Heritage is contracted with DNI (who runs our HOA) to do snow removal in our subdivision. Things are not taken care of promptly or properly, leaving our neighborhood behind the snow/ice far longer than others.
I have had the pleasure working with Nick and Christine over the past few years. They have continued to provide excellent service and communication. I highly recommend Heritage for your lawn care needs.
Heritage just finished trimming my boxwood's in the front of my house. They look beautiful. Heritage did an excellent job not only of trimming and shaping but also the clean up of the cut branches. Another plus was their bid on the job was very competitive. I will be calling them in a few weeks to clean up my flower beds for the winter. If you need some flower bed cleaning or evergreen trimming and shaping give them a call.
Nick Terbrock has oversaw the treatment of our lawn. He has done and continues to do a great job making certain our lawn gets the best treatment necessary to look beatiful. He is very responsive and literally goes out of his way, dropping by unannounced just to check on the needs of our lawn. Heritage has a gem with Nick. We are very pleased with his and Heritage's service.
My wife and I don't usually do reviews, being so many are requested, but in this case credit should be given where credit is due. We were given Heritage's phone number from a friend that used them, and we were a little skeptical about the job bid, being the price was less that the competition, but went with it anyway. We had contact with a young guy named "Brandon" who came to our house very carefully went over our needs and wants along with his other professional suggestions and committed to the job. We had lots of removing of old dead plants along with a whole new design of our landscaping. Brandon and his crew arrived on the date they promised and on time. It took over two days, my yards front and back were a mess with the removal of old debris, but at the end of each day it was completely cleaned up to avoid any bad street view. Brandon reviewed what was done and what else was to BE done...along with our approval and his suggestions which were very helpful. The finished job was outstanding and I'm proud to say we made the right decision. The quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew and the plants selected make my new landscaping the talk of my street. I've had several neighbors ask "who did the job" and I'm proud to say "Heritage Lawn and Landscape."...and would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!
Very disappointed with this company. After being a customer for over five years this company decided not to cut our lawn and suspend service over a bill that was less than 30 days old. Was set up for auto pay and the card had fraud, my fault but not contacted by the company at all. No phone calls, no notice in the mail, we’ve been out of town for three weeks seeking treatment for an ongoing illness and had to hear from our neighbor that our grass was almost 3 feet tall. Pretty poor treatment of loyal customers. Billing statements say service “may” be suspended after 30 days of non-payment which I understand completely but I am not in that timeframe! I completely understand that business is needing to be compensated for their work, but the way that this particular incident was handled was extremely poor. I am not the first to mention communication as an issue with this company, seems like it’s something they still need to work on unfortunately.
Heritage Landscaping did an amazing job on my landscaping and new sod in my from yard. It was a complete make over and I have had neighbors stopping to ask for their name before the project was even done. Justin was great to work with. He was super responsive and completely listened to what I wanted in the design and I went along to pick out the plants. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and neighbors.
My lawn was not mowed today but yet Heritage Lawn & Landscape chooses to bill me for it! I did as they suggested and I went and shuffled the leaves about, and the only areas that were mowed were three strips. I am here in person looking at the grass, they were looking at a picture and saying my grass was mowed. A family member was here and watched Heritage for the entire 7 minutes that they were here. Heritage did not mow most of my lawn. Aside from the lack of mowing this time, a while ago one of their guys broke my window. They had a repair company come out and they promised they would clean up all the glass that was shattered all over the place and under the porch. Well that never got cleaned up. I had an inflatable slide down there that got destroyed with the glass, a dog that got glass embedded in her foot, and I had to go down there and clean it all up myself. So aside from having to pay a bogus bill for no lawn mowing, I also had to take on the expense of a Veterinary bill and the cost to replace the inflatable slide that was irreparable. Of course I choose to no longer be a customer of Heritage Lawn & Landscaping; a company that doesn't provide quality service and has very poor customer service.
Poor service! Every time they are suppose to come they don t. The lawn looks like they never cut it. No matter how much you call and complain they do nothing. Don t waste your money just do it yourself.

Prepaying for an annual service and can t even get a return phone call in over a week is not the best way to run a business. Only advice.....work on better communication On a positive note, when they do show up, their team does a really good job!

Ive had 4 conversations with Omni, 4 conversations with Heritage who contracts through Omni and they still put salt on my brand new driveway. I ve even put big signs out on my lawn in English and Spanish saying NO SALT! Ive personally spoken to my main company Omni who s informed Heritage and have called Heritage myself yet they keep doing it and now my brand new driveway is pitting due to the salt!

I called today to get an estimate for lawn care service. Initially the gentleman was nice and enthused about gaining my business. Once I told him I live in Florissant he told me he doesn t service my area and quickly rushed me off the phone.
The worst experience ever! I inquired with Heritage Landscape nearly 3 months ago to begin a few landscaping projects in my backyard. I was initially informed that it may be 4-6 weeks until completion of a job during this time, to which I said okay, I had nearly 10 weeks until I needed the project completed for a large family gathering. So I was then quickly shuffled to Juston, their Landscaping manager who made a design appointment with me and then didnt show. I had to personally text him to remind him he was supposed to be here to which he responded that he forgot and at the time he made the appointment he was just at a bad place in life. I decided to continue with an appointment and spent time showing them the projects we wanted designed and estimated. After a week with no design, I inquired, Juston informed me that he had a design but wasnt yet ready to send because he needed new photos... okay... another 10 days went by still no response or design so I inquired again simply asking for an update on the project...still no response.... another 10 days went by with no update so I inquired again with Juston and once again I was ignored. After 7 weeks of waiting for a design my husband called the office manager to which she tried referring us to Juston as he is their manager. When he explained that it was him who had already blew us off for 7 weeks after several attempts to get an update she said shed have the owner call us. Guess what? No call..... so we called back again, she informed us that she had given him our message and would try again... Do you think weve heard back? Unfortunately, to no surprise, we have still never heard anything back from anyone at Heritage. I inquired with this company on 4/9/19, it is now 6/18/19, 10 weeks later, and I have nothing, no design, no estimate, and absolutely no contact from them after numerous attempts. It looks like the party that Im hosting in 2 weeks will showcase my unfinished backyard since this company disrespectfully wasted our time by refusing to return an email, phone call, etc. Not worth the headache to bother with them. I think its time to propose to our neighborhood board that it may be wise to look into a more respectable vendor if this is how they treat their customers who are in neighborhoods under their services.
I signed up for their weed spraying program and have not noticed any changes after 4 months (2 passes).
My husband & I are new to the area & the grass at our new home is growing fast. We live busy lives so quick & professional responses mean the world. Made arrangements for every other week mowing. Did an OK job, left doormat blown over and shavings on driveway but was an adequate job. Showed up after first mow 1 week later. Called and alerted they came when they were not supposed to and was told they wouldnt be back out until the 2 weeks had passed from that unauthorized mow. Guess who showed up the next day and mowed again leaving all the gates open so I had to chase my dog for 30 minutes in the dark. Heritage! When I called back after this service she left a voicemail that told me not to worry that they were early in the week and that I would still be mowed every week this month and that I should check my gates before I let my dog out. If they didnt show up when they were not supposed to I wouldnt have had to. Exceptionally dissatisfied and am pretty sure they dont care by the attitude on the voicemail and when I called back in. Do NOT recommend.
