Highly recommend this company. We had a project requiring a quick turnaround time and Jair made it happen! We had landscaping done and sprinklers repaired and are very happy with the result. We also had Jair s team replace a fence in our back yard after the recent hurricane. The whole team was very professional and efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Jair and his crew are outstanding! He was prompt with replying to my request for a quote. He took the time to examine our yard and come up with a plan to solve some problem areas. His quote was very reasonable! Jair and his crew showed up on time and he was responsive through multiple projects of installing a French drain, sod installation to several areas of the lawn, mulch and flower bed clean up, and fence gate replacement. I doubt these Reviews are authentic. I asked them to come out and provide me with an estimate on redoing my yard. I asked others as well. I got estimates from everyone but Cervantes. That was 6 weeks ago. I called them about the estimate and they couldnt find it or the notes I gave them when we went over everything on site. They said they would come out again, at their convenience, not mine. I rearranged my schedule and was here waiting on them. They never showed. I figure that if you cant get this stage right and are unresponsive, how will you be if you get the job. I dont like businesses that are not responsive and which waste my time. I went with another landscaper which bid $17,380 for my project. Im quite happy with them. I am glad I avoided this headache.

The quick version: Call or email Jair for a quote! The long version: We bought a house and inherited an overgrown backyard that wasnt safe for our family. My husband and I did as much as we could, but when we realized it was out of our scope we contacted several landscapers to give us a quote. Jair was the lead landscaper right off the bat. He responded very quickly and gave us a very detailed proposal that was fair and reasonable. He was able to rework our entire backyard by removing an inground pond, removing raised flower beds, leveling the entire yard, and installing new irrigation and a French drain. His crew was respectful and professional and in two days our yard was transformed. Just need to wait for the sod to root and we will be enjoying it to the fullest in no time! I can not recommend this team enough!

The courtyard of my home was overrun with weeds and vines and had a tree that needed to come down. Contacted Cervantes, they had someone out the next day to quote the project, scheduled when it was convenient for me, and were reasonably priced. Day of the project, they were on time, quick, friendly, and thorough. Very happy with the work!

It was a pleasure working with Jair to remove a half-broken tree in my dad s front yard, which was a hazard and in danger of falling at any moment. Jair was super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. He was honest and transparent about his work when he had to wait for parts for a special tree grinder that they use to remove tree stumps. Jair also kept his word about what time he would arrive and how long the job would take. I have never worked with a more professional contractor. Jair s team did a wonderful and thorough job, and I am more than happy with their work. Even the neighbors commented that they did a great job. The owner is Ah-Mazing! I was so impressed with him from start to finish. He has now done approx 5 jobs for me in the past few months. Installed a new patio in my backyard, irrigation system, concrete work, lawn service, and a few other things. Everything was perfect. He was always there overseeing the project and making sure I was happy with the work. There were a few times I had questions and instead of addressing them over the phone he stopped by to do in person. If you use them, Im pretty confident you wont be sorry. This company Top Notch
