We needed a huge half dead pine tree removed from our front yard. Thompsons was working at our neighbors on a Friday and I just asked for a quote. He gave me a great quote and removed it on Thursday, and came back to ground down the stump on Saturday. AWESOME!

They removed our tree like we asked but hit our neighbors fence and have not been responsive about fixing the damage.

There arent words to describe how amazing Jodi and his crew are! We have used them before and had a great experience, but today they saved the day! We had lightening strike our tree this morning and it was split from the top to the bottom. It looked as though the tree was going to break and fall on our house at any time. My husband made one call to Thompson and Jodi had boots on the ground in no time. Thank you for your quick response and great work!

Did not finish job will not answer calls would not recommend this tree service. Even after his response to this review still hasnt finished the job like he said he did and doesnt answer the phone.

We booked Thompsons after watching them do great work at our neighbors. The owner is very responsive and friendly to work with. He brings a whole team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were the best valued bid for a GIANT dying tree, that some other companies didnt want to touch. We are very happy with their work.

This company damaged the roof, soffits, and siding of our neighbors home. They left debris and logs on the front lawn. Not to mention cut not one but two power lines during their removal. We came out to find trash in our yard and they had been on and off of our property all day without permission. We also found impact marks near our windows. Not once did they come to our door to ask if they could use our property share safety concerns or tell us about the down live power lines.

Wow!! We live across the street from the house damaged in the last review. About 15 of us parents stood there waiting for the school bus to come while watching this tree company make the poor decision to drop a 50+ ft tall tree (with multiple trunk wide limbs) down between 2 houses. We we re taking bets on which house they would hit bec it was obvious to anyone of us non tree professionals that the tree was too tall and too wide for that drop. They even removed their business sign from the yard so no one knew who it was but we already took pics and video for the homeowner. What s even sadder is this house was in the process of closing for a new homeowner. I hope they can withdraw their purchase bec there is no telling what unforeseen damage that 1000lb hit did to the walls, foundation, and driveway they dropped it on. Sad sad sad!

Jodie and his team took down a very large dead pin oak in our back yard. He was very responsive throughout the process, his price was very fair and his team was quick. They have done several trees around our neighborhood and done a fine job with all.

Thompson removed a dead pin oak in my back yard. It was near two houses and over a fence. The did a great job cutting down this tree in a safe manner. They were responsive and timely. They sent insurance prior to doing the job.

We are very pleased with their work and professionalism! Jodie is great to work with and explain everything! Romero is just amazing swinging around in the tree the whole team just works fantastic and thoroughly together! We will be using them again in 2 days to take 3 trees down in our backyard. I highly recommend them!!
