Bee Green Lawn Care in St. Petersburg

The tech that comes to the house knows his stuff. However, catching him to speak with about the lawn issues is impossible. I use to get a 24 hour notice reminding me when he would be out, I no longer get that. I just get a sign after they have been out. I have called multiple times to speak to someone about the lawn treatment. I have requested palm tree service. Non responsive. Recently I responded to a text message I received reminding me to pay a bill. Interesting the bills were set up for auto pay with my cc, now they are not. I responded back to the text. "I need someone to contact me asap" someone responded back they would have the owner call. He did, he left a message and I was at work...miss his call so I tried to call back. MIA again! After several attempts I am back to responding to text messages. I even called the number the text messages are coming from. Customer service is ridiculous.

We love Bee Green! Using more natural products is important to me and they make it a priority as well — but they’re still willing to use conventional products when absolutely necessary. Mike (the tech) pays attention to our grass, treats issues before they are even noticeable, explains everything to us so thoroughly, and Mike (the owner) responds to emails incredibly fast. We’ve used a few of their add on services as well — I can’t recommend them enough!

Mike and his team are great, always on time and very professional. We have 3 dogs, so we wanted to make sure they would be safe. They use pet safe materials, would highly recommend them.

BeeGreen has been taking care of our associations yard and landscaping for several years and our owners say this is the best that our landscaping has looked since our building was first built! Mike and team treat our landscaping as if it is their own! Consistently GREAT work and the entire staff is very friendly to work with!

I made contact with them over the weekend and they quickly responded to my inquiry and was at my house early the next week. Oh by the way did I say their price beat the national companies in the area. Thanks!!
