom….thanks!
We had three large conifers cut down. Fraser kept us updated as to when he could fit us in. On the day, the team completed the work as agreed with all the branches taken away and the garden left tidy. This was the first time we've used Went To Mow, but will use them again.

Fraser and his team did a great job removing our old leylandi hedge and replacing it with a native mixed hedge. This was a big job and they tackled it with energy and enthusiasm. Our garden seems so much lighter and wider now. We are looking forward to seeing our new hedge bloom and grow and hopefully provide a haven for wildlife in the future.

Havent been for months despite my direct debits coming out. Had to chase hard to organize that in the first place. Have tried calling numerous times. Basically, want a schedule of when theyre coming - one was sent previously - couldnt make head nor tail of it! If cant get through, going to cancel DD. Overall, nice chaps when they come and do a good job. But terrible organization!!
Installed a hedge for me last year and now maintain our lawn, really great people. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Initial tidy up was OK, but now service has become rather erratic and the work done has been superficial e.g. strimming weeds rather than digging them out. I had to call them last month when the grass in our garden looked like it hadnt been cut for well over a month. We then agreed that the lawn would be cut every 2 weeks; three weeks passed without the lawn being trimmed. We couldnt get through and we had to cut the lawn ourselves. We now cannot get through and we have had to terminate the contract for our care home.

Still waiting for my call back!,. Despite the nice looking website which attracted me to call the customer service is nothing to be desired. I called on Thursday 26th October and made an Enquiry, was told that I would be called back Friday evening (the next day) as he needed to put my post code into his software to determine the size of lawn and quote . Needless to say I am still waiting. I will never understand why people pay good money to attract customers to their websites, for us to call and then be left high and dry.....??
The job they provide at my father in-laws house is second to none. Updated schedule every 12 months and new recommendations about what should be done in the garden. Thank you
