Im writing this review with a heavy heart, as I was initially excited to use Interstate Supplies and Services for my landscaping project. BIG MISTAKE. They messed up my order completely, and their customer service was worse than a cactus in a desert.

I have an old push mower that a friend gave to us to have fixed. He knew about a gas leak, so I brought it in for them to fix it. They did, but other things kept going wrong. As inconvenient and frustrating as it was for me to keep bringing the mower back to them, they persisted in finding the other problem. I really appreciate their determination. I feel like this old mower was salvaged and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I hope to never need to bring it back (and I know they are happy to hopefully not see me and this mower again too), but I trust them and their ability and would go back if need be.

I called for a part, they said they had 10 in stock but cant find them, so I had to pre pay for a special order, I called 7 days later they claim to still have 10 in stock, special order was never placed. Someone answered the phone at the parts counter and couldnt help me unless I remembered who I spoke to earlier that day - he said 35 people work here, who was it you spoke to then wanted to know if I was a local customer or from far away - what does all that matter ?? Still no part, no special order - no call back and no refund. All this over a 6.00 oil seal.

Came in today for the very first time. Had to have my lawn tractor tires mounted. These guys happily catered to my need even though I had no appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which gave me a little time to tour their facility. These guys have EVERYTHING you need for your property management...and all very fairly priced. I dont give a 5 Star review unless its earned...this place deserves 6. What a great community business.

Bought an Echo CS 590 chainsaw from them and had a great experience. Also wanted an Echo hand held leaf blower but they were out of stock on the one I wanted. Zach took my number and promised to call me as soon as they got one in. Today I got the call, and the leaf blower. These guys are great. If you need anything at all in the lawn care power equipment area, this is the only place to shop. A+ all around. Thanks guys.

Our salesperson was awesome. When I arrived home our Lawnmower was a 1/2 a court low on oil And the mowing deck was not even on both sides. Neither one a big deal, but you would think buying a commercial mower. Even though it was a great price, it was still expensive. These things would have been taken care of. I took care of the two minor details. I love the Bradley mower so far. I would definitely recommend them.

Thankful for Julian Parra, Sales Associate at Interstate Supplies and Services in Stallings, North Carolina. I highly recommend Julian and this store. I traveled over 5 hours one way to pick up a specialty Bradley belt drive push mower. Love the mower. Hard to find that mower but this place gave a great price and helped me get it loaded on my truck once I arrived. Check out was easy and this store is loaded with great equipment and supplies. Best store for top equipment I have ever visited and Im a senior citizen. I would travel 5 hours again one way to do business at this store and with Julian. Five stars and deserve more!

Wanted to buy a $1400 chainsaw. Waited, got ignored by some guy busy doing paperwork and after 15 mins I left. Found the exact same chainsaw online for $400 less. Don t waste your time here.

Recently purchased a grass catcher for my Bradley 36 Mower. When I originally went down there, they didn t have it in stock but later on, they found that they did have one more in stock I dealt with Major. He was extremely professional and the man definitely needs a raise With how good of a job he does. Will be dealing with them more in the near future for my lawn care company..

After speaking with someone in the parts department and explain the problem and giving them my lawnmower model number I drove 35 minutes to their shop, they flatly said they couldnt fix it and didnt even want to take a look at it. I also brought a small tiller hoping they would take it in for a tune up, not a chance. The good news while driving back I found a small shop with wonderful people that immediately identified the problem and fixed it for $30.

I asked the counter person if I could get a Veterans discount. He said he would have to check he asked the person in charge and they responded no. This person had a foreign accent. I guess he didn t care where he got his freedom from. It felt disrespectful. Just a passing no. The counter guy was great I give him a 5 star rating as he helped carry my tire out and put it in my truck. He could see I have back problems.

This is probably the biggest power equipment shop in Charlotte. They have something for every type of job you have to do, especially mowers.

Needed a new discharge shoot for an older lawn mower. They had it when no one else did. What a great place. I will be buying me new mower from them next week.

I bought a battery for my saw here for $300. Saw online that it retails for about $200-220 everywhere else so decided to just return it and order it online. Tried to return it unopened and unused less than 24 hours later and they wouldn t accept it. Employees should let people know items are final sale considering it only says it on the receipt they give you AFTER you pay for the item. Really disappointed.

The employees were always polite and respectful. However, they had my riding lawnmower for almost 6 weeks for a tune-up/oil change/blade sharpening. I had to call multiple times to find out the status, and I was told each time there going to begin working on it soon. I don t think I ll be using them again.

My brother took his riding lawnmower in for repair. Whenever he dropped the deck, it would stop. They diagnosed the problem as a broken spinner and charged him $400 for the repair. He picked up the mower and brought it home only to find that the deck wouldn t drop. The issue was not resolved. He brought it back and they proceeded to accuse him of damaging the mower after they fixed it. The team clearly misdiagnosed the issue and then had the audacity to question a customer s integrity. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They take advantage of honest, hard working people and should not be trusted.

First time here, brought my chainsaw in for an issue. Had it finished next day. Was a great experience. Will bring all my equipment there now.

I came to the store to dispose of my not working lawn mower, but I ended up with their suggestion to get it repaired. Repair saved me a few hundred dollars.

Great store with a big selection of parts, Tony at the parts desk was especially helpful and if you need parts I highly recommend him! Very patient and knowledgeable.

I contacted them to replace my blade & put on a new belt for my rider. They gave me a price over the phone. When it was done they had added over $100 for Diagnostic fee & $25 for shop supplies. I had no choice but to pay as I wanted my mower back. A blade & belt should not have required either charge and at the very least they should have told me before we started the repair. Make sure you get the quote it writing first. Not the quote you gave me. Belt was old and out of shape, no need for the diagnostic fee.

Own an Echo 58 Volt electric blower which was purchased new about 2 years ago. Had a problem when pushing the throttle the motor would not engage. Echo is an outstanding company that honors the 5 year warranty for the customer. Josh,the owner, and his staff truly care about their customers. My experience was simply fantastic! They supplied me a blower to use while mine was being repaired. Picked up my blower and Echo replaced the blower as well as one of the two rechargeable batteries. Used it for about 20 minutes when I got home and the blower works perfectly. This is the only store I would shop for power equipment. With outstanding service and a reputable manufacturer like Echo it is a pleasure owning this piece of equipment! Andy Just had another OUTSTANDING exchange at Interstate Supplies and Services! My 58V Echo blower had another problem where the throttle worked intermittently. The dealership contacted Echo and they gave me a brand new X Series DPB-2500 electric blower. I tried it out this afternoon and it exceeds all my expectations! I would like to thank Echo and Interstate for everything they did for me. I brought in a Stihl hand held blower for maintenance service. The bill was $150.00 for a spark plug, a fuel filter, an air filter and a carburetor adjustment. I could have purchased a new identical blower for $299. I will never have my yard equipment serviced here again.

I explained to him that this was my first purchase and that my knowlede on the subject was little to none. Mr. David gave off an honest impression and gave me tons of info. He was able to answer every question i had with zero hesitation. He respected my budget and ignorance. I never felt for a moment that he was taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. I will do more business with ISS. No doubt.

I ll be honest I got a price here and shopped around and the other prices weren t enough for me to go elsewhere so I returned. I was looking to upgrade my current mower with a similar size and the salesman (I wish I could remember his name) ended up upgrading my upgrade for as cheap or cheaper than what I was expecting. Very happy experience and will be back.

Helped with warranty on lawn tractor got it right

Purchased a mist backpack blower last year without any issues. Went back to shop zero turn mowers. Zach was awesome. Spent the time needed to assist me in making a great decision to fit my needs for a residential zero turn mower. Could not be happier with my experience.

Bought a used mower there and it lasted me not even a full 30 days. It was supposedly serviced right before I purchased it. The owner wouldnt do anything for me, even though the mower didnt last a month before the engine died. I will never do business there again. The purchase did not include a warranty, as the owner likes to keep stating to protect himself, but this isnt how good folks do business. Good business goes beyond your policy sometimes. So, you be honest at some point and say that the buyer must beware and be prepared to take a huge loss when buying used merchandise from anyone that wont stand behind the merchandise, even if its used and blows up after one month.

Will never shop here again and advise anyone one else not too. They have no respect or care for customers. Bought a 500 dollar clutch got home realized that wasn t the issue. Went to return it in under 24 hrs and was denied my refund. Granted it says no electrics return from on the receipt but I assumed since I have bought numerous blades belts etc there for a couple years as I was a supervisor for a solar cutting company that they would care a little more to be able to help someone out during these hard times since the part was never installed. Not to mention the box would not even have been open if they did not open it for me at the store. And was never informed that it was a non returnable item. Was only given the invoice that s says that after the card was ran. And if we want to get technical the invoice isn t signed only the receipt is. Even the desk clerk informed his manager there were no signs of installment as there weren t. Other than the fact that they weren t in the box in the right order that they came out in as I pulled them out to look at the instruction sheet. Very disappointed that they basically have a returning customer the middle finger on 500 dollars which can make or break people these days. Thanks for nothing. I will be sure to spread the word to eliminate as much business from you all as possible

I was WOWd! It had so much yard equipment and related stuff to choose from in every place. Staff was courteous and helpful too. Choosing a yard tractor or zero turn here would be fun but pricey for me.

I needed my chainsaw repaired and the young lady at the desk asked Terry the mechanic to come look at it. Terry was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He repaired my chainsaw and explained what the problem was. Both Terry and the young lady at the service desk were fantastic to deal with. I will use Interstate for all my needs and will certainly pass this experience on to my friends and family.

Exceptional customer service!!! Had been looking for the Stihl Pro leaf blower with attachment for a while. All of the Stihl carriers were out. I went to Interstate and asked if I could be placed on a waiting list if one should come in. True to their word, Cliff texted me as soon as one arrived. I was able to pick it up the next day and David patiently showed me how to operate it. I highly recommend Interstate.

Awesome overall experience. Very knowledgeable staff. This was our second zero turn purchase here, and both times needed two very different mowers. They took their time to address my needs and without being pushy, they pointed me in the right direction. We will definitely be back for other outdoor maintenance needs. The folks that work there are very helpful. If you are having trouble finding parts for your lawnmower this is the place to go.

The service center is a rip off. They had me paying $272 for just spark plugs, filter, and oil change. Thats $68 in parts and $169 for labor for at most 30 minutes of work. They didnt look at anything else because I still have to change the worn belts that they said nothing about.

Theyve got lawn mower stuff galore and service was pretty good for our experience. Cant speak of after care service yet.

I went in for a pull cable for my Murray lawn mower ti find it isnt made any longer. Even though they sold me a new mower, there were several of them whose focus was I am sure we can find a way to fix it. Their willingness to help and counsel and not just make money, made it ok to spend money here.
