Didn't hire them personally but the two guys that took out a couple downed branches on the south end of town today did good so I figured I would leave a review
Wyatt and his team built me steps and a two tier retaining wall on either side heading down to the lake. It looks amazing and couldn't be happier. Very professional and great communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again. Thanks.
Price was way better than two others who quoted me. But like everything else, price doesn't always equal quality to some degree. The guys themselves were awesome! The work was done in about 2 hours. The tree is removed so technically, job was done. Cleanup was pretty good overall. Aaron provides great communication! But they didn't grind the stump after removing the tree. I sent a picture and someone did come by and grinded it so thank you there. However, they didn't clean up after grinding the stump. :( I would've loved to give Platinum 5 stars, if not more, but coming back to finish a job that was already included and not cleaning up took that one last star. Very professional and client focused company. Wyatt worked with me to develop a budget that worked for both of us. When his crew showed up, they completed the project very quickly and made it look like they weren’t even there with their detailed clean up. Would definitely recommend for tree clearing services.

Platinum Landscaping did a great job. They worked fast and cleaned up after they were done. Professional and exceeded expectations.
I hired Platinum to landscape around our pool. He quoted me 6 items - Retaining wall, Privacy fence, steps, Rock beds, lawn grading/Seeding and sprinklers. We had issues with everything! Retaining Wall - He quoted a lump sum price for the wall then when it was done asked for an extra $1,100 because he miscalculated the blocks needed. Fence - He quoted a 54' long 6' tall fence, had me approve a brand and model but installed a different brand and only 48' long. They did add one section after we confronted them to get to 54'. Steps - He quoted us 5-6 concrete steps lump sum and only installed 4. Rock - He quoted a lump sum price to place rock around pool but we had to ask 3 times to get it done and the work was terrible, not level at all. See Pictures. Lawn - He quoted a lump sum to fix holes, fill, grade and seed out lawn but just back drug with the skid steer and spread some seed. Very little topsoil was added, rocks and sticks were not raked out, yard was not level at all. See Pictures. Sprinklers - after the yard was seeded he told me he didn't do sprinklers but had a guy, no one ever showed up. The owner and the crew also had a very bad attitude about each other. when the owner was around he complained about his crew and when he wasn't the crew complained about him. We also caught him and his crew bad mouthing and insulting us and other customers on our security cameras. They also put a dent in my garage door. I would highly advise against hiring them.
As a local business owner, when quoting out a job I always get multiple bids before making a commitment. Platinum not only beats out the competition, but the quality of their products have exceeded my expectations every time. After using Platinum Lawn and Landscaping for the past 3 years, I’m confident in the end result Brad and his Team bring to the table. From weekly lawn maintenance to complete backyard in-ground pool installs, if you can dream it Platinum can build it.

Tried to find a place to do snow removal after this unexpected snowfall, they were the only ones that could make it same day and got the job done quickly and cheaper than anyone else. Wyatt showed up a few minutes after I called and did a great job.

If you re looking for best in class customer service, design and installation, Platinum is the company for you. Brad and his team managed our entire project with professionalism, creativity and tenacious attention to detail. Everything from the pool installation, custom pavilion with stone fireplace, multiple fire features, custom jumping wall between the hot tub and pool, and the addition of an area for a large play set and trampoline area were completed in a manner that blew our minds. They ve transformed our yard from a flat and bare couple of acres into a backyard oasis we never even dreamed was possible. We can t recommend them enough and are already planning the next phases of the project with them.
I can say one thing for sure, I would do a background check on this person before I have him on my property PERIOD and by the way he broke into our home a few years back and stole personal Items that we never were able to recover. Fair warning he does steal And nothings changed
If you interested in not quite right work, this is the place to go. We had a boulder retaining wall installed. A boulder fell out in less than a year( yes, brad did come and fix it, after asking me if my dog caused it) he didnt complete the job for months, some itens are still not completed years later. The worst part is the water now pools at the bottom near our home as he didnt do this correctly. We are having some one else come in and fix it.

Terrible company. The owner Brad was extremely rude to me. 2 of his workers quit working on my house and left my patio looking absolutely hideous. Also over heard Brad and another co worker arguing about not paying employees.. never again will I ask them for there services or anything.

Was going to look at my yard at 6:30 this evening. Didn t call to cancel, just didn t show up.
My whole yard and swimming pool needed a makeover.. called Brad.. he gave me a quote on the yard and pool. We signed contract and they turned my yard into masterpiece! Been recommending him ever since!
