The Fall clean up was done so poorly that I didn’t realize it had been done when the invoice arrived. I would not recommend spending the $400 I was charged.

I called to get a quote on lawn service for my elderly parents’ home and spoke with Tom. When I explained what needed to be done, Tom said he would send a team out when they had time. When I asked for a specific day and time so my elderly parents know when to expect them, Tom said he could not give me a day and time; he also said that it would be a waste of his time. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JERK!!!
Came in clutch! These guys were easy to work with and did a fantastic job on our lawn. Looking forward to getting more work done in the future.
Contacted Monson to perform a spring clean-up. Tom quickly provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. They put me on the schedule and actually completed the service ahead of time. However, the crew missed an area which needed extra attention. Notified Tom and he promptly send someone out to correct. Really appreciated his commitment to getting the job done right. I am very glad that I went through Monson. Tom is responsive, understanding and always willing to discuss things through with you. I went through many different landscapers and a majority of them don’t take the time to go over the details with you. It’s like they expect you to just know and accept their proposals with no input. Tom took a lot of time to answer my questions and concerns. Communication is key especially when your shelling out thousands of dollars. Yes, there were bidders who had came up with a slightly lower bid but I’m happy to pay a little more and know that someone will always get back to me. The landscapers were polite, showed up early and did their best not to become a distraction. Shout out to Nick and the crew. We love the look of our retaining wall and have already got multiple comments about how great it looks. Go with Monson and you will not be disappointed.
Had a spring cleanup done swiftly and respectfully. I am a first time home owner and they helped me greatly by fitting me into their schedule last second. Tom was very helpful, informative, and respectful! Would recommend them are any lawn care services!

Responsive customer service, but became rude after I signed up for a season. I would not recommend Monsons.
Im new to this as we have always done our own but due to health reasons we can not this year. They have been very patient and understanding of my many questions. They came out today for our spring clean up and oh my did they do a fantastic job. Or yard never looked better. If your in the Market I highly recommend them.
Never got a call back. No correspondence even though I left my phone number. Not good customer service if you can t even get a return phone call

The work crew did a great job on My son s front lawn. They were very particular about preparing the ground for sodding, and adding, leveling and packing the top soil. They also did a nice job of laying in and trimming the sod. In addition, they gave useful instructions to Eric on watering the new lawn. Overall, a job well done!
Very Professional and hard working crew. Two day project, first to clear all the bad soil & weeds and prepare for sod. Next day added great looking back soil then finished with laying sod. Also, advised us on the necessary care. Both days everything was cleaned up before the crew left.
Excellent and prompt communication with Tom. Crew was very efficient, thorough, and friendly. We definitely recommend for sod and rock installation.

I have never written a review before (good or bad) however the service provided by Monson Lawn and Landscaping warranted this review. While dreading to finally making a decision on landscaping and fearful due to workOmg with bad landscapers in the past, we pulled the trigger. I could not believe how easy the process was to have done. They gave us great options and opinions. There was a date set for the start of the project. They showed up and it was done without any question or concern. Tom Monson, the owner, was present during the whole process and the work his employees did was amazing. It is great to have a project like this done and have no regrets! Anyone planning a landscaping project should call Tom immediately. Monson Lawn and Landscape has done my spring yard cleanup and mulching for 3 years and they always do great work. This year I also needed to replace the patio in my back yard and address serious water drainage issues. The project involved regrading the area away from the patio door, installation of a drain box to eliminate water ponding and seepage into my home through the patio door, and installation of a new paver patio. Tom and his crew did wonderful work and the new patio is absolutely beautiful! Tom was very knowlegeable detailed. He provided options & recommendations for solving my issues and provided help with material selection. The crew was very professional and efficient, and left my yard neat and clean. Overall I am very pleased with the work done and the cost, and I would definitely recommend Monson Lawn and Landscape.
They came through in the clutch for a fair price, were honest about a concrete issue with my foundation and gave me time to get that fixed, then they came back and finished their landscaping project. Employees were efficient and professional and the work was quality.

They have been very reliable. Last year I spoke to them about bare spots in my lawn. Caused by the heavy lawn mower turning in the same spot each cutting. I requested them to slow down, or at least not turn at the same spot each time. Simple request, right? They havent changed, lawn is ripped up.

We hired Monson Lawn & Landscaping to do our core aeration on our large lot in Woodbury and we were completely satisfied with the pricing as well as the work done. The yard looked incredible this year and we will absolutely have Tom come back for more work!
I have had to deal with the rude employees for days. I have asked them not to park in my walkway and they continue to block my walkway day after day. I asked them to park their vehicles where they are actually doing a job but instead they park everywhere besides where they are doing work. They are rude and feel that it is okay to take an entire block with their equipment. I am turning them into the city. I work long hours and want to be able to come home and park where I pay rent. Instead I have to park a black away because they have 2 trucks with trailers and rock blocking 3 parking spaces. I would never hire this company knowing how rude their employees are. Today was the final straw. Enough is enough. Instead of making a woman walk an entire block with a child they should be considerate enough to park their vehicles and equipment that they are not using elsewhere. I cant stress enough how rude the young men are!! Find another landscaping company!!

Tom Monson and crew have just finish fall clean-up. They did an outstanding job. Picked up all fallen leaves and mowed, trimmed and then blew once again. Could not be happier. This is my go to crew from here on out. Thank you
