It's unfortunate this company is refusing to be liable for the damage they caused on my vehicle; clearly the damage was not there prior to their visit at the property for their regular weekly maintenance. Utilized too much of my time to reach out to them to rectify the issue, NOT ONCE DID ADAM SHEPERD (owner) OR A SUPERVISOR CAME OUT TO THE PROPERTY TO ASSESS, VISUALLY SEE THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR STAFF. If this is how they conduct business and treat people's property which they work hard for, then you can only imagine how they would treat your property when they come to mow, edge or clean up your home/yard.......

I've used this company for paving stone work on 2 separate occasions. Not only did they do an outstanding job both times, but after this second occasion the owner did something quite uncommon in this day and age. After a crew finished working here for the better part of 2 days, I thought that some additional repairs were still needed. I emailed the owner asking if he would come and take a look to see if he agreed that additional work was needed. He came, agreed, and sent a crew back to do additional repairs for nearly 4 hours at no extra charge. I would recommend RJK to anyone with no reservations! They are terrific!!
