Marc Jackson, the technician who visited my property today was a super nice young man who was very professional in explaining what he was applying (fertilizer and lime), and performing the process as well. I, as a customer, appreciate that. Thanks.
I called at 1:20pm on 9/3 requesting an estimate for services. I was told it takes 2-3 business days for customer service to get back to me. I received an email on 9/5 instead of a phone call. I went back and forth with the gentleman because his numbers were not adding up and I really wanted a clear understanding so I can pay up-front and receive my discount for doing so. It does not appear that they want new customers because the gentleman didn’t try to call me and help me to better understand why our numbers were not aligning and address my concerns so we can get my services started. A phone call should have been made. Especially to a potential new customer. My friend referred me to them because she likes them. Very disappointing experience.
It was nice tht Carl came out today explaining treatment of my Lawn. He was very informative when I asked questions. It's people like this tht show interest in their Work , that I like to deal with. Thanks again Carl, your work ethic and respect for the Cusromer is a genuine Quality
Spring Green does a great job keeping my lawn looking nice. Carl is out here at least once a month making sure things are in order and is always as friendly as can be.
This is by far the best my lawn has looked in years. It’s fuller, greener, and weed free. The best part is that it’s something I can take off my plate and I have one less thing to worry about. A big shout out to Carl who has been amazing to work with. I highly recommend this service!
Our yard has never looked better after utilizing Spring Green services. We had many trouble spot and weeds, and the lawn overall really needed a lot of TLC. In just one season, we have seen huge improvements. New grass has grown in areas that were bare before and the “feel” of the grass is so much better…making it enjoyable for a family with kids who play outside and a dog who loves to sunbathe 😉. And Carl, in particular, has been a God send…giving watering tips, explaining why we’ve struggled with growth certain areas (and fixed it!), and then some. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend Spring Green! 10/10
We started Spring Green services in late winter/ early spring of 2023. We noticed drastic improvement in our lawn after each application. We had a different lawn care group before Spring Green, for years, and the appearance of our lawn worsened. We highly recommend Spring Green. They will make a difference in your lawn, they are competitively priced and our Tech, Duane, is very detailed, dedicated and an outstanding person.
Been with these guys for 3+ years now and man they do a GREAT job!! They always explain what they are doing and what I need to do to maximize. Plus, they always are concerned about my pups which is nice, they get extra pets from Carl who always makes my day with our brief conversations when he comes to apply the product, look forward to continuing using their outstanding service with GREAT people to get my lawn looking the best on the block

Last fall, signed up with Spring Green and have been pleased with their program of sequential applications all done to treat our yard and help it perform well, despite Mr. Mole just about annihilated our yard. Had 9 traps out and this guy was aggressive. But after we caught him, all those tunnels went away and the grass took over and now its very lush and green thanks to Spring Green
Spring Green has been great, I always appreciate the courtesy call the day before, and the employees are friendly and polite, showing up on time and doing a really good job, my lawn looks so much better and is healthier as a result of the treatments from Spring Green.
So I purchased my house about a year ago and the owner said that the house would come with four services of laying down fertiliser. The first thing I did was call the company to inform them that I am purchasing the house and the former owner said that he paid for the remaining four services of fertiliser to be laid down. I let them know that after the last service we would not need them anymore that I just allowed them to do it because it was part of the deal when purchasing the home. And then for some reason they still proceeded to come and service our yard after we had told them not to. Next thing you know I have a collection on my credit for $69. The fact that they still charged me and sent it to collections after I informed them is bad business ethics. Would not recommend this company.

They need a new person that answers the phone. Very rude. Does not care attitude. I am cancelling my service and going somewhere that wants our business.
The tech Mr. Andrews is a real pro. After fighting a terrible lawn every season and even going with an unresponsive competitor first, I get a referral from a family member to contact Spring Green. My lawn has never looked better and I have not done the math but think the cost is about the same or less than me doing it myself. Without the good results.
Service is non existent. My lawn is half dead. Had 3 applications this year and had to call them back each time. However they never came back to fix the issue. They just took my money but never backed up their guarantee.
It took awhile for my lawn to look good to me and now it does. If you have bare spots I highly recommend the aeration and seeding in the fall followed by plenty of watering. My lawn came back looking great this year.
We had an issue with an invasion of clover from a neighbors lawn. Called Spring-Green and they came out within a couple of days, sprayed the appropriate areas and weve not had a problem since. They even sprayed a few feet into the neighbors yard to help with the issue. Problem solved. The clover disappeared within a few days.
This is my first season with Spring-Green. they have exceed my expectations of what I expected my lawn to look like and this is only the middle of the year.
My yard went from weeds and patchy areas to a weed-free beautiful yard in less than a year. I get so many lawn compliments from neighbors and friends.Spring Green is easy to work with. They always gives me a courtesy call before they come out and always leave me a receipt so I know that they put on lawn treatment. Spring Green is also reasonably priced I am so glad I made the decision to go with this company. I would highly recommend!
I signed up over a year ago & my yard has not improved significantly. After multiple calls & respraying for crabgrass owner tells me today that I have barn grass & its not treatable.I asked for full refund but only got credit for my last treatment. Owner blocked my calls when I insisted on more compensation. Reporting him to BBB.

Best lawn care service in St. Louis! The staff is knowledgeable, their prices are fair, and the lawn improves after the first treatment. Ive been using them for almost 3 years now and will continue to use them moving forward. I highly recommend the team at Spring-Green!

Everyone at spring green have been very responsive to all of my request. Although my lawn is not and has never been of Lawn and Garden quality it is in much better condition than in the past. This is the third year they have serviced the lawn.
Moved into a new house last year. Yard really needed some help. Even after only one year of service through Spring-green, I can see a real difference.
I feel like my lawn is the only one Spring-Green Lawn Care does - thats how good they are. I feel special. They actually KNOW my lawn. Bill recently fertilized, aerated and seeded it and the grass is in very good shape. Knowing what a stressful late summer we had with high temps and drought, its amazing. Whenever I have reason to call Eric, he immediately knows me and bends over backwards to help, if needed. Ive had calls from other lawn services and I always tell them I am very pleased with Spring-Green Lawn Care.
We ve been using Spring-Green for about 7 years now and before we used them our yard looked pretty bad. We couldn t grow grass in several places in the yard. Eric Belleville and his team were able to get grass to grow in those areas. Eric has always been able to address any questions or concerns we ve had with answers and results. I ve watched over the years as neighbors hired random companies that promised the world but didn t deliver. Spring Green has delivered for us and now we have the best yard in the subdivision.
