On Tuesday, April 9th, your driver not only tore through a residential neighborhood driving 40mph+, he almost hit two ppl talking in the street. Why were they in the street? One car stopped to talk w a neighbor & the woman walked out to speak w her. That doesn t give someone the right to drive a commercial vehicle recklessly & irresponsibly. It s dangerous. He could ve gone around & he ultimately did. Instead of driving cautiously around ppl he flew by & almost clipped one of the women in the street. Totally irresponsible & he couldn t care less. What s worse is he had your company s name plastered across your truck when he drove like a maniac through a residential neighborhood. What was he thinking? It doesn t bode well for your business & he s lucky he didn t kill someone.

I used Kapps for years. Then when the service person moved into another position. Got a tech that was not treating the yard properly. All good things come to an end. Sad that it had to end this way. The new personal that s been brought onboard just don t care. Got to find a new company.

Spilled fertilizer in the street and left it. Great job! This fertilizer spill is on Catania Dr, in front of the property located at 298 Brightfield Dr. Spilling fertilizer in the street and not cleaning it up pollutes out rivers, streams, and waterways. Shame on you for not caring about your pollution.

Where other companies fell short, Kapps performed a near weed-free service giving the yard was pretty over-run with dandelions, clover, and other weeds. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in lawn care companies! I would recommend giving them a try!

Great product awesome service

One driver in particular drives like an idiot. I am driving 36 in 30 and he is riding my bumper. He decides that is not fast enough and goes around me, double yellow, doing close to 50 in a 30. Poor judgement not sure you should trust them to do anything.

My 80 year old mother uses them, they say they put fertilizer down and they didnt. I guess theyre hoping she wouldnt notice. Bamboozling an 80 year old woman, you must be proud!!!

Been using them for a couple years. Usually good service. I accidentally missed a payment for the last treatment of the season. Sent my file directly to a collection agency... For $57. Theyve lost a customer and Im telling everyone I know to stop or dont use. Congrats kapps! Worth it?

They were great when I was outside watching them where they could see me. When I watched without them knowing they didnt do my full yard,they did one straight shot through one side of my yard and out through the other side, loaded up and left. I called to notify them of it and nothing was done so I canceled service. You shouldnt have to babysit your lawn service.

Stay away from this company they never show up, over charge, rude when calling to understand when someone should be at your home. I was supposed to have aeration and seeding done Which required me putting little flags in my lawn so they could see where the irrigation heads were and no one showed up. I called on Friday afternoon and the person answering the phone could not be any more useless. No one called me back they could not reach the production manager who apparently was out on site completely unresponsive. I waited two weeks for the service and no one showed up and it was almost as if they were upset with me for being upset because no one showed up in an entire week. They didn t call me to notify me of any delays or anything. When I asked for credit they indicated they don t issue credits to the credit card they were charging, they actually cut a check and have to mail it to you. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a locally family owned company but apparently it s not. I now have to wait for someone in the home office in Indiana to actually cut a check and mail it to me which can take 7 to 10 days. Overall experience with this company has been absolutely horrible and I can t stress enough how awful this has been. Do not call this company. If you do just try to get them to come out to give you a quote and that will answer your question on how to move forward with this company I think you will find it to be beneficial To look at other options like I am at this moment

I used Kapps for almost 10 years for aeration. They would schedule the desired month at the time of booking and always did a great job. I signed up for the full service this year including mosquito control. The people that deliver services have been knowledgeable and very professional if I approached them with questions. My yard has responded to the treatments and the mosquitos werent as bad as the previous year. However, scheduling and communicating through their office or email has been very unsatisfactory. Ive found the staff answering the phone to be extremely rude and unwilling/unable to answer questions about their products and services. I still have no idea when theyll show up for aeration this year after multiple attempts to contact them. I was told 3 days ago that my order was on the supervisors desk, but nothing has been scheduled. Followed up this morning and was basically told it hasnt been scheduled and they dont know when it will be done. Ive cancelled all service with them moving forward.

Signed for an year contract and prepaid, the service was delivered on time and professional. The begging of the next year I revived an invoice for a treatment and none from Kapps even reach out to see if I am happy with my service or would like to continue using it. Called the office and explained that they cant keep treating my loan without my permission, my house is for sale and in a few weeks there will be a new owner, so with their logic I will have to keep paying for a service that didnt ordered.

We used Kapps lawn and pest service for 14 yrs with great results. The cost of the service is equal or less than the cost of purchasing the materials at a local home improvement store. A few hiccups over the years, but overall would highly recommend the service.

We have used a big name lawn care service in the past, and have had mediocre to poor service. We hired Kapps this year and cant say enough positive things about them. Our concerns are addressed without belittling us; from the office staff, to the technician servicing the lawn. The technician who comes to our house is very knowledgeable, personable, and actually mixes the chemicals that are specific to our lawns needs, not a One Size Fits All. He spends more than 3-5 minutes taking care of the lawn. The big name lawn care service does not even come close to comparing to Kapps. They get an A+ in my book.

My front yard is terrible. I have had Kapps for years. and i think this year we have finally partnered to kill most of the grass in the front yard. Yeah us!!!!!

Tried for years to handle maintaining my lawn...spent as much as Kapps charge in materials alone (not even including the time and frustration value) with terrible results. They do a great job, I think they are reasonably priced and my lawn looks fantastic. Highly recommend them.
