Have used them for over two years. Started missing appointments, then left Green Pal & billed monthly & often charged for cuts that never happened. Now he hasn't shown up again, won't return text or email or phone call. He started out so good but Apollo ran his business into the ground

Kicked of the app I was using, I hired someone else. Florida green works contacted me and said they were removed from the app. But they did not communicate with me at all.. than came out and tried to cut after a lawn person was there two days ago. owner seems to be responding very rude to me. Lack of communication. Do not seem to care about their clients maybe that is why they were removed?

Funny how their website will not let you leave a review. I approached this company the weekend before Labor Day. I was realistic about the expectations about getting my yard cut before, and or, during the weekend before Labor Day, but I've seen them mow the neighbor across the street's yard since we've moved in so I was interested in becoming a customer. The guy in charge walked over to my home, we walked in the backyard and he said that they could do the service for $35. Funny how on their website all of the reviews and services say $25. Gave me his # and said txt him my email and they would send a quote and set up service. Txt him and he replied he received my info. Never heard from him. Hit him up inquiring about service. Straight ignored. No response to txts. Saw them cutting my neighbors yard today 25 days later. Super glad I never became a customer if they just ignore people.

This crew is 5 stars! I have utilized them since 2019 and they are always very responsive, professional, and go above and beyond just mowing the lawn. They also take on additional requests such as yard cleanup and other small projects. I would highly recommend this local company for your lawn care. The price is right!

Florida Greenworks has done a great job with my lawn. They’re careful, thorough, and honest (they’ve cancelled appointments when my lawn didn’t require mowing). I had issues with other lawn companies knocking out my sprinkler heads and damaging my irrigation piping, which has never been a problem with this company. I’m very happy with their service!

I moved down here about two weeks ago. I was looking for a lawn care professional to service my lawn in old north east. However, after reading through the reviews i was very disappointed to see how the owners responded to some complaints. After running a business for 24 years i was shocked to see such a unprofessional and immature response as I have had my share of negative reviews in the past as well. While they seem to have some decent reviews I would have to defer to the bad reviews based on their response and avoid hiring a company that may have a history of scamming customers. At the very least be professional and I would have been able to overlook a couple bad reviews.

If you look at all their reviews; they were all written in the last two weeks. Must have all been written by friends or more likely by themselves. I had Florida Green Works Service four of my properties over the last month. While I was less than satisfied with the first weeks cuts I was assured by the end of the month all my properties would be manicured. Lo and behold at the end of the month none of my lawns were cut or trimmed in its entirety. They would Cut and blow only part of the yard and leave. Furthermore, I had full service pricing on all my lawns! If I did not inspect my property They would have been paid in full for only half the work completed. I can only imagine what this deceitful, lazy and untrustworthy company is doing with other customers lawn’s and Home’s if they did this on all four of my properties. The owners (one of them was servicing my lawn) will tell you what you want to hear and do the complete opposite. I strongly encourage you to hire another company and avoid being ripped off and scammed. I was informed by one of my friends sadly after the fact that this company went out of business in the past for doing the exact same thing to previous customers. I don’t know how they’re back in business under the same name.

Just let me say how impressed I am with this lawn service. They do an excellent job and go over and above there call of duty, I came home from work and my garage cans were put away, That was nice of them. Today I received a call from the owner to see if I had any complaints, I told him he had a very professional crew and to keep up the good work. I recommend giving them a try, you will be glad you did.
