Highly recommend. Lucky lawn takes great pride in doing things right. One of the best customer service I came across. Most importantly my KB grass still look like the day it was lay down. They back their service with true science. The team compose of college educated guys in the field. They understand ph, chemical combination, life cycle of grass, weed, pest control and shrub care. They NEVER showed a timid manner in their approach to solving any problem. True confidence! I never had an issue with my grass. It still looks prefect and mosquitos, ticks and pest free. I have 5,0000 sqft of KB grass.

Lucky Lawn is the fourth lawn service company that Ive tried. Two were major companies that you see on television. I dropped them because I wasnt satisfied with the result of their service. This is my third year with Lucky Lawn and I am getting exactly what I am paying for. They let me know when they are coming. They do what they say they are going to do. They tell me things I should know. They answer all of my questions and they give me a beautiful lawn.

Lucky Lawn is excellent. Our lawn went from a mess to a full, green, gorgeous lawn between the fall and the next spring. I also emailed them with questions about how often to water and they responded within 24 hours. Excellent job and thrilled.

With the summer months behind us, I want to share how impressed I am with Lucky Lawn. I gave up on seeding and fertilizing because it just wasn t working. The landscaping company we use to cut the grass and mulch recommended Lucky Lawn and I m glad he did. Heading into the winter, the yard has grass and not large dirt patches everywhere, whatever Lucky Lawn did my lawn looks great and I look forward to spring. Mind you, this is the case with two 30 to 40 lbs dogs and everything that comes with them if you get my point without spelling it out. They did a great job!

JP and his team at Lucky Lawn are true pros. We have a complicated sprinkler system from the late 1990s that came with our house, and they help us to calibrate it for new plantings every year, and added a drip system when our landscaping got more dense. JP even talked me through it on the phone when I needed to adjust it he knows the Byzantine inner workings of every kind of sprinkler system there is. Their work is always top-notch and the technicians are friendly and fast. Love them, and we will never look elsewhere!

Our church had been using a well known lawn care company before we started using Lucky Lawn and yet the lawn always had weeds. When we switched to Lucky Lawn the change was dramatic. Ive been generally quite happy with the Irrigation Services provided but feel somewhat tricked into signing up for the annual Lawn Care service after I had received an email offer, which wasnt honored. When I called and explained I hadnt received the additional treatment (per the offer) I was told it would be applied next year instead. Poor handling of the situation in my opinion - making me wait until next year to make this right. Feels like lack there is a lack of care or desire to make up for mistakes / poor experience, and frankly, Im not even sure Ill be using them next year.

When Jason came out, I told him the expectations were simple and clear: green lawn, no weeds. In the Spring, the lawn looked perfect. From the second treatment onwards, the lawn began a downward spiral. Each time Jason came out to assess, he had a reason or an excuse why the lawn was browning, weed-ridden, etc. The first time, he told me it was a fungus, and that a fungicide spray would clear it. I paid the additional $154 for this service, but the lawn continued to deteriorate. Then, I was told that the lawn had low PH. They wanted to sell me another special treatment, but I refused. At one point I was told the lawn was being over-watered. The next time, I was told it was being under-watered. Once it wasnt getting enough sun; another time, it was getting too much sun. It was one excuse after another, and it was anybodys fault but the company to which I was throwing good money after bad. Today, they came out to perform the fifth and final service of the season (as per the five-treatment program I purchased). The specific watering instructions they left said Do not apply too much water to cause puddling or movement of the seed. Meanwhile, we are under an areal flood advisory. There have been torrential downpours. We have already received more than an inch of rain, and there is a lot more in the forecast. There is puddling occurring on the lawn, and the seed is floating in the water. So, another $185 was literally flushed away! When I e-mailed Jason to inquire as to why he chose this specific day to perform this service given the weather, he replied, this rain wont affect the seed. Needless to say, not a single seed turned into new grass! Jason is snarky, has a bad attitude, and is very unprofessional in his dealings with his customers. This was one of the more expensive companies. They make lots of promises, but fail to deliver. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Lucky Lawn installed outside lights at our property. Grand plans.....but it was just a plug in system. They have no electricians so there was no flexibility in system, just like plug in christmas tree lights and never discussed this rinky dink approach with us and now we are having to pay a big fee to get it remedied.
