We were a customer for years. Last summer our lawn was burned by chemicals leaving multiple dead spots. Some very large and some small. Over half our lawn needs to be fixed. Company said it was lack of rain ( 3 independent companies said it was one of the worst burn jobs they'd ever seen). They refused to work with us to come to a solution. Didn't respond to inquiries. So we have to put in the time and money to do it ourselves.
