My experiences with this company started out well but have gone downhill recently. Regarding my most recent need for lawn care, they have not gotten to my lawn in a timely manner and, significantly more bothersome, have not responded to my phone calls to find out when they are coming to take care of the lawn. Not even a text message to let me know or an email!! I will not be using this company again.

After fighting for months with the lawn care service provided by my landlord over their inability to ensure that my gates were latched when leaving to keep my dogs from getting out, I hired MJ to do a bi-weekly cut (meaning it is important enough to me that I was willing to pay for something that I already pay for in my rent). When I called to hire MJ I made it very clear that it was a point of contention for me and their employment was based on another company's inability to follow this instruction. Needless to say, my gates were left open. I don't believe that it is my job as the customer to clean up or double check after a service that I pay for is completed. Common courtesy, respect for your client and professional responsibility requires that you leave the space in the manner in which your client has asked, with the gates latched. If all you need is someone to do a task you would rather not do, go ahead and hire them. They cut grass. If you want someone who has pride in their business, respects their clients wishes and takes care with the trust you've put in them to be in your home, find someone else.
