Over the years we have been overall very happy with MSP, however, this past year there was a struggle multiple times at our Shoreview location and Blaine, in regards to sidewalks not getting shoveled and in Shoreview snow being shoveled into a fenced in generator area, which they were told multiple times cannot happen, however, MSP has always been very quick to respond to either emails and/or phone calls, which is a great thing! Overall, still happy with MSP!

MSP has taken care of our snow removal needs for several years now and they have gone above and beyond for us and our tenants. Even throughout a record breaking winter, they have worked diligently to clear our lots and are always very responsive.

MSP Outdoor Services has been GREAT keeping the snow cleared and salt placed all season. The are very diligent during major snow events of coming back to the property to make sure we are constantly cleared for our tenants and guests. We are a large Downtown Minneapolis tower and it's great driving in and seeing all our snow cleared completely away before everyone else. We Greatly Appreciate the crews hard work and they are always courteous to our tenants and guests. For the past few years that I have been here - they are the one vendor that I don't have to worry about performing.

I have worked with Tom on a project for my rental property, and they exceeded expectations. My renters who were moving out at that time were so impressed, they hired Tom and his crew for a project on their new purchase. Thanks, Tom!
