Pretty sure he was only here for 5 minutes to treat a 2 acre yard for mosquitoes. He didn t even drive past our front door and trip the ring doorbell camera. It s also not very helpful to spray for mosquitoes 3 days before a frost just to fulfill your contract when you could have come out a month ago.

I watched this morning from work a shotty job from a tech who missed most of the front lawn. It then rained 45 minutes after. I feel like you have to babysit the techs when they come out. We have constantly asked that they ring the doorbell so that we know when they are here, and still they do not. We pay a lot for the services, and I do not feel that I should not have to watch them as well.

Yesterday (7/23), Spring Touch sprayed my lawn even though I do not have a contract with them. They were supposed to spray my next door neighbor s lawn. They a sprayed mosquito application even though on my lawn there is a sign that reads Mosquito Squad. Because Mosquito Squad sprayed my property the day before. Now, I am receiving texts and emails from Spring Touch (I cancelled for terrible service 2-3 yrs ago, hence they have my info). I think I am back on their routes. I better not be. I ve had to spend time trying talk to their staff, e-mail them, texting them that I am NOT A CURRENT CUSTOMER and for them to not enter my property. I know how they work; they apply a product and then you re a customer because that is somehow consenting. We will see what the Attorney General s office says about that kind of business practice.

Im usually not home when I receive service but today I was. I was very pleased to see Tyrell took care around plantings by going slow and getting as close as possible. I also saw that coverage was done edge to edge. I took the time to thank him in person and made sure to do this review. I have issues with lots of creeping Charlie and it is getting under control.

Worst company ever! Do not use this service. They are robbing you blind and when you have an issue, they do not call you back or respond to any of your requests. 3 years of service with this company and my lawn was still not green and full of weeds.. They cant find your property line and must not care about their customers in any fashion. Called to cancel my service after they killed a large portion of my grass only to be billed over and over and emailed bill after bill. Try any company but this company. Tried to reach a manager 3 times only to be ghosted and no return call. You would think they would not want bad reviews but even the owners email bounces back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I switched to a new service and after only 2 treatments, I now have the green lawn I was paying Spring Touch to try and get for 3 years. What a joke.

I m not too impressed with them . 2 yrs in a row now they brought fungus to my yard . They blame it this year on the weather . Well neighbors on each side of me don t have rhe fungus that chokes out the grass and turns it orange. Than he blamed it on foot traffic going through my lawn. Well I don t have a yard that people walk through. I live on a street that has a sidewalk . There is no foot traffic. Than blames it on animals . Maybe . But than why doesn t the animals spread it to the neighbors?? I also talked to a lawn service and they told me . It is spread from one lawn to another if they don t clean wheels . Etc on the spreader. And on their shoes ! The guy hung up on me . He didn t want to listen to the truth . I know 100 percent where that fungus came from. It s only 75 dollars to treat it . Really . I shouldn t have to pay for a fungus. They transferred to my lawn. The customer service rep. Very Rude ! Has anyone else had an issue with them ? Thank you .

*Update number 2. Their customer service, which has always been pleasant, did make a mistake with my refund but acknowledged and fixed the mistake. Furthermore they are promising to update their website with educational resources pertaining to their weed spray and its safety around gardens. Their willingness to admit mistakes and work to fix them changes everything. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and I will likely use this service next Summer or maybe even this Fall. Good on you Spring Touch. *Update. After all of this, and repeated assurances that I would be called before a weed treatment so that I could cover up my garden and prevent cross contamination with the weed treatment, I received an email notice that my law was visited at 3pm the previous day for the weed treatment. No phone call, no voice mail, no opportunity to cover up my gardens to prevent contamination. I have requested a refund and am awaiting the results. Very disappointed. Disappointed. Customer service was courteous and kind, but places a greater emphasis on closing the sale than they do on educating a potential customer. I am not a horticulturalist. I dont know the questions I am supposed to ask. All I know is I want to kill the weeds in my yard. I asked for a heads up before they show up to kill the weeds so I can protect my garden against the spray. I got a voice mail from them saying they are coming out the next day so I spend all night throwing a tarp over my garden only to find out its just a fertilizer treatment today. Thats a very frustrating experience that could have been prevented if their representative had simply explained this process from the beginning.

My technician Michael S did a GREAT job with our mosquito control! We had previously used Orkin and were not happy with the results. It has been about 2 weeks since our service and we still have MINIMAL mosquitos! Im very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone!

My lawn is no greener or thicker than my neighbors who do literally nothing to their lawn. And the weeds are only marginally better. Im out there doing it myself again. So what am I paying for? Not worth it. Better off with a different service (Im guessing), or do it yourself. I give them 1 star only because--in all fairness--when you call to express your concerns, at least they answer the phone and theyre courteous. But then they (they presumably being the manager) just blow your concerns off.

I am giving one star as the person we have been dealing with has tried to contact management about the problems we have had. We bought this service and were quoted a price, and that is the only thing that has went well. 5/29/24 Spring Touch applied fertilizer and crabgrass control. 5/30/24 Spring Touch applied fertilizer (Weed and Feed) again. Now, we have a strong chance of having our grass and weeds all die at the same time. I have tried to talk to someone at the company and just get the run around. We also were promised that this mistake by the company would not be billed. That same day the money came out of our account. Now, we have a dead lawn and we paid for it too. Talk about terrible service. Every time I call no one is available to talk to or they have all left for lunch. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Not great with follow up. No results after 5 years. Lawn dies each year. I replant in the Fall. Repeat. Customer service doesn t care about you. Also they charge for the perimeter sq ft not the actual lawn. I canceled midway thru the year and they did nothing to get me to stay. They want to be the ones to reseed. It s a scam.

Hunter did a great job working quickly but also took the time to help me diagnose a fungus issue weve been having in out lawn for a year. When I thought I had a weed issue it was actually a fungus on the patchy spots, he helped me get set up with the fungicide service that will hopefully help out. After experiencing quick impersonal service in the past with Spring Touch we were almost ready to pull out of their program, I was glad Hunter stopped by today and helped us and we will be continuing to us them knowing they are here to help.

They take the time to do a thorough job. This last service was provided by Zach Bauman, and he did a great job! Thank you!

I ordered mechanical core aeration on April 27th, 2023 and was charged on the same day. They told me it would be a week to a week and a half they would have it done. 2 weeks later, its still not done and they told me maybe next week. I cancelled the service as they wouldnt give me a day that they would be coming and there is lawn prep that needs to be done for aeration. Also, it is nearing the end of the window to aerate for spring. They know this and still wont give a day theyre coming. Time wasting company! They charge for services not rendered. Now they say it will be a few weeks before they refund me for the service they never provided. Who knows if they will. Slow, disorganized, and unscrupulous company. Maybe they used to be good? Beware.

When I first moved into my house it had a real bug problem, we had earwigs in the kitchen, spiders and centipedes in the basement and it was disgusting. I use spring touch for the perimeter insect control and the bug problem is gone. Gustav was just here and he did a very thorough job, I appreciate his professionalism and mostly I am just relieved that there are no more bugs in my house. Had another round of spray, this time by Tierre and they did another amazing job. Very happy with the perimeter insect control, the house has no bugs anymore!

Buncha teenagers doing a 1/2 a$$ job most of the time... especially when aerating the lawn... Ill just do it myself....Wont. be cheaper... but at least itll get done right...

Spring Touch technician did a great job July 7th when he applied the weed control to our lawn. Nichlas Attarian was diligent and proficient in applying the weed control. He worked quickly and went on his way in a matter of minutes for ours is a small lawn.

They do not offer lawn mowing. It seems misleading.

We purchased the premier program for one season for about $400. They really struggled to remove the very little weeds we had. I would walk the property with them prior to every application. I would see them spray the spots, but the weeds would continue to thrive. The customer service rep even had me send pictures of the weeds to be sure it was ones they could eliminate. The customer service rep then verified that the weeds were defiantly on their list of weeds they could easily take care of. During the last fertilizer application it was applied shortly after several hours of rain and it down poured within 1 hour after the application. All of the people are very friendly, but what good does that do when your not getting what you pay for.

Let me start by saying we spend quite a bit each year on Spring touch services and have never had a reason to complain, until now. Two years ago, we decided we needed help with grub damage at our property and called to see what Spring Touch could do to help us. The package was expensive but we simply didnt have time to fix our grub damaged on our own. The package included grub repair/patching for all noticeable spots, aeration and seeding. That summer we didnt end up going through with the package due to our schedules so we decided to wait until this year. At the end of this summer, I called back to have this same package requoted at the new price because I thought the price would somewhat adjust from the prior year, which it did. The representative found my original quote on file with all of the notes about grubs and simply requoted it at the new price. Even given the increase in price, we decided to go along with it. In September they completed the aeration and seeding but didnt touch the grub spots, which was the entire point of this service. Honestly, I thought they just hadnt completed the job yet and they would come back to work on the grub spots. Then the bill came. I called and explained to the representative that they did not complete the grub repair which was a significant part of the cost of this package. I was told that they would have someone out to our property within the week to meet with me and look at the work that was completed. No one showed or called. When I called a second time, I was told that they were working through a backlog of service calls before it snowed and that they would try to get to us ASAP. Two weeks later, no phone call and it snowed. I then received a voicemail asking me to return their call to discuss. When I finally got ahold of a representative after calling 2 more times, I was told that they wouldnt be coming out to the house this year and that full payment was due regardless. The customer service representative I spoke to was abrasive and laughed at me condescendingly when I told her I was uncomfortable paying for services that were not done. She continued to tell me that if i did not pay the bill in full I would be sent to collections. I even offered to pay for the aeration and seeding that I knew they had completed, but again was told I would be sent to collections. Then as we were talking she told me that Spring Touch doesnt perform grub control services and the package she requoted me earlier in the year said nothing about grub repair. I told her I would never have paid $700 for just aeration and seeding and that im confident I was very clear in what work I wanted done. She mentioned that she could pull up the recorded conversations from both sales calls to confirm that I didnt mention grub repair at the time of the quote. I liked this idea! and when I told her that I would like her to do that, she then told me she couldnt find the recordings as too much time had passed, they had been deleted. What I didnt tell her, is that we have cameras all over our property that record, and I have footage of the techs not completing this work. After several minutes of her not caring about what I was saying and making me feel dumb, she said she would look into this more and call me back. I hope she doesnt at this point... she made me cry... as pathetic as that sounds. Needless to say, we have cancelled all of our services to Spring Touch. Please be very careful when hiring Spring Touch to do expensive jobs, we learned our lesson the hard way.
