There are a handful of projects I liked doing around the yard but some require more help to save the back. I ve been very happy with EcoGreen and their crew and have used them on multiple projects.

We worked with Eco Green to re-landscape our entire back yard with a big view at our house in St. George. Work included pavers, artificial turf, and plants / irrigation. The crew did a great job with all aspects of the work, including working with us to incorporate several ideas to fine tune the appearance. Work was done as scheduled and with performed efficiently with a friendly hard working crew. As a result we have a great looking useful space which we will appreciate for years to come.

We payed this company about 30,000 to complete our backyard. It took us months of calling weekly once they had started to get them to coninue working on the job. Once finished they hounded us to pay the last half of the bill. At this point the job was not fully completed, to include the sprinkler system they installed was and is still leaking under ground and flooding into the neighbors yard. They have been since silencing our calls and will not return a phone call when we leave messages.

EcoGreen installed artificial turf for our new dog run and we highly recommend them! On-time, efficient, communicative, friendly, and professional. The dogs love their new outdoor area and we ll use EcoGreen again for our next landscaping project!

A rep came out, measured, and sent a quote. We paid a downpayment then cancelled the job because EcoGreen was so slow, indecisive, and unresponsive about out job. I have called and texted the rep who came out and have not received an answer about a refund. I have called the company directly and had to leave a message because a human being did not answer the phone. This companys communication with us has been zip. Because of that, I cannot recommend them. I will say, that after posting this, Steve, the owner, made contact with me. He was upset that I had been treated the way I had. He apologized profusely. If I hadn t already switched to another company, I may have given him another chance.

Ecogreen came highly recommended to us when we found a leak in our drip system. They came out and instantly found the issue, didn t have to dig up our yard, fixed it very quickly and as a bonus helped us replace tree poles that had split during heavy winds. Needless to say I was thrilled with the service.

Earlier this year I wrote a review about ecogreen which was not favorable. The owner texted me and asked me to remove it because he felt it was ruining his business and it wasnt fair. But now Im putting it back. We paid Ecogreen earlier this year to landscape our yard and not one single task was completed correctly or professionally. I have walls that are not complete. I have lawn that died within weeks of installation. We have a trampoline hole that is caving in because it was not properly done. They flooded my house with their grading and irrigation system. They covered my sewer cleanouts. I gave them the opportunity to come back and fix anything that needed to be fixed they chose to cover it up instead of actually fixing it. I have had to spend thousands trying to fix all of the issues. Let this serve as a warning to others who might be wanting to hire them to be careful.

Picking a landscape company is not easy. You cannot just choose one out of the blue because there is too big of a chance to be burned on price and/or outcome. Luckily I was recommended EcoGreen by a friend who has used them on multiple occasions, each one a VERY big job. I was treated with respect, and they had no idea I was a friend of one of their larger clients. The team at EcoGreen was responsive, and the installation of our new backyard was much easier than I was expecting. I cannot thank them enough for making the process simple and efficient. Not a small job by any means, but not a million dollar project. Use them, get it done the right way first.

I couldn t be happier with the work Steve and Eco Green did on my vacation home in St George. I just got back from a New Years trip and saw the finished project for the first time. The rope swing for the pool was a nice added touch that I was not expecting. I couldn t keep my kids off the thing. When the adults got sick of the pool we were able to enjoy the trampoline park and pickle ball court that Eco Green installed. There is no job too big for these guys.

EcoGreen was just what I was looking for. They showed up and had my whole backyard sprinkling system & landscaping done within a week! I love that we can control our sprinkling system through an app on our phones. If it rains, the system doesn t over water. It tells us how saturated our soil is in each area of our yard. The palms & plants are beautiful and well placed & lit. Our grass is beautiful and has no problem areas. They made sure we understood how to take care of everything and checked back multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly. I cannot say enough about how amazing our yard turned out!

Ive since revised my rating and believe this was reason to recommend them fully. Thank you Steve. Original Review: I have to give this company props for being so quick to get back to me for a quote and calling me back. Most companies around here cannot say the same. However, there are some concerns I have that I feel need to be voiced for potential customers in the future. Most importantly, I did not receive any sort of follow-up. How can I care for my new sod for the time of year we are in, what type of watering schedule would you recommend, and what are some things to look out for? Those are the types of questions I believe a more professional company would talk to me about after the job was done. Secondly, the job was not cleaned up very well. My street looked like a construction zone well after they had completed the job. I noticed some neighbor kids sweeping the street today. Not a good look. I would have greatly appreciated some communication throughout and would have appreciated some sort of follow up. My new grass has been laid for nearly 6 days and is dying in several locations. They did not even tell me what type of grass I have and therefore I am left researching on my own how to care for this right after it has been installed. For that reason, I would be hesitant to recommend.

Eco Green is the best! I made a couple calls to various Companies in St George to have turf in my moms backyard. From the moment I called and worked w Steve Crossett. Steve has checked out my moms yard the next morning and Within a few min we had a professional email bid. Within a Week the work was complete. A representative (Steve) came out, provided a quote and recommendations for an extended patio, revised sprinkler system and a separate cement pad in our side yard. We were ready to proceed, but he did not return our calls or texts. If he was not interested in our business, a courtesy call or text saying same, would have been appreciated. No response at all is not professional.

Eco Green replaced my grass lawn with synthetic grass in one day. They delivered on time as promised. They removed the tree roots that were damaging the concrete curbing. Great job!

This is a top notch landscape company that I would use again if I needed to have work done!! They put in pavers, disappearing fountain and gas line to my fire pit. I have a sloping yard and they leveled out the area for the pavers which really opened up my seating area. They made design suggestions which turned out far better than what I had in mind. The owner and his supervision staff monitor all work that is done to make sure everything is done properly. The crew consists of hard working guys with a positive attitude, personable and respectful. It was evident that they enjoyed working together and take pride in their work. I was impressed at the communication that the management had with me throughout this process. When I called or emailed, they got back to me right away and answered all my questions and concerns. This was quite the opposite from other landscapers I talked to. You are getting one-on-one attention when they take on your project and give 200% to make sure you are happy with the results. I am ecstatic at the results and am so grateful for their work ethics.

I don t normally leave reviews, but had to for ecogreen. I ve dealt with a few different landscaping companions and EG is the absolute top. They took care of everything the other guys missed, and went above and beyond when it came to change orders and adjustments to our needs ego al project. More importantly, they did the things any normal, honest company should do... things like, show up on time. Things that make a huge difference like respecting people s homes, property and space. Being new to the area, we had several landscapers bid to finish our back yard. We were open to suggestion on design, and EcoGreen s price came in closer to our budget than others, with a similar design. Once we approved the installation, getting anyone to commit to a schedule was almost impossible. We had to repeatedly follow up, and still nobody showed on the scheduled morning. Most of what we asked for, was gravel and rock, with a couple of dry river bed features. We wanted a small(ish) amount of grass with a curbing surround. We also mentioned requiring weed barrier for the gravel areas on several occasions. We were told 2-3 days for installation, but since nobody showed up until the afternoon of our Monday morning appointment, the first day was pretty much shot. On day 3, we were told that they couldn t finish until Friday, because they couldn t (or didn t) schedule the curbing company, but if we would settle for brick curbing, they could get it done by Thursday. We again mentioned the weed barrier, which was apparently not part of their plan. It was now a $300+ addition. When all was complete, it was late in the day, and we didn t get much chance to take in the overall finished product, but it sure didn t take long for them to come calling for the final payment, which included an UP CHARGE for the curbing we settled for, which we later found out was left overs at their storage yard. A couple days later, after we had time to process the overall look, we noticed that one of the two dry river bed features appeared way too high, and more of just a pile of rocks, than a feature. We called to discuss, but were told it would be $600+ for them to come out to revise it. We spent several hours each afternoon for 5 days to remove some of the dirt under the rocks in order to revise the feature. We found 5-8 of dirt on top of the weed barrier, which pretty much negates the effectiveness of the barrier. Overall, we re disappointed with the experience, and would have a hard time recommending EcoGreen s service. UPDATE: Since the above review, the owner, Steve, reached out to us to see what he could do to help us resolve the issues. It was our first contact with Steve, and he seems eager to help. We are certainly not going to get the 20+ hours back that we spent revising some of the features ourselves, but he is going to help by tweaking some of the items installed. I felt that Steve is genuinely concerned, and is treating this as a learning experience to improve his operation.

We used EcoGreen for two different projects. They are fantastic. They also volunteered to help our non-profit organization by donating labor and some materials. Great guys. Solid leadership. Fantastic service!

Beware solicited reviews. When over a dozen people rate something 5/5 its not typically coincident enthusiasm. I, too, was requested to provide such a rating by this company. I initially complied, having invested quite a bit in their work and being pleased to look outside and see something different. With time, however, the realities of their service became apparent: many things were planted I had never asked for; many things I had asked for were not provided; several plants were not appropriate for the climate; some of the plants were dying within weeks of installation. On this latter point, I made several efforts to contact the owner for replacement, in keeping with the companys supposed policy of a one-month warranty. I was repeatedly told the work would be done within a couple weeks. That was months ago. I initially only withdrew my 5-star rating as it was incompatible with my experience. As I now plan the removal of dead trees and consider what to do with plants I never wanted, I think its worth offering a counterpoint to the uniform, contrived reviews.

They were very professional from start to finish. I will continue to use them and recommend all of my friends to them as well

Over the past year we built our home. We worked with a lot of contractors but none as good as Ecogreen. Trying to choose a contractor for any project is always stressful because you never know what you are going to get. Honestly, I have already recommended this company to several friends and neighbors. We walked our lot with Steve and told him things that we would like. He really created the feel that we were looking for. We have beautiful pavers, a fire pit, plants, grass, rock, etc. They did everything. Quickly and at the price they told us. They paid really close attention to detail. Even after they were finished and paid, Steve still contacted us to make sure everything was right. They really are the best landscape company! Quality, attention to detail, and INCREDIBLY kind. We are so grateful to have been able to finish our home with such a good experience.

I had other landscape companies come by and they essentially treated me as if my home was their own project to manipulate, Ecogreen was the only company to really take in my design and make it great. When I initially called for an estimate I asked Steve about their 1 star review on Google plus. He explained the situation in a very non judgmental manner. This company is the only one of 4 i called to return my call inside 24 hours and then came to do the bid that very day!!!! Steve is very personable and listens to your never ending list of specific wants and then to top it all off i got a bid detailed and separated into each item so i could choose what was within my budget... i got the bid within 24 hours as well via email PDF... I still havent had a call back from the other 3 that i called to get them to come give me a bid. His speed and quick clear communication speak volumes... I will be adding my review experience after the job is completed and from looking at his previous happy customers yard pix im sure it will be just as favorable....!!!! We just had our backyard put in and we love it. Steve came out , walked the yard with us and asked us what we wanted and gave us our quote right then.
