Sean and his team at St.Pete Complete are great to work with and provide a quality product. They dug a well and set up irrigation at our home a few years ago and continue to support their product. That is the most important aspect to a client continued support. Sean is there to help. I highly recommend.

Sean is absolutely amazing!!!! I ve purchased the rust prevention through him and am amazed at how much better it works than Rid O Rust. Plus it s waaaaaay more affordable. I was having issues with the chemical tank emptying a little too fast and decided to do a little DIY repair. I m handy but I ran into a few issues with my pump afterward. Sean was kind enough to call and personally give me some advice to get my well and pump working again. His advice was incredible and saved me a ton of money. I had called around to other companies to see who could get come out soonest to look but they were all scheduling about 6 weeks out. Sean gave me a call and I was up and running right away. Other companies tried to tell me what the issue was but Sean was the one that was spot on!! Not only is his rust chemical incredible but so is his knowledge on all of the other parts of irrigation. Do yourself a favor and stick with this company. I won t be calling any other irrigation company do do any work but St. Pete Complete. Thank you again Sean!!!

We just finished a big paver project with St Pete Complete and couldn t be happier. They used Old Chicago reclaimed brick which is a difficult material to work with and the results are stunning. They replaced our driveway and walkway, created a new patio, and paved over our concrete porch. They also managed the sprinklers and re-sodding and it was super helpful to not have to coordinate those details on our own. Sean was super attentive and communicative throughout the process and very pleasant to work with. The crew worked their butts off and we were amazed at how quickly such a big project came together. A couple of other details that I really should mention are that 1) Sean was the only person we talked to that wanted to help save our huge beautiful oak tree and knew how to do that (everyone else said it was in the way and wanted us to chop it down) and 2) As a woman I never felt disrespected or talked down to by him, which was not the case with everyone I spoke to while getting estimates. (Thanks for being a decent human, Sean.) Definitely give these guys a call. We re just thrilled with how it went and how it all turned out.

Owning a property management company and a real estate development company I ve used a lot of landscaping contractors and St Pete Complete is one of the best I ve used. They re professional, great to work with, and reasonably priced. On this last project, they installed new irrigation, sod, rock, designed and landscaped the flower beds, and installed landscape lighting. The end result was more than what I expected. Sean the owner cares so much about his clients that after the last storm surge, we had some plants die due to the salt and they replaced the dead plants free of charge. Its always a little stressful hiring a company for a big project around your house. You never know what quality you are going to get and for the investment you are making, you want the best. As a value-seeking consumer I can say that we are really happy with the work quality and professionalism we got with St. Pete Complete. We got a pump and well installed and an irrigation system with it. Naturally, we had a lot of questions and they answered them all for us. We even had questions about a project unrelated to what they were doing and they even answered those for us. Lastly, if there is a job that they think makes more sense for another contractor, they will refer you to them rather than just try to take your business at all costs. Anyways if it makes things less stressful for yall reading this, I can honestly say: These guys are trustworthy and worth every penny!

St Pete Complete environmental Inc did a fantastic job with my new well and pump install. I contacted them for a quote and Sean responded in 24 hours with a quote. Once I accepted the quote ,the well and pump was able to be installed that following Saturday. They allowed me to choose a time that worked best for me and showed up right on time. Finished when they said they would be finished. Will and his on site team were kind, professional and did a fantastic job. I am beyond happy to have my lawn back. They were honest, suggestive as to what would work best and didn t judge my budget concerns when making adjustments to the plan . The crew was great , super knowledgeable and you could tell they enjoyed to work together, but also get the job done fast and well. After the work was complete they even checked in on a few plants that weren t doing so hot and are honoring their 30 day commitment to the plants. We did our back yard in Sod , added palms and landscaped the front yard. I think this is a stand out company, we are thrilled with their work , and above all felt good about our investment . I hired Sean and Will a couple of years ago to install an irrigation well and pump for me. They provided fantastic service and have subsequently come back a couple of times to move the well for me due to a pool going in my backyard. Whenever I have any issues with the pump, they are super responsive and timely.

St. Pete Complete came out and put in a basic irrigation system and laid sod on the dirt pit that was my back yard after a pool removal. They were wonderful to work with. My daughter and dog are over the moon over finally having a place to run!

Pump stopped working yesterday and he was out to the property within 24 hours to assess and found that the lawn company accidentally cut the power supply wire. Sean repaired and protected the wire with no charge to us. Professional company that stands behind their service and even goes above and beyond to repair something that wasn t even their fault. I called St Pete Complete a few weeks back about an irrigation system and Sean came out and gave me a quote and I accepted it. Today was well drilling day. I was told just today I would be responsible for the electric work, and this apparently wasn t part of the contract. I attempted to call Sean several times to discuss the situation. He never answered. One of his guys called him and he picked up immediately and from the conversation it sounded like he didn t want to speak with me. He finally called me but was very unprofessional in tone, at which point I decided to cancel the entire contract and go with someone else who will be better with due diligence and customer service. I m sure the majority of this company s work is just fine, but as a new homeowner, I need a company who will be able to tell me what I need before I sign anything, and who will be professional with me when I call with concerns. Had Sean been more responsive and understanding, I wouldn t have canceled. His on site folks were friendly and I gave them all the cash I had on me to go get some lunch for the inconvenience. I hope others have a better experience!

Sean showed up in time and resolved existing issues beyond the initial call request. Price was not the lowest, but he did exactly what he quoted and more for the quoted price. I had some very low quotes that included a disclaimer of additional service fees which I avoided. Sean was no where near the highest quote, either. We had a failure of existing equipment after his initial visit and he sent one of his reps to get it down and the job was complete in under an hour for a fair price on call/labor/parts to repair the issue. 100% recommend.

They got the water flow and more.. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my new system install was on point. They are not the lowest price, but they are the best price by far. Awesome landscapers and awesome service! We hired St Pete Complete to put in some flowering plants around the trees at our mother s house. They worked with our budget to create beautiful planters for her and all her neighbors to enjoy. When an unexpected freak winter freeze killed off the plants, St Pete Complete stood behind their work and replaced everything. Totally reliable, they worked with our vacation schedule and stayed in communication with us, so we never lost a single minute at the beach waiting for them to show up. When we bought our house, the well and irrigation systems were disconnected without any available information as to why. Sean tested our well and irrigation, and repaired and replaced what was needed to get it all working. He also fixed a PVC issue on our pool filter! We then had sod installed in our front yard. They replaced my entire lawn and did a good job. However, lawn soon died and they wouldnt even talk to me. Forget about follow-up if it is needed. Im not blaming them for dead lawn. It was lack of caring for unfortunate outcome.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! After taking over a month to schedule services to drill a new well in my backyard, owner Sean Maze drilled through my cable/internet line during the process. After barely apologizing for his large mistake (what kind of company doesnt check for lines/wires before drilling???) I was YELLED at by Sean for getting upset, as he repeatedly stated that the fact that I worked from home and would now lose business and income was not my problem, I drilled a perfectly good well. Sean demeaned me and my profession and stated that mistakes happen doing this all the time and further stated why should I lose money when I did my job perfectly. You certainly did NOT do your job perfectly, Mr. Maze, and the fact that you yelled at your customer for being upset is completely out of line. I have never experienced such horrific customer service, and this is coming from the General Manager of this company. Mistakes like this would not happen all the time with competent (and RESPECTFUL) people servicing the yard. Utterly disappointed and horrified.

Called St Pete complete to diagnose a malfunctioning sprinkler system. It was decided that a new system would be cost efficient option. Completed the job in 2 days along with sodding the area that was most disturbed by the excavation. Could not be happier with the final product along with the way it was installed. We hired St. Pete Complete to seal our pavers and instead they ruined them. Instead of holding themselves accountable, and fixing the problem, Bill ultimately told us that there is nothing he can do to fix the problem and abandoned the job. Unfortunately, we had already paid him, so we were stuck with the problem. After over a week of no callbacks from Bill, we started to reach out to other paver companies for help. The one we ultimately hired did an AMAZING job! They not only fixed the problem, but they also made the pavers look brand new. We absolutely love our pavers now! When we met Bill, he said that he prides himself on customer service and doing the job right, but how is above an example of that? Clearly, the problem was fixable...Bill just lacked experience and morals to live up to that statement. I have documented this via pictures on Angies List! Go check them out.
