If what you look for is a company that communicates ,cares, and considers homeowners part of a family rather than a transaction, then avid turf is the company for you. You want someone who is true to there word, no hidden motives and someone who truly cares about the end result and making sure every project is done with care and consideration, then I can’t recommend avid turf enough, I had no idea about the incentives behind replacing my lawn with turf, and river really took the time to break down the company and why they are doing and answered every possible question I had with not an ounce of irritation, he was patient and transparent and made sure I had all the information I needed to reinforce my decision to take care of my lawn!
Avid Turf did an amazing job in my backyard. They were very good at communicating throughout the project and the employees were very respectful of me and my property. The finished product looks amazing and I’m so happy with the entire process. Bonus to get money back from the city too for water savings. If you are considering artificial turf, I highly recommend AVID Turf. They responded to my request for an estimate within a day and provided a design and estimate within a couple days. They were very professional in responding to my design requests and needs. Their installers did a great job and had the job finished within a couple days. Very pleased with their product and staff.

Jason came out and brought some samples of turf. We were pleased with the quality so we out down a deposit and got on the schedule. It took two days to install in our backyard, just a 12 by 27 space. It was easy to pay and we were pleased with the process!

You know I typically am not a fan of when people knock my door to try and sell me stuff, but Avid was actually an enjoyable experience. For one i ve been wanting to switch to turf because i travel and although i love caring for a yard, it s tough to maintain grass with a busy schedule. Last year the grubs got me too and destroyed half of it. I chose the luxe and it s so soft under the feet, and looks high end from the road and i get compliments from all my neighbors. River, Jason, and the whole team were professional, on time, and went above and beyond. They re world class guys! I would definitely do business with them again. Best part, my turf is non-toxic for the kids and dogs!

Everyone at Avid Turf is super professional and gets the job done right! Turf lawns are pretty much no maintenance other than clearing leaves and are way more sustainable than grass lawns. No more lawn mower and no more sprinklers!

River the salesman, came to my house April 19 to give me a bid on ASTRO Turf for the back yard. He was even a little early which was good. He was confident and thorough. Showed how we could save, having Washington water give us money to take out the grass. Price for this stuff isnt cheap but it has its benefits. Avid Turf has good people.
