Once again, your crew has DESTROYED planting in my yard. I specifically asked that my account be marked to NO cut down my hydrangeas. They are 'second wood' and were very expensive. I have worked for years to get them to bloom annually. Well......your crew cut them to the ground which means I am many years from enjoying their beauty. On the other hand, the dead hostas are still there! I left a voicemail, but I doubt I receive a response as I am still awaiting a call-back from my July-August call. When you first took over our account, the service was good. You have consistently raised prices and we have continued to pay the freight while the performance has not kept up with the cost. Now, it's just adequate - and only adequate when your crew decides to do an 'adequate' job.

Careless landscaper. Damaged my property, not willing to fix it. Sent them proof of damages. Once they finally picked up I talked to them and provided them pics and videos of damages when they said they’ll reach back to me. After that call suddenly it’s hard to reach them on the phone.

I had my leaves done. They did a good job but a little way over my price range. $400.00 to get rid of my leaves last year. Too much for me Thanks

Do not use this company for cement drainage or any other work. I had a drainage system installed and had to reinstall it myself due to cracked, kinked and weak Sch 20 conduit under concrete and catch basins (we replaced it with schedule 40 and had it drain down hill not up). Next the 70 x 30 drive way the workers were lost - with no direction and hit our new garage with a bob-cat, we had to replace the brick wall and framing. the driveway cement has deep waves and is cracking already. The second pour is 1 inch above the first and is pillowed. Bottom line this is the worst cement and drainage work I have ever seen. How could they be in business since 1948???

I am not at all impressed with this company. I was originally told it would be $35 to cut the grass at my home. When the bill came it suddenly was $45. I paid the bill because I don’t live in the home anymore and just needed a month covered of grass cutting after I moved out. Well after this payment that was already more than what I was originally told I was hounded for a year to pay an additional $45. During the times I needed the services the crew never showed up until I emailed the business asking if they were going to show up or not. I would not recommend working with this company.

I’m so pleased with the work that was done. It wasn’t an easy job. I needed a chainlink fence removed that was overgrown with large shrubs. They removed all the fencing and shrubs, all the fence posts, and a large chunk of concrete. Then they put sod in my back and side yards and it looks beautiful! Many of my neighbors came over to tell me how great it looks. I would highly recommend Russell Landscaping!

The work quality is very high, and they value the costumer. They carry out the tasks they are asked with diligence and meet the needs of the things that need to be done in a timely manner. They have a high customer satisfaction rate which is evident because of care and hard work they put into each job.
