Unreliable. A real disappointment. A lack of communication with no follow through or follow up. Tru Kut had committed to mowing my lawn while I was away. I came back from a busy trip hoping to spend the day with my family before another busy trip but found that he hadn’t been out. I reached out to confirm only to eventually find out that he’d missed the first Friday, missed the second Friday and the earliest he’d mow would be Monday. I spent the evening mowing my hayfield and missed dinner and bedtime stories with my kids. A huge let down. Do not recommend.

they were very fast in responding and showed up same day to do some sprinkler repair for me and stand behind there work will use them again in the future

Promised to service our need for over a week and never showed up strung us along. Called him 3 times to find out when he was coming and each time he promised the next day but never called or showed up. Horrible quality for any business and even worse customer service. If you don’t want to do the job just say so but don’t lie about it. Gave up on him and called someone else who came the next day and on time.
