Irreco in St. Louis

The owner is very involved. Everyone was kind and hard working.

Okay so I really don t even know how or what to start with. But from the very beginning of our est on our irrigation system. Irreco has been hands down top notch 1000%. Thank you so much Laura, Aaron, Eliseo and his crew members!! Again 1000% not 100% Great job from start to finish!!!!

I have had severe issues with Irreco; not only are they incredibly expensive (x2 normal prices) but they have very poor business practices and responses to customers. Their staff person was very aggressive on the phone, and their emails keep blaming the customer for errors due to them and misreported factual information about price. I will give more details below, as my hope this also helps them resolves what is clearly surprising (and I am sure their management does not want that). For a company charging premium prices, I was expecting very good customer service but was appalled. I had been using their services for a year, they came in September for winterization, and their employee found out some issues to be fixed when re-activating. He took some notes, and said he would let the company know for the next visit. Comes April, a person comes in with no tools and having no idea. The company pre-charges everything, and they started blaming me for having asked for tests from a subcontractor (obviously I had no idea this first employee was a subcontractor, nor why I am paying premium for having Irreco subcontract away and then not keep any paperwork on work to be done). Employee (or another subcontractor??) leaves and starts an exchange of emails noting that they cant do the work. Then, I get a $500 invoice to change a valve (which is less than an hour of work) + an unspecified additional cost for other repairs. I call them and ask why one hour of work costs $500? They respond that the parts are $360. I check online with the same part number and it is $250, so clearly a lie to keep me happy. I dont know if they were quoting a markup on top of things, or just being ingenuous about taking $150 of labor out of their quote, but clearly, $500 to replace a valve is only ok if this is of the highest level customer service. But having to deal with complete confusion + I have no idea what they would come up with for the next repair. My impression is that this is a company that is expensive but, in comparison to other companies which have a great reputation and just care for their customers (I use a few others that are also on the high-end price-wise but are incredibly efficient), theyre just trying to extract money without doing the work well and being organized. I also do not think it is ok for a premium company to subcontract their normal work. Avoid and use a good company instead.

I had to have a fence replaced. They did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone.

I switched to these guys mid summer as I was tired of poor service and quality from anther. From office staff to street team, I couldn t be happy. The estimate process was online, no pressure and easy to decide. This week they came out to irrigate and I forgot I had a hidden dog fence. Instead of telling me to reschedule so I could mark it, the crew walked my yard with the dog collar in hand. Way above and beyond. Can t wait to see how my yard looks next spring.

We have used a couple of different lawn care companies and we were not happy. We heard about Irreco and decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did. Our yard has never looked better. Our neighbors even noticed and asked who we used. The office staff is great. The lawn care guy is great. We used them for our irrigation system as well. We needed a repair and they explained everything well and did a great job repairing it. They came in under the estimated cost which was nice. I highly recommend using them for your lawn care and irrigation needs.

Had the owner come out to bid some irrigation issues before Christmas. He said that it may take a week or 2 to get me the bid. I waited 45 days and called in. The receptionist said it looks like he just hasnt gotten to me yet. She let me leave a voicemail on his answering machine. That was Monday. It is now Friday, no response and I called back again to check. I was given the option to leave a voicemail again and did. I still havent received a response back at 9 pm tonight. If you dont want or have time to bid a job, let your potential customers know.

Do Not Do Business with Irreco. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of home ownership. They didnt show up to the work (after giving them numerous chances), they didnt even call or email me to let me know they were not going to show up. The request for the work was placed months ago. They will give you excuse after excuse, not answer their phone when they dont show up, tell you that you are not a priority because you are not a lawn mowing customer, tell you that those that complain the most get moved to the top of the list and then they still dont show up. Why would anyone run a business and do such a horrible job running it. Its ridiculous. Please find someone else to do business with, these people are not worth your time.

Super thankful for Irreco and their team! I wish I had taken before and after pictures! We have hedges that outline our yard and they were in desperate need of a haircut. The gentlemen that worked on our yard were super friendly, very detailed, and cleaned it all up!

I ve been using this company for several years. In years prior they have always been great. Fast forward to 2021, they have been horrible. Nothing but excuses why they missed cutting my lawn. This is the last week they will be servicing me. I was promised that my lawn would be cut by Friday (yesterday), It is Saturday and no one has come, no one has replied to my messages. It has been two weeks since they ve cut my lawn. All I want is one day per week. I don t even care what day. Just show up. Horrible customer service. I pay you to cut my lawn. Do your job. If your subcontractor doesn t do their job then find another one. Otherwise you will lose long time customers like myself.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Aaron is quite possibly the sketchiest person Ive ever met. Poster child of a spoiled millennial. Then top that off with the terrible ethics that this company exhibits. Dont waste your money. There are better, cheaper and more honest companies to cut grass.

Over the course of the summer, we had Irreco complete several jobs for us, all with excellent results. (1) They installed an irrigation system that is a total game changer. Its amazing how it magically comes on and off with their automated system that adjusts according to a rain sensor and outside temperature. Everything is easily adjusted with a very user-friendly phone app. (2) They fixed a drainage issue wed been dealing with for years. Every time it rained hard we had water in our basement. Irreco diagnosed the problem and fixed it without tearing up our lawn or basement. Our basement has been dry ever since. (3) They have weeded and cleaned up our landscape and fertilized, aerated and re-seeded our lawn--its never looked better. (4) They installed 2 stone pathways in our front yard that are both beautiful and functional. The workers have all been friendly and meticulous in completing the jobs and cleaning up well when they were through. When our irrigation system needed a few tweaks, they came out quickly and took care of it. Another bonus is their IT that make it easy to pay invoices and schedule appointments online. I highly recommend Irreco. Thanks to them our yard looks beautiful and is easy to maintain. We couldnt be happier!

Irreco is an organized, responsive, and fair landscape service provider. The company has invested in IT and has a user friendly proposal/invoice process, which made the front/back of the process nearly friction-less. Mgt is hands on and aware of project progress. The field service team was polite and delivered first-rate quality (regrading / sod / and rock garden). The job was completed on time/budget and there were several quality check-ins with me along the way.

Major repair/rebuild of 2000 sqf paver patio. I had 7 contractors out to look at the job. Only 3 would even give me a bid. Aaron, Blake, and Jason did an unbelievably professional job of repairing irrigation issues, mortar issues, and lighting issues at a great price with fantastic customer service. My patio looks like new and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Aaron Dippold @ IRRECO has been helping us with our landscaping and lawn mowing on our home. They actually got rid of every weed and unwanted plant life in my yard that was supposed to be grass. Awesome work and the owner seemed very kind when I stopped by but difficult to get questions answered via office. Felt maybe my property did not provide enough money for them because when I asked about renewing my contract after 2 years of biweekly mowing, I was told I would have to agree to a weekly mowing. After 2 years I would think they would remember that my grass doesnt need cutting that often.

Just wanted to say thank you and hope you can pass along our thanks to the guys who are working on our lawn. Weve had 2 totally unreliable companies this summer that would just not show up or would forget our garage code or to bring a push mower. After 4 cancellations from the other companies and a rainy month, our lawn was in embarrassing shape. I dug through my emails to see who we used a couple of years ago, and Im very happy I was able to find your information. Excellent installation of patio floor and retaining wall. Masterful removal of 3 foot x 3 foot tree root. Accommodating and friendly crew. And reasonable too. Highly recommend

Our backyard needed a major renovation and Irreco met with us several times to come up different ideas, created a sketch for us and they were very responsive to our many phone calls/emails. We recently had our yard lanscaped by Irreco. They designed, & implented the changes. I can not tell you how pleased we are. The entire crew was professional & did an amazing job. We worked with Aaron to achieve what we wanted, & he was extremely knoweledgable, & delivered exactly what was promised. They edged out all of our beds, laid the mulch perfectly, & cleaned everything up. We have had many services with this company & we are beyond pleased. I have high standards, & really want a well kept yard. They have met & exceeded our standards at every turn.

I am very pleased with this company and our mowers in particular. They come when the yard needs mowing without being called and not more often. The mowers responded promptly when I asked them to do 2 things they missed the first time they came (weed eat around bushes they thought were our neighbors etc). They have done so ever since. They are fast but thorough. Yard looks great when they get done.

Irreco did an AMAZING job on my landscaping. I couldnt be happier with my choice with this company. Aaron took his time helping design the look I wanted to achieve.
