Since 1976, Eastern Land Management has serviced commercial properties throughout southern Connecticut and the New York metropolitan area by providing award-winning, comprehensive property care. “Value” means two things to ELM — it is the combination of expertise and accountability that our seasoned staff brings to each location, as well as the return on investment that is achieved when our partnership begins. As a single-source provider, ELM is a key resource to facility managers, functioning as their eyes and ears on the ground. Our focus enables us to provide a full complement of integrated exterior site management services tailored to your environment along with the ability to respond quickly to our clients’ immediate needs.
One of your drivers in the Monroe area at 4pm today was consistently going 25mph in a 40mph zone with a quarter mile long line of traffic behind them. Please train them to pull over and let people pass if they are going to drive like that.
Very professional, and knowledgeable. ELM delivered our project on time and on budget. We wouldn’t use any other firm. Highly recommend using ELM!
Hands down the best snow removal service in Stamford. We always receive an email communication preparing us for the expected weather. Then, pre snow/ice event preparation, continual maintaining during the weather event and then post weather event follow up. Clean cut lines of snow placement making for parking in lots easy. We are very appreciative to the entire ELM fleet and we thank you for the upmost respectful treatment.
Eastern Land has been working with our company for many years. They continue to provide an excellent level of service and quality that is not matched in smaller companies. Their staff is caring and professional and in my opinion is their best asset.
I have lived in my community for 13 years and never had an issue with a snow removal company. A guy shoveled behind my driveway on Tues while I was working from home without my consent, came to the front door and said he wasn't with the crew and wanted a tip. How is this possible if we have a removal company? Not to mention, the company makes noise all night long, has yet to clear the snow from parking areas, blocks parking in the visitor lot and called the police on my partner's vehicle for being parked in the only area to park. This company is the worst. Very unprofessional. I am a law abiding citizen who would appreciate not being disturbed at 6 am by the police.
Unfortunately, this company was hired by the board of my HOA. As I met personally with Charles, an employee of this company, I pointed out specific needs for the community, so that they would not interrupt our propane deliveries, my ability to gain access to my generator, and my pool. In complete disregard for these critical needs, they plowed a wall so high to prevent me access to all 3 mentions. As they came back to our property several times, they still neglected to undo the problem they caused me. I now have to hire another company to dig me out. ELM is all talk, no action. Extremely poor customer service, and absolutely no business integrity. Please save yourself the angst, and listen to the red flags.
I'm on my condo association's board in which we were interested in getting various quotes for a landscaping project and possibly taking the weekly landscaping maintenance. We reached out to ELM due in large part to their marketing as we've seen them everywhere. They came out rather quickly and our first impression was very well received. We asked them for landscaping ideas as well as a quote to provide weekly maintenance - they mentioned they could have options and quotes to us by the following week. We didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and it wasn't until we reached out to them. They provided a single landscaping quote but no maintenance quote. I've attempted to contact them numerous times and haven't heard a response.
I hired your company--Charles Andrianus, specifically--at the start of this season. He performed an excellent first service, which made my lawn look amazing within days. After that, I called him back multiple times for follow-ups. A few weeks ago, he returned to tell me what he was going to do to address my specific areas of concern, confirming a Saturday appointment. He never showed. I have contacted him via text message three times since to follow-up, and he has neither shown up , nor responded. As such, I am terminating my service with ELM and hiring another company. As a result of this supremely poor customer service experience, I will be following up with corresponding online reviews reflecting my sub-par customer experience with ELM, and will be extremely vocal with the other 42 neighbors on my street about my experience with your sub-par company.
Yeah these guys are great they do exactly what you ask them they do such a wonderful job, would highly recommend them for any work thats needed.
Professional firm with timely attention to seasonal tasks. Good oversite of field operations.
Eastern land has been doing our office property for a little over a year and after they ruined a huge part of our newly paved entrance the owner got extremely rude when my boss tried asking him about the issue. Not professional
Snow coming
Great to work with. Bruce and the team have always been fair and honest.
