These guys are amazing! We had a yard that left a lot to be desired. We called these guys last summer and told them we had a wedding in the fall. They promised a lawn and they delivered!!!

Concerned about the violets not dying so they came back and serviced within 5 days of my call. Rodrique seems to be solving the issue as they are beginning to die off.

Brian did a great job on my lawn treatment service! Awesome service.

Be careful of these guys. They have a junk fee when you try to cancel. they say that youve been actually only paying installments. installments on monthly mosquito treatment? give me a break. I pay them about $25 a month to spray for mosquitos, and then when i call to cancel because Im moving, they say I owe them $190. A balance which they say has been built up over 2 years! never once was i sent an invoice that detailed this balance. probably something they bury in terms and services, hoping people get frustrated and dont cancel services. dont trust these guys.

I have been using ProTurf for about three years. The employees are engaged, polite and respectful. Wesley did a nice job today.

We have almost a half acre lawn. But since I ve had trouble with other companies using heavy equipment, leaving ruts and sliding marks in our yard, I prefer Pro Turf. They use simple equipment and walk it out for the fertilizer treatments. Excellent service and easy payment options. I d recommend everyone to their services.

I timed and watch the person treat my yard it took 3 min he claimed to have done front and back but I watched him on Camara..I questioned him and he stated it takes about 15 min then said he can respray. It took 3 mins alone to respray the back yard the timing doesnt add up. The last time they came I got the receipt but never saw anyone on my cameras. I pay ro much for services to not receive them. Wish i could upload the videos. I gave a two because he resprayed the back only.

Today Carter came to do our first pest control application. He was very respectful of our home. He put on shoe covers so he wouldn t track dirt across our carpet. He made sure to get the entire home and the areas of concern that were mentioned. He was efficient but didn t seem to rush through the process at all. Overall, we will definitely be sticking with the service.

Well all I can do is tell you that he was polite. I looked out the window and he was putting down what he needs to put down. I guess I can review better when I see a difference in my lawn but right now I have no complaints

I can t always remember everyone s names but several that I have had repeat exceptional experience with are Jeanine, Crystal, Andrew, Casey, and today Stephen. He reinforced how friendly and wonderful this company is. They seem to know how to hire the best. I utilize their pest control services annually during the spring/summer months. They will come back at no cost if you feel like you need anything more between regular treatments. They treat my inside and yard. Ants, spiders, house centipedes (mice when I first moved in), flea, tick, mosquito prevention in my yard. They help me keep the creepy crawlies away from my 139 year old home. They are always exceptionally friendly, easy to chat with, provide advice, never seem put out or anything, and get the job done. I am always happier after a visit, phone call, or email with this company. I never thought I would say I love a pest control company, but I do! I also want to mention my parents use ProTurf and have similar wonderful things to say and they love their yard! Thank you all so much.

I have a burning bush hedge that is very susceptible to spider mite damage. Trevor called to say he was on his way very polite on the phone, and appears to done a very nice job. The few weeds that had popped up are already wilting and dying. Very professional, with his language and tone of voice was excellent.

Company falsely showed up to my property and applied products. Then tried sending me a bill for these unrequested services. They have now harassed me with calls to the point I am filing complaints and leaving reviews.

Mr Rodrique did my lawn service last year and I was praying that I get him again this year. He did my Early Spring Service today, March 7, 2023 Mr Rodrique been doing my lawn for a year now he always knocks on my door and explains to me what kind of treatment hes going to do and see if I have any questions. He appears to be very knowledgeable with his work and he shows care and respect for my property and me. He is always friendly no matter what day he comes out. Excellent work I get several compliments on my lawn.

***WARNING*** Hired St. Louis Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions, LLC to perform a lawn treatment service, as well as my neighbor across the street. The crew van arrived at my neighbors house which was scheduled before mine. I watched the employee knock on the door, no answer, sat in his car for 15 minutes, and then placed a bill on my neighbors door without performing any work. I verified this with my neighbor later. After I witnessed this theft, I canceled my appointment. They are charging me $169 for this cancellation, and have turned this over to collections. Do NOT do business with these criminals.

Having used two other lawn care companies we finally switched to Pro Turf a few years ago. The primary reason we have stayed with them is their outstanding customer service. A young man named Taylor has been the primary technician in charge of our lawn each year. His knowledge is unsurpassed! His balance of professionalism and genuine courtesy and caring are amazing! He is patient and listens to us. He understands how much we love our lawn and the time we put in to it. He always speaks to us and not over our heads in a condescending way! All lawn companies have weed control and pre-emergent but they do NOT have a Taylor!

St. Louis Pro Turf has cared for my lawn for several years. When they began, my lawn was a mishmash of crab grass, clover, and other weeds. I had to surrender. Today was lime application. The lime is small white pellets which were spread across my property. Unfortunately my lawn is covered almost completely by leaves meaning that the lime instead of going on to the lawn in many places is sitting on top of stacks of leaves. Not sure how effective this will be in getting into the lawn itself.

Rodrigo was professional, polite and efficient. I did a one tome service so I would not be locked in to a company I didnt like and he did an awesome job of answering questions and completing the job in an efficient and timely manner.

I have used Pro Turf for several years now and in my opinion, and experience, the service they provide is second to none. I have never achieved the same outcome when I have switch to other companies, or attempted things on my own. Also, the technicians are true professionals and the office staff have always been receptive. In general, a great company to do business with.

I had used another local lawn care company for 6-7 years. They did not do a bad job, but I was not impressed with the results and they were very expensive. Saw Pro Turf signs on a number of great looking lawns in my neighborhood and gave them a call. Lawn has been improving ever since!! Excellent service and value.

Our lawn looks so much better. We had over fertilized and burned out different areas of our lawn. Pro Turf got at least 95% of it to look like nothing had ever happened in one summer! Any time the weedsforgot to read the directions and die in the time span they were suppposed to a free second application did the trick.

We Tried several lawn companies but we never received the response from the other tree services results it wasn t perfect at first but after a couple years and then coming back to redo it not at their fault because of our backyard we are finally seeing our yard improving we have large tree. We went to the St. Louis Mo. Home Show in 2018, and I was very interested in finding a lawn service that would help me keep my yard looking healthy. I have problems in the past with weeds, brown spots, and moles. There was a few companies that I talked to while at the show, and I choose to go the Pro Turf because of their presentation, knowledge, and the friendliness of the salesmen. I have been extremely satisfied with my choice.they are super reliable and the products they use on my lawn make it look fantastic, also if I ever have an issue of some weeds popping up in between my services they will come out between visits. ( although I have never needed them to come in between its nice to know that I have that option.) I highly recommend their service for your lawn care needs.

We are EXTREMELY happy with Pro Turf in every way. Our lawn is the best on our block, our technician listens carefully to our needs and executes for us. The manager, Josh Harden has been out to our property numerous times and just wants to make us happy in every way. When we need a service call for weeds or something else, they usually come in about 7 days or less, depending on how busy they are. I would give Pro Turf a 10 out of a 10 in every way. Four other neighbors on our block also have come over to Pro Turf, so what does that tell you????

I have been using Pro Turf for several years and have found that it is a great value for the money spent. The price is just a little more than buying bags of fertilizer and weed killer plus their stuff is better than what you buy at the store. They always apply at the right time so there s no guessing about that. If you have an issue their technician will come back out and re-apply or attack the problem area. Much of the time it s the same guy who treats our lawn which means he knows what to watch out for i.e. extra attention to the area where the neighbors let their weeds grow. A lot of people walk in our neighborhood and I get a lot of compliments from total strangers about how good the lawn looks. I ve used other services and they all eventually failed but I highly recommend Pro Turf!

We have used ProTurf for the past two years. When we started our lawn was the embarrassment of the street. But they have done a great job and our lawn looks good. They do provide extras, such as seeding and aeration, but are pretty honest about whether or not its something that would benefit you. I would totally recommend them.

We have used Pro Turf for a year and our lawn is thick and beautiful now. Last year it looked terrible. Pro Turf really works!! Trevor was very informative and professional when treating our lawn.

Lawn looks great plush and green

I have a roach infestation in a community and needed it professionally sprayed. The sales person said this would happen. I specifically asked for an intense treatment not a regular spraying.The actual employee who did the spraying did not spray under cabinets or even in all rooms. He acted like it did not matter and was more concerned with finishing his breakfast in his car than spraying. I will never use again. I Do not recommend them, they have a big pitch but do not deliver!

I rehired them as last company I had I had to keep calling out numerous times to respray for lots of weeds

Tried them for flea control inside my home. They told me we didnt need to leave the house, but then the guy came and announced that we would have to leave for a few hours. He had only what looked like a glorified can of Raid, and spent ten minutes spraying carpets only and was done. He said we would just need to vacuum a couple of times a week, and theyd be back sometime. After the treatment, things seemed to get worse instead of better. A month later, the guy called and asked if Id be home the next day for him to do a second treatment. When I told him the first was unhelpful, he didnt have any response.

Have been with PROTURF for going on 4 years. Very unhappy with others and set up program. Have had them at two locations and am extremely pleased with the service. All areas of review are great. I have recommended them to others. Will continue.

Nice price and they do a good job. I would give them 5 stars, but I had to wait over 2 weeks for them to come out.

We hired Pro Turf when we moved into our home in June of 2017. We just had them do the basic applications and fungus treatment in 2017. In 2018 our yard was horrible. I know everyone kept saying 2018 was a horrible year for weeds, pests and heat. HOWEVER, my neighbor s yard, we share lawn boundary, was EXCELLENT, PRISTINE and a nice lush GREEN. I spoke with my neighbor about his strategy and what he does. He subscribes to the Lawn Nut on YouTube and follows his routine. We have decided to treat our lawn ourselves, using the Lawn Nut s suggestions. Pro Turf increased their prices for 2019 as well. I m just not willing to hire them again to make another weed infestation for what looks like a service that is not being performed, just a bill at my front door.

We called to schedule service at our house and the person we spoke with was helpful and our first appointment was booked. The evening before the appointment, we received a call cancelling our service and asking us to recall to schedule a new day/time. I called back that morning and again, scheduled our initial meeting. That day came and went. No one showed up. Not much more I can say other than we have found a different lawn service company and could not be happier with them. Based on my breif experience, I would NOT recommend St. Louis Pro Turf.

Lousy customer service

I had high hopes but the the service was just completely ineffective. I still have a yard full of weeds. After I cancelled the service they still came out and did a treatment and then wanted me to pay for it. The customer service was pretty bad too.

No call backs and lousy customer service. Left two messages. Finally got a hold of CS and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor. They have all gone home. They leave at 3:30p Can I speak to the owner. No, hes really hard to get a hold of. Always in and out. What can you do to help me? When can I schedule your next service? Yea, right.

Great service and very reasonably priced. The tech. was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating (I was running behind from taking care of errands so he politely called and waited for me to arrive). There was a small issue requiring them to stop by again about a week later. They again were professional and no hassle with with request and provided prompt service. I d highly recommend to my family and friends and will use again!

I had them start the lawn service in 2017 after I tried to do it myself for 8 years. Lawn looks better than it ever did. Even my neighbors made comments my lawn looked great. I also like getting an email the day before they are coming just to know.

Weve been using St. Louis Pro Turf for about 2 years for pest control (bugs/spiders/mice, etc.). We originally found them via Groupon, but have maintained using them and am on a regular schedule with them. They are great at what they do (no more issues in our house!), always courteous, and the pricing is reasonable. I would recommend them.

Excellent service with noticeable results. If you are not satisfied or if you see bugs return, they make it right and return no questions asked.

This company has done a great job on my lawn. The ability to remove and prevent weeds, and to provide a detailed explanation of the service performed each time they visit is very helpful. I use the pay in advance method and enjoy the annual discount that comes with that. The only negative I find is the number of times they call and try to upsell me on other features. Their aeration, seeding, and lime treatments are way more expensive for items that I can do myself. I utilize their lawn care and their tree care since those are things I could not do as well myself because ProTurf has superior products in those areas.

Our lawn was thin and not so full of grass last year. Id say we had more weeds than grass. This year its a whole different lawn. Its thick and green and no weeds! Trevor usually treats our yard and hes fantastic. If were home he always has something interesting to tell us about our yard. Hes very friendly and super knowledgeable. If were mm it home we always come home to a very detailed receipt showing exactly how our yard was treated and what to watch for over the next few weeks. Super service! We are very happy with Pro Turf!

Great service! They explain whats going on with your yard & what theyre doing to fix it. Our lawn was a mess when we moved in 2 years ago and in one season, it was beautiful! Plus their prices are competitive. Highly recommended!
