This landscape company is awesome they had everything for patios and decks in backyards front yards but they did not have what I needed

Succulent plant selection was dismal and a mess. Woman working wouldnt put the phone down long enough to assist me. There are no prices on any of the plants I looked at.

Beautiful place to create your garden dreams

They finally got their batch of pine bark soil conditioner mulch. My mom swears by this stuff. Its expensive but it smells good all season, and helps improve the dirt.

Soulliere filled in our sinking side yard that had exposed roots and deep holes where sprinkler heads were sitting. Afterward they raised the sprinkler heads and sodded it. They did an awesome job. The crew had a work ethic I havent seen in a very long time, ensuring the new and visibly clean dirt was well packed down over and over. I was also worried about the grading after the fill dirt was padded down, but after several hard rains, it appears they got it right. Thanks to Mark and his team for their conscientious work!

This place is the best around!!

It wasnt busy. Easy parking. They had a great selection of plants already and so many pretty outdoor decorations. Its a little bit hard to move a cart around in the decor areas so go there before you get your plants. Also, the staff is friendly.

I seriously always love this garden center until today! I live in the neighborhood and spent a lot of money here over the years. Today I bought a hanging basket of flowers, cashier rang it up and said to me 21.19 put my debit card in machine and changed the price to 26.48 I said you just told me it s 21.19 she said it s a new batch of flowers she then took the tag off my basket of flowers. I m not going to shop there ever again! You can t cheat people and expect them to come back!

Had beautiful items to purchase and prices were fair. Help is beyond what I expected . Knowledgeable about each tree bushes annuals and perennials. Couldnt ask for more with 1 year warranty.

Great people, but the company doesnt stand behind the products they sell I purchased 14 rolls of sod at $6 each. When I got them home, I found that four of them were paper thin, and practically shredding as tried to unroll them. Watered thoroughly and consistently, but they were dead in 3 days. I called Soulliere, and the pleasant person on the phone said that there was no guarantee or warranty. I would have been satisfied with replacement rolls. Other nurseries and big-box stores have gladly offered replacements on previous jobs that Ive worked on. If you do choose to buy sod from Soullierre, inspect every roll because your purchase is final.

Craig Smith, nice design of landscaping around my waterfall and river. The crew was good and workmanship was good as well. Follow up was terrible. Several plants died within the year and after several calls, I was told Jim would be out in the spring to take a look and replace those that died. Never saw anyone and after another call, Ive still heard nothing.

Fantastic markdowns on Christmas decorations, live trees and swags. Its festive inside and the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They also host high school fundraisers; we look forward to it every year.

I picked up topsoil and compost at first i wanted 2 yards of compost and 3 yards of topsoil for a raised bed. After unloading a yard i realized it was a lot more than what i needed so I went and refunded 2 yards the cashier refunded me it but then the owner stepped in and had to give me a hard time about it because she didnt even know what was going on and had a poor attitude. The topsoil is full of clay so my raised beds are now heavy with clay and am going to have to do a lot to amend it.

Do not, I repeat do not get your top soil from Soulliere. Super nice people and I have spent probably $1500. In trees , bushes, flowers, mulch etc...but my recent $250 and 12 hours of spreading the topsoil they delivered turned into ROCKS. Sorry but it is not our fault, its where we get it the topsoil from its their fault is what I was told....but was offered $20 in flowers. Guess I gotta go elsewhere, so bummed.

I hate writing negative reviews but I do not want others to go through what I ve had to deal with from getting top soil from here last year, it was full of clay and it hardened almost immediately (overnight to be exact) so I m going to try and adjust with some ideas off the internet to make my raised flower beds acceptable and decent this year, but anything else from this location is absolutely amazing!!!

I had to return some small retaining wall blocks (within a week of purchase) and found out they keep 25% restocking fee ( which is NOT listed in the receipt) and I helped put the blocks back on the pallet. Well Soulliere you screwed out of $10 on a $40 purchase. I hope it was worth it, because I will NEVER spend another dollar in your business and on top of that I will make it my mission to make sure everyone I know (personally and internet) is aware on how you rip off customers.

Best landscaping supplies around

Customer service I recieved today was great.

Had what we needed, fully stock with products however cashier seem lackluster not so friendly. Could use improvement! Although the loader was customer service sufficient.

Solid customer service with a nice in-store selection. Yesterday I had some mulch delivered to my house for my kids new play set. The delivery driver called when he was on his way as I requested. He was able to back his truck up a lot closer to the dump site than I thought he would be able to. You should give them a shot.

My paver project done by Soullieres looks amazing. The estimator was very good with his estimate. Detailed drawing along with a list of materials involved. The installation crew were hard working and professional. The personal at the store were always courteous whether on the phone or in person. Five Stars all around!

I got a rare find of a Concord grapes vine with the seeds! Im so pleased. The seedless variety doesnt taste the same as the old fashioned natural variety.

The employees were very helpful when I needed to purchase 4 dining chairs for my deck. It took a couple of trips for me to get them home and they were very accommodating. They are nice to work with.

You find some beautiful things. But prices are steep! They are friendly but missed out on a flower sale because they had massive watering system going at 2 in the afternoon. Hello- you need to water plants in morning before people shop, if its hot lightly around dinner time. Waterfall cascading down on customers isnt good.

Great store that sells quality merchandise. We bought a set of outside furniture for our deck and are very satisfied. The sales people were very nice and helped guide us through the purchase process. Also, its worth noting that we compared prices with on-line retailers and found the overall cost was about the same, including shipping. I would recommend Soulliere.

I was surprised that I saved a few hundred dollars from Home Depot and Lowes for an 80 sf paver patio. Brixks, gravel, slag and delivery. Good communication with delivery people. Couldnt be happier with the service

Soullieres was making a firewood delivery to a neighbor. I noticed the perfect size you just throw right in the fireplace. The best quality firewood Ive seen. Im very picky about what I burn in my fireplace. Interested in ordering my own, I called and spoke with Kassidy. She was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt she really went out of her way, even getting next day delivery (which was a Saturday, the most convenient for our family). She also found the perfect log rack. This enite process was ALL via phone, and it was great. The next day, Keith came out to deliver. He set up the rack, stacked the firewood perfect, and did a great job from start to finish. The firewood great, as expected. Keith was very nice and professional (discreet about my purchase, as I have a few nosey neighbors). Ive shopped, ordered, etc here before. Ive always had a great service, but this last one tops them all, so I just had to write this long review. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you again Kassidy and Keith.

This place is unique and for people that are growing indoors the Fox Farm nutrients here are negotiable just bring up that youre a friend of Tom and she sent you here and said you would get 30% off of all fox farm products as long as you spend over $40 which they dont have every Fox Farms supplement you have all the basics and getting 30% off even beats prices on Amazon which I have to admit its pretty awesome

Poor communication, hit and miss customer service, and because my job was small and I did the work myself, I felt like my order was not a priority. I would not recommend.

Had the same experience as Andrew Holly. Needed about 60 pavers to complete a patio. First, they put the wrong sticker on the sample paver I selected so all the info, size, price are not correct in my order. Then after spending a couple hours going back and forth with their landscaping lot they finally find the pavers. I was moving the pavers myself so after calling and confirming they had the pavers I needed in stock I got my truck ready to move them. I paid for 50 pavers, went to their paver lot and they only had 16. So I ask the worker Cassidy after all of these problems, I do not want to haul these pavers and have them NOT be in stock or have you not get them. She assured me she would order them the next week and I can pick up the rest of my order. After not hearing from her in several days, I call and asked when I can get the rest of the order? She said she still had not talked to the ordering person. Finally, she calls 5 days later saying they would not be ordering any more of those paver and cant fill my order. I almost starting laughing on what a joke the past two weeks have been working with them! So I load my truck up with the 16 pavers at my house and take them back and ask for a refund. Horrible customer service, if you are a small order they dont care. Dont pay for anything until they deliver or it is in your car/truck.

Tim came out and measured in the fall, promised he would get me some designs in the spring, Ive called a few times and left voice mail regarding my continued interest. Hope hes not ill... a return phone call of some sort would be courteous. Maybe my job wasnt big enough but he said he could do something really nice. Its been almost a year so I think Ill try other companies.
