Reached out to Tyler Landscape Maintenance to help clear snow from a parking lot on which we were trying to locate some monitoring wells. Response was extremely quick (about 20 minutes) and helped save my crew hours of lost time that would have been spent trying to clear ice and snow by hand. Tyler Landscape had the skillful knowledge to diagnose an issue with skunks and/or opossums digging for grubs in our yard. Jude has been mowing my lawn when I go on vacation for the past 8 years, I gave him credit that I am not one of his full-time customers but he always seems to work me in if I give him a couple of weeks notice. Committed to providing lawn services. Didnt show up when he promised. Didnt show up the next day. I called and asked if I had possibly done something wrong or if we had a miscommunication. Owner explained the delays he had recently due to weather and breakdowns, but he promised to be there the next day, knowing my lawn was now quite overgrown and in need of service. If he was booked and unable to take on new clients, he should have expressed that, and given me the opportunity to set up another service, but he did not. The next day came and went, with no services once again. I expressed my disappointment. The owner retorted with a rant about the length of my lawn and how he did not need my service, stating I should buy a mower and do it myself. If all his clients did that, he wouldnt have a business. I was looking to hire a professional to mow my lawn so I could spend more time with my family; instead I got confrontation. Ill hire a professional who meets their commitments.

This individual is by far the best local landscaper. No one is even close to how good he and his crew are. They re perfect.
