We needed a walkway connecting our driveway to the backyard, and Sullivan & Son created a beautiful stone path that blends in very well with our existing space, and they worked quickly without cutting corners. Two thumbs up.

We recently used Sullivan Land Management to renovate our back patio and walkway. We are extremely pleased with the results. They did an excellent job. We were also impressed by the punctuality of his staff. They arrived on time daily and finished the job in the estimated time with barely any hiccups. They left our property in excellent condition and were very responsive to all of our questions while the work was being done. The only small concern was that there was an error in the original quote for pricing we had agreed to. However, it was quickly resolved and Charlie was excellent at communicating that since we wanted to make our patio larger than he originally quoted, it would cost more. We understood and appreciated that he didn t start the work until we gave the OK to do so. His entire team was very professional and friendly. It seems they are all very happy while working as well. In fact, I noticed one day while I was home from work that they stop mid day to all sit and have lunch together. I thought that was so nice. It seems like they genuinely enjoy the work they are doing and each other s company. You can tell it s a nice company to work for. I would highly recommend them to anyone for landscaping or masonry work. We will definitely be calling them in the future for more work to be done in our backyard.

My previous landscaper without reason stopped returning my calls and texts so my lawns went over a month without being mowed and were in terrible shape. I reached out to Sullivan & Son and made an appointment with Jonathan to appraise my lawns. Within days their crew arrived and I spoke with the fellow in charge what I needed done and what to avoid. Within 45 minutes my lawn never looked better. I cannot recommend Sullivan & Son enough. Looking forward to having them do all my landscaping needs :)

We did a landscaping project involving building a 10 foot high stone retaining wall, installation of a cultec drainage system (both of which required town inspections); raised the level of the back yard by 5 feet, subsequent lawn grading; the installation of a brick walkway with herringbone pattern, pea stone patio area, re-laid Belgian block to accommodate a parking space next to driveway. Charlie and his team were extremely professional, competent, skilled and capable in all aspects from start to finish. Communication was excellent. They were a joy to work with. I would definitely hire them again for any landscaping services no matter how large or small. Thanks, again Charlie!

Charlie and his team installed a new patio and retaining wall in the spring of 2023. We found them to be professional, responsive and great value for their services. The guys were efficient and tidy throughout the project and spent time to throughly tidy up and clean at the end of each day. After the work was completed Charlie remained engaged and checked to see if we were completely satisfied with the project. We had one minor issue that needed resolving, and the team quickly came back to adjust to our satisfaction. Overall it was a fantastic experience working with them and we would recommend their services.

Our project consisted of rebuilding/adding drainage to a 200 year old retaining wall, taking down a massive tree perched on the wall as well as extending our property line to its rightful location by removing asphalt and adding grass. Be are of this company. You could choose this company if you dont care about the price of the service. Their service is ok but they usually trick to pay more. They would trick you to certain program and quote you like $150. But its actually the charge for one time and they would always overdo the service. If you agree, they could do that additional service weekly and give you a huge unexpected bill in the end of the month. They would also do the fall clean up more than 3 times in Nov and charge $300-700 per time if you dont ask them not to.

They tore down and rebuilt the steps and landing for my home s side entrance. They did a great job - were reliable, on time, got the work done quickly and at a competitive price. Payment was super easy - no check needed - electronically through quick books. And the cherry on top is that they did a superb job cleaning up the driveway and work area when they were done. What a change of pace to have a professional on time and does what they say they will do. We asked Charlie and his team to complete a rather large project and they came through in flying colors. I know we weren t the easiest being picky but Charlie was extremely patient and helped us through the entire process. We had a retaining wall put in on the side of the house so that we could level off the front and they made it look effortless. After that they helped us with the landscape design to beautify our new front of the house. It came out great and Charlie s input was very helpful with plant types and the design positioning.
