Another exceptional job done by the Mitchell Property Maintenance Team. This is the third time we've had them out to our property, and yet again, they were professional and efficient at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!
Mitchell's has come out to our property on two separate occasions. The first was to clean up and landscape our side yard, removing tons of old river rock and overgrown weed patches in order to grade and seed our lawn. The second was to pressure wash and fill-in our interlock brick driveway. On both occasions, they were punctual, efficient and very communicative to understand our needs in order to provide a beautiful finish. Their prices are extremely competitive, and overall, they are great people to deal with. We will be having them back for future work. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a team. James Mitchell took the time to visit my home and personally talk & discuss plans/options for my property. James was quick with a quote that reflected his word. With multiple trucks & proper equipment crews arrived to do the work required. The crews worked hard & well together completing everything James and I had discussed. I had a few setbacks with stubborn weed beds & James was more than happy to accommodate & provide staff & equipment to make sure the job was done right. I asked James to make my home look like the ones on his website, it is now a property I am proud to show & I have Mitchell property Maintenance to thank for this. 5 star rating

We are so pleased we hired Mitchell to do now 2 landscaping projects on our property. Both projects were done extremely professionally, on time and on budget. The crew was an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and so hard working. The results are amazing, they have improved our property so much, from a large armor stone fire pit area to beautiful walkways and stone edged flowerbeds. They installed stunning armor stone stairs leading up to front door of our home, a circular driveway, retaining walls and everything looks very professional. Crew worked neatly and always left our property in great shape - they went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be using them again for our next project. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
Mitchell Property Maintenance never disappoints! We have used them for tons of work at the cottage including a sunken fire pit, stone patio, stone retaining wall, waterfront clean up and levelling and landscaping. We were first introduced to Mitchel Property Maintenance when they were contracted at our HOA to do our summer and winter property maintenance. Based on that relationship we assumed they only cut grass and cleared snow, which was well executed. Their manpower and equipment were a class act compared to previously contracted companies. Upon selling our HOA unit we started construction of a new custom home. Upon approaching MPM I was surprised with their interest in a property construction project. The project included rough grading, roadway base, armour stone walls/steps, walkways, topsoil, interlock detail, asphalt paving, planting beds, mature trees/shrubs, and grass areas. This was all completed within a fair budget value. The manpower, equipment, and execution of the works were completed beyond our expectations. Their pricing, material supply, punctuality, were presented with transparency and fairness. My only surprise was that they were interest in construction projects. This review is from the next door neighbour to one of your customers: Woke up one morning to discover my side yard walkway had been deconstructed by Mitchell to accommodate the work they were being hired to do by my next door neighbour. No note. No one knocked on my door to ask permission nor to inform me. Not once did they reach out. Had to go through the neighbour then, who apologized for Mitchell, telling me that they had originally assured him they had enough clearance for their machines (obviously not) & only his property would be impacted. Due to Michells lack of transparency & entitlement to property unrelated to this work, I requested that they not come back onto my property to fix it afterwards (didn t trust them at all). I heard the unprofessional comments by a workman directed towards this request. All I can say is: You guys have a lot of nerve & nil consideration towards neighbours while you bull-doze ahead with your agendas. I would never deal with such a company. You destroy neighbourhood relations & then leave.
This company built a retaining wall in our backyard. Eddie was professional and hardworking. They were great with my 3 year old wanting to watch them work all day. Working with big equipment going up and down the side of our house resulted in some destruction of a neighbours pathway. As promised, they restored said pathway back to an even better state than it was in prior to the work being done after completing the job we hired them to do. I would work with this company again.
