Ive used Reliable Tree Care many times over many years. They consistently provide Excellent service at a reasonable price. They really care about the services they provide & their customers!

Our 60 foot tall Tulip poplar tree very unexpectedly began to uproot. Reliable Tree Care put a priority status on it and were out as promptly as possible. They saved our garage from being flattened. The crew were careful, fast, efficient, and polite.

Crew was on time, friendly and did job with out damaging existing grass area. I have been using Reliable Tree Care for years. Not sure if the colors of the 5 items.Does the blue colors meen good or bad. dont know how to scoe it. As far as I know blue means good so that is waht I pick for good service.

HIghly recommend Reliable Tree. They cut down a 75 foot oak tree in the corner of my yard. Absolutley amazed to watch them work around 2 sets of power lines...and a wooden fence. Very efficient. Cleaned up debris, ground stump. Filled in yard divits, seeded and put down hay. The 2 crews that worked here were great. The bid was VERY competitive. Very easy process all around.

Reliable Tree Service removed a Bradford Pear Tree from our front yard that was dying. The team that came out and removed the tree were very professional and informative. My yard will need grass replaced to fill the void buy we are pleased with the results. The best part was the low cost for this work. I highly recommend this company.

Responsive company, nice to work with. But we spoke to them on phone and said we weren t ready for two weeks since we were having other work done to the house and needed time to clear yard under tree. But with no set date yet, they showed up unannounced and came in the yard and started work. This added to our stress from our other obligations and work happening at the house that day and I believe it made it more difficult for them to access the tree since we had not had that time to move large items below canopy. Just wish they would have done as we asked and held off til we were ready, roughly 7-10 days later.

Jim and his crew did an AMAZING job bringing down a large tree on the property line. Their care and concern to details and my neighbors property exceeded my expectations! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Reliable saved me. I had a Bradford Pear tree that had a lot of damage from one of the storms that came through. I noticed it at 1:00 on Good Friday afternoon. They came to my house by 4:30, secured the branch so it wouldn t fall on my neighbors garage and by 8:30 on Monday morning had sent a crew to remove 3 trees in my backyard. They were fast, responsible and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Would Not recommend using them. For their employees that come out to do the work have no respect for the people around them. They have no respect for their elders or the disabled. They apparently have no respect for others property. The filthy words they use to call the disabled females. Are very disrespectful. Also, apparently when they are turned in for their behavior to the company they give no satisfaction of restitution for their employees behavior. That is my personal experience after being called filthy names, running up on my property

We had a tree come down on our house in a storm. We called Reliable Tree care and they came quickly and removed the tree within a few hours. The crew worked efficiently together and were very professional and friendly! They left the grounds and the roof very clean.

The crew that took down our damaged trees were friendly, professional, and very skilled. We had two bushes in the way that we told them not to worry about damaging, but they were able to fall the trees in the 3 foot gap between them. This is the second time we have used them, and will call them again if needed.

They are available to contact for emergencies 24 hours a day. Called them early in the morning after winds blew a neighbor s tree into mine and was suspended in mid-fall above my house. I appreciate their prompt and professional response. It was all taken care of by mid-morning.

Tree removal crew was outstanding on June 23. Sent a competent, friendly, hard working and knowledgeable crew. Took care to protect lawn/ landscaping and perform tree removal in a professional manner. They cleaned up area when finished. This was a very large pin oak nearly 80-90 feet tall and at least 60 years old that was in close proximity to our house. Highly recommend that you use Reliable and call them first. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is great. They are bonded, insured, and will return your calls and follow up with your concerns - via email, phone, and text. They are due to come back for stump removal/ grinding in coming days and I anticipate similar service.

Sadly our extremely large pin oak was dying from gall infestation and had to be removed. Reliable Tree Care emailed their bid with their insurance certificate (liabilities AND workmen s comp!) They had the lowest bid of the four companies I called that were actually fully insured AND used their own employees, not contractors. The guys showed up when promised and worked hard all day to get our tree down.

Great work. The arborist was excellent. Their equipment looked new and high tech. Pretty quick and quick clean up. Only negative is that the lead foreman that day seemed unfriendly and sarcastic at first but he warmed up. The Arborist was gracious and even went back up to trim more at our request but also made sure he wasnt cutting too much for the sake of the trees health. I think the mulching truck left a large oil stain on our street but oh well. I would hire them again for other tree care bc they did a great job. Just the foreman could be more friendly. The crew in whole was great.

Reliable came out and provided a bid to remove my tree. I accepted the bid. They didnt get back with me. I called, left messages, sent emails, and reached out on FB and got no response. I did catch one person who answered the phone but she told me someone would call me back but then never did. Save yourself time and call someone else.

Fell a tree the wrong direction in my neighbors yard and took out part of my fence. Said they would be back to fix it, then stopped responding to my calls and voicemails.

Called 3 times trying to make an appointment for someone to come out and look at a tree Spoke with receptionist, however never received a call back from whoever she gave the messages to. It s a shame because we got recommendations from a neighbor, but would not recommend because of how they are not responsive.

The team at Reliable is awesome! Chris came out for a bid on a Friday and sent me the estimate the same day. Ameren had to first trim the tree due to power lines and Reliable took care of contacting them. Ameren trimmed the tree the following Wednesday and Reliable was out the next day to trim two of my very tall Silver Maples and remove one out of control Mulberry tree. The crew did an excellent job and managed not to drop anything on my sheds or fencing. From start to clean up, Reliable was efficient and did an amazing job! Very pleased!

I had a tree uproot and fall on a rental property I own. My tenet was terrified and nervous about the clean up and removal of the tree from the roof. Kyle, the owner was out there super quick and made my tenet feel alot more comfortable. They removed the tree with no additional damage to my house. Their guys were so proessional, clean and quick. I couldnt say enough good about them!

These Yahoos showed up in our neighborhood to take care of a tree around 9pm ... with their spotlights shining in our window. What a joke, that sure didnt last long ;) We drove by today (as they are there again) seems like it will be a full day of work... Starting at 9pm how unprofessional and disrespectful to our community.
