Spectrum Lawn & Tree Care in St Charles

If you have a dog be prepared to chase it EVERY SINGLE TIME SPECTRUM comes to service your yard. I called them on the phone, wrote it on my invoice, and personally told service members in person that we have a dog door and the dog will escape if they leave the gate open. I also asked them to knock on the door when they get there so I can lock the dog door and my dog cannot have access to the backyard while they are servicing it. I spoke with Courtney and Kevin in the office nearly 10 times now regarding this issue. It happened AGAIN today as my dog chased the Amazon driver. Dropping service!

Great company! I highly recommend! This review is long overdue, but after our new home purchase, Spectrum helped us transform our yard.

I'll reverse my 1 star when your team stops flying down Guyenne & Rue Grand in LSL. There is NO reason your team should be taking turns - WITH equipment mind you - so fast that their tires squeal and make the driver cross lanes. SLOW TF DOWN.

Would definitely recommend! Called around to a lot of places to have work done and this was the only place that would do everything I wanted. They were very reasonably priced and professional. The workers who came to the house were friendly and very quick! Didn’t expect them to come back on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to finish up so that was a surprise. Thank you Juan and your partner. I love love love how it turned out! Will definitely use this company again in the future:)

We are new to St. Charles and searched for a service that would answer questions about the care of our lawn, trees and shrubs. Spectrums team gave excellent, detailed information, very fair rates and then came and did a fantastic job on our very leafy lawn It now has a WoW factor and we will be seeing them in the Spring for all of our yard needs. Wow! I had contacted many lawn companies about cleaning out our landscaped beds in our new home. Most places wouldn't do it, but Spectrum would. They quoted me a reasonable price given the size of our lawn. They came out today while I was at work. When I came home, the whole place was amazing!!! Weeds gone. They were so detailed and did places we were sure would get noticed. Awesome job. I would highly recommend.

I actually began services with Spectrum Lawn and Tree Care when my mom had suggested them to me, after using them for a little over a year. It's been nice to not have little dandelions growing in our yard and to see that our grass is looking healthier and healthier each growing season! The office staff is friendly too when I need to speak to someone either concerning my statement or setting up additional services. Thanks for keeping us in the Green!

I have been using Spectrum here in the Wentzville area for 6 years now. We started with a seeded yard, full sun, terrible conditions in a new subdivision with weeded lots all around us and slowly it has improved to the point where I only find an odd weed here or there. They always call to warn us so we can keep our dogs away as needed. Very good service.
