Estimator had clear instructions of what was to be done. Project manager not so much called and said when they were going to start I specifically asked for minor additional work to be completed to the project manager he said they would take care of it. I offered to pay additional because it was not in the original bid. Project manager said if there was an additional charge he would send a bill. Work was completed but the additional small amount of work was not. Received an email to let him know when the grass started growing so the straw netting could be removed. Grass was about 2 inches called was advised that the project manager would contact me before they came out to remove the straw netting. 2 weeks no phone call from the project manager. Called again was assured the project manager would call before coming out. About 4 days after the 2nd phone call workers just showed up. To remove the straw netting. Office help extremely nice. Estimator extremely nice. Project manager you decide. Would I use Kyle s again it s questionable . Payment was made the same day the project was completed. So, I guess there was no incentive to complete the job. Kyle s has a better reputation than what I experienced

John and his crew crushed it at our new home. With a long list of things that need to be done inside the house, we needed some help on the outside. Johns crew removed the three types of mulch we had in our front beds as well as cut new edges and installed some new landscaping brick. I came home and loved the new house a lot more with the new look. The crew did an excellent job on the cleanup too. After the install we talked about future projects around the home, with Johns laid back ,whenever your ready, approach I know my family will be coming back to Kyles Landscape service and referring any and everybody we know.

I cannot say enough good things about Kyles, but here goes my best effort: we had an absolute nightmare of a project that should have been a short and sweet project. Another company involved in the work botched their portion, which cost us thousands in the long-run. Austin, our project manager, worked hand-in-hand with us every step of the way. He went to bat for us, advocated for us, and he made sure that Kyles did whatever they could within reason to try to relieve the stress and burden of the situation. The guys on our property everyday were kind, professional, and *efficient.* They literally removed and replaced our entire fence and gate in less than eight hours. Crazy! I recommend Kyles to everyone and frequently show off pictures of our new retaining wall and fence. We have more work to do due to the other companys blunder, but even still we are so excited to unveil the new look to friends and family over the summer. Definitely call Kyles for your next project and request Austin if you can!

The crew lead by Luis was very polite, professional and did an excellent job with replacing the edging around the area below my backyard deck. They also removed some weeds and raked the gravel within the edged space. The improvement from before and now looks great. I expressed my thanks to the crew and am happy to confirm their work ethics in writing.

We had 22 pallets of sod delivered and installed. John was great to work with to get our estimate. Neil is a magician when it comes to grading! Austin was great setting up the hoses and to contact for any follow up questions. Kyle was on site the day of and was so kind and brought lunch for all of his crew! We are thrilled with our yard and our kiddo couldn t wait to kick the soccer ball on the yard!! I will recommend them to anyone I can!

The crew showed up on time and started working on our yard. There was alot of beds to be weeded and mulched and the did an excellent job. Every bed was weed free and completely mulched. The beds also were neatly trimmed and looked beautiful. I would definitely use Kyles landscaping for all work in our yard again!

Good experience; learned a lot; future projects with them

I contacted several companies about my project for either redoing my entire backyard or grading out a slope drainage issue and sodding. Kyle s provided me feedback for both projects but recommended the latter as most of my yard was fine. With the Spring rains the project pushed out further than estimated but was within reason. I was notified the night before and given a time the crew would arrive. The crew arrived little earlier than advised and went right to work. The listened to what I was trying to do and saw the pictures of my slope drainage in the rain. They went right to work until it started raining. They used the down time effectively for lunch and came back and went right back to work. The crew was extremely friendly and their work ethic showed they cared about what they were doing. Near the end of the project one of my neighbors came by and I recommended Kyle s to them. It s nice to have companies with employees who care.

We re very happy with the staff at Kyle s from the guys who cut the grass to the ladies in the office! The price is reasonable and we re looking to use more of the services they offer!

We hired Kyle s Landscaping to remove honeysuckles and a stump from our garden bed. At first, communication was great and they answered all our questions and were quick to get the job done. We started to notice the honeysuckles growing back and after doing some digging we realized they were not fully removed as the root/stumps and are starting to regrow. I have contacted Kyle s Landscaping numerous times this past month. Always getting a response of We will send this to the service manager. He gets in at 4. Well after numerous calls and no calls back we are still dissatisfied with the service we received. We paid to have the honeysuckles removed as well as the stump grinding via Reliable Tree Care. No calls back, same response when I call. Totally unprofessional and they refuse to address the issue of an incomplete job. I would NEVER recommend this company and I will be sure to address this with the better business bureau.

We had a retaining wall built in our backyard. The wall looks great and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The two gentleman that did our wall were professional and easy to communicate with. We have used this company before and will use them again. We recommend this company.

We returned home from a short trip to find that our 3 Giant pinoak trees had dropped most of their leaves and buried our yard. Kyles came to our rescue and removed the mountain of fall leaves very quickly and thoroughly. Thanks for saving us from endless raking and bagging and sore muscles. Thanks for a great job guys.

Kyles gave me a quote for trimming my whole yard and cutting down a few bushes in October 2020. I didnt pull the trigger on having the work done until March 2021. They still did the job for the same quoted price. They did a very good job; really did a bit more than I had talked about to the guy that quoted the job. Im very happy with their work and they cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Id recommend them to anyone.

Used to be called reliable landscaping in more ways than one. Unprofessional, and horrible.

Contracted three months ago for weed control. Still waiting for job to be done. Have called four times, only to be told youre on the list or well see what we can do. No one calls back and no one shows up. The weeds are a foot tall and neighbors are complaining. Emailed and sent letter of complaint for release from contract. Still no reply. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Will never hire again. We had a retaining wall built 3yrs.ago.It is now collapsing. Ive called twice and was told the owner will call me back......Im still waiting!!!

Fast, friendly and quality service

Im not a customer, but I promise now I never will be. Came home today to find three trucks from the service on my street tending to a neighbors property, three trucks in the street didnt bother me - gotta park somewhere, right? But there is this one little issue - do not park your truck in front of my driveway making it hell to park my car in my garage then give me dirty looks when I have to try and edge around your horrible parking job. The slightest iota of professionalism and courtesy would have been great, but stomping through my yard and parking in front of my driveway is a pretty terrible business model. Oh, and to make matters worse - until they finish, I cannot leave my house with a truck blocking my path. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be a customer of yours and try not blocking other peoples property. Those handful of employees poorly represented you.

Horrible! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. The guy who comes out and bids the job is not the guy who shows up. Instead he sends guys who dont speak English. Poor communication within this company. I was getting my home ready to sell and wanted everything spruced up a bit. Asked for slight trimming on my beautiful established 15 year old rose bushes at the front of my house. They chopped them all the way down !!!! My home looked bare when I was ready to sell :(. I was devestated. He filled back in with little bushes that looked like they came from Home Depot then expected me to pay their full bill.

This was a fabulous experience. From Ryan who came out to give us a bid and lead the project, to Nacho and his team who did the work, to Ambre at the office, we received professional, courteous and kind interactions. They gave us a great price on our project, provided quality materials and workmanship and it was a pleasure to work with everyone they employed. I would highly recommend this company for all your landscape needs!

The crew was great. The team worked safely and asked for input from us as they were doing the trimming. They did a lot more than I expected and cleaned up very well. Rate them as a 5

One of the most racist companies I have ever encountered.

Not a customer but I was sold a mower from this company and was advised everything OK. Called back to days later to let know mower was leacking oil from everywhere and they stated it was nothing wrong took to shop and motor was blown up ...now no one wants to answer calls ...

There workers are 85% illigel aliens from mexico. And Ryan is one of the biggest wanna-be hardasss in atleast a 50 mile radeus:^,,,,,,, lol

They quoted me a price for wood chipping service and never showed up to do the work. After i called them to find out why it was not done, they accused me of making the wood pile bigger and wanted 3x more money for the job, saying it was under quoted. They do not communicate with the customers at all and expect you to keep calling them to get answers. Worst experice i ever had with this type of sevice. I advise, do not use this service!

Worst service that there is, they will lie to your face and definitely do not follow their estimates. Unprofessional all the way around. Do not use their services!
