I am very pleased w Loyalty Lawn Care. Adam G is our tech and has done an excellent job. My yard was full of dandelions and Adam got rid of them all. I now have a beautiful green lawn. Dont go with this company. You think they are caring for your lawn they will put the sign out like they have completed the job only to sit in their vehicle for a while in the front of your house and then leave.

Had 6 treatments with them in 2023 after a reasonable offer in the mail. I signed up and noticed minimal improvement. Loyalty Lawn care failed to mention that those treatments auto-renew. Even though I didnt sign up for anything in the winter, they came out. We cant ask everybody if they want to renew their service I was told. Wow, seems like a surefire way to keep collecting money. Now Im dealing with a $100 bill on a service that I didnt directly authorize. Ill make sure to let my friends and family know that this place does both shoddy work and has shady business practices.

Grass has never looked better - very pleased with how our lawn looks since Loyalty took over.. Only problem we have now is grass that keeps on growing and growing, which we love!

I walked my neighborhood and stalked the best looking lawn to find Loyalty Lawn Care. I have been using them for about half a season and my lawn looks amazing. This will be my first full season with them and my lawn has never looked better. I highly recommend Loyalty Lawn Care, the price is great and the results are excellent!

Used to be good but now my lawn looked terrible with them. Switched to another company and it was fixed within a month. The new company was proactive to make sure everything looked good and loyalty lawn could care less as long as they get paid.

They tryed to fertilize my lawn today January 25th i canceled them it sucks to because they do a good job but January come on

This company applied an application an hour before a giant thunderstorm. When I called to ask if the could reapply it bc it had been washed away by the rain, they agreed however, when they arrived to re apply it, they left a note on my door saying they couldn t apply bc my dogs were in the yard. Instead of knocking on the door and asking me to bring the dogs in, they left. I called customer service who agreed that my next service would be free for my trouble. They then proceeded to charge me for that service as well. When I called their customer service to dispute the charge, they saw in their notes that the service was suppose to be comped but refused to do anything about it. Complete unprofessional as all the way around.

I have been a customer of Loyalty for 5+ years. Today I called to schedule my summer help, seek help on some lawn issues that needed attending etc... Instead I learned that I had a balance of $53 and they sent it to a collection agency. Unbelievable. I would expected more from a professional service firm. The woman I dealt with was rude. I have no words.

Started using Loyalty during the first part of 2022. Our yard looks better and better each month. I would recommend to anyone tired of trying to do it themselves.

I have used the company for over 6 years and I thought it was amazing the stopped coming to my house because I had an outstanding bill but never call to tell me.

Nothing to do with there business but Horrible driver cuts people off, drives reckless not aware of their surroundings!

Terrible service and terrible people! Drivers are insane cutting me off multiple times but ended up going to my house! Very rude and do not care about your lawn at all.

Update: After getting a 1 star review, now the owner brings up free service calls in between regular services. This piece of information was never mentioned during my 3 times in contact with them regarding the issue (1 time to express concern, 2 times for cancellation). When I asked what could be the problem for this, the lady said she is not sure because it works for everyone and their customers are happy. Shady business at its finest. Do not recommend. I used them for over 2 years. The bug spray is ok, but mosquitoes spray do not work at all. I am paying $66/application, 6-8 applications a year to get bitten multiple times within 5mins of being in the garden. There is no standing water in my property. I tried this service for a whole year with no improvement. When I called in to express my concern, the lady s first reaction was So do you still want service or not? That is not how current customer should be treated. I gave them one more try after that and still same result. This company does not value their customer. Spend your money somewhere else.

10:54 Set up appointment with Loyalty, lots of services promised>fall, winter application, aerating. On 9/1/23 received a bill via email ($47.00) stated Ryan was here (address noted on the invoice) and he noted on the invoice applied a liquid treatment. However, both my husband, me, nor my dog saw (barks at anyone in our yard) anyone here on that date that Ryan stated he was here. Nothing left at my door AND no video of Ryan on our security camera or our neighbors security camera footage, that directly faces our house Ryan was never here. Called Joanne, trying to cover, and rude at that. Requested they not ever return to our property, and that invoice better disappear and not be sent to collections, as seems to have happened to other reviewers. Beware of this company.

This company fails to respect the neighbors property. Can t (won t) keep unwanted chemicals on they re clients lawn only. I wonder if you ever had to vacuum the lil mystery pebbles back up. I choose to go chemical Free on my lawn partly due to pets that I don t want exposed. The second star is for the good natured young folks that work for Loyalty,, they just need to get and fallow direction.

I ve used them for approximately 2 years now and no weeds exist in my lawn and I appreciate that! I also appreciate how they reach out to me the day before to let me know they are coming or to ask if I am interested in other services. They are top notch.

Horrible experience with this company. Killed my grass, did not respond for over a month. I had to keep calling to get a manager to handle the situation. To this day, situation was never rectified.

I have been with loyalty lawncare for about five years. Started out with a regular technician Sam, who always remembered my yard andvits issues without needing to be told or reminded. I have had good experience with Walt and William after Sam, did something else with company. I just started out 2022 with Harry and he impressed me with his service today and noted my yard concerns, but mostly he not only shut my gate due to our dog, but placed the lock back on and that is always a plus when the technicians do this and this company has been very good about my dogs safety. If you have a dog, you can trust them to shut and lock gate.

Very knowledgeable crew. Have always been on time and extremely courteous. Highly recommend them.

I have used this company over 20yrs. And they have always done a excellent job, However they were family owned . Do not really have any complaints since the new company came in maybe employees were a little friendlier or maybe over the years I talked to same person , As stated they do excellent work

Bottom line: They left our backyard gate open when they left. Our dog could of ran away. Our dog is mostly blind and could of left the yard without knowing it. I called loyalty lawn immediately. I complained about this situation and told them someone needs to call me immediately. No one called. It s now days later. No response. Does anyone Think like a Customer ??? Extremely poor EXPERIENCE!

I have the same weeds, plus more. The crab grass have over run my yard. . Dont use co company.

After killing 1/4 of front lawn and half of the back from over fertilizing, we have called 3 times to ask how they are going to rectify the situation. No response. Their guy came last month to treat the lawn again. I asked him to look at back yard. He said there is no way he can treat the lawn- it was too badly burned. THEN.....they sent me a bill for the treatment they never applied. They are THE WORST. Avoid this sham of an outfit. ****Interesting response. In public. Since you havent returned any of our calls. Also interesting that TWICE Ive spoken to the person actually out treating the lawn and both times- 2 different people said THE LAWN IS BURNED. Cant treat it. So now some mystery manager has magically appeared with no one around with a different diagnosis. As a PUBLIC comment? I should not be surprised.

My yard went from thick green grass to brown and completely dead spots. They said this from a fungus because of too much rain. That seems odd since they have treated the yard numerous times this year and the treatments should be preventing things like that from happening. They also said it was because of excessive rain which is funny during a drought . They dont want to do anything to fix this problem that they created by either using the wrong fertilizer or too much on the applications. When making the complaint they said someone came out to assess the situation, but that is not true due to the fact I have cameras and nobody was ever seen coming here. Now they want to sell me overseeding and an aeration treatment for close to $400 to correct the issue. I am completely unsatisfied with the companies response . When it comes to the name loyalty it seems like they have none for their customers.

Loyalty Lawn Care does a great job taking care of our lawn. With the program we signed up for, they come automatically throughout the season so I dont really have to think about it. We are always getting compliments on our lawn so whatever they do seems to be working really well. I also find the price very reasonable.

Six years ago I had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. My neighbor across the street had the best. I d notice Loyalty trucks and signs every few months. I called them up for an estimate. They told me it d take a few years but they d fix it. Now my yard is just as good as my neighbors and I ve gotten half the street to use them. They are a great value for the exceptional service and quality. I highly recommend Loyalty!

They are recently bought out .. New Management... Their secretary ? 30years of working, recently passed away ... New staff getting trained... I wanted to pay online and their platform did not recognize my account # !!! No body returned my 3 calls for 4 days... Had to call field tech guy to get call returned .. All is fixed now.. They are good business people... My experience just shows how vulnerable we all are when seasoned employee is no longer around.. I give LOYALTY ***** for coming back to great customer service they always had ..

This last yr has been bad. I have various types of weeds in my yard. Today I called to discontinue service and the response was ok. Didnt even ask why. Guess they dont care and dont need my business.

Our lawn is in worse shape now after using them, and they do not return phone calls. I found grubs also.

Mark Jackson was our technician today. He is very knowledgeable and gave some very helpful advise. He has excellent customer service skills. I will be asking to have him as our technician for the next season.

This is my first year with Loyaltly and I will say Rick has done a great job of improving my lawn. He always lets me know what he has done and also what the next step is. He has a great way of interacting with people and explains whats needed improve the lawn care.

Signed up for service late afternoon yesterday (1/11) and they showed up today (1/12). Very prompt service! Todays treatment included pre-emergent that controls most grassy weeds such as crabgrass & foxtail. Loyalty Lawn informed me this treatment must be applied early in the year to be the most effective. They also applied fertilizer to ensure a quick green up this Spring. Looking forward to our new service in 2022!

We have used Loyalty for over 8 years. Always professional and our grass is beautiful! In fact, 8 of our neighbors on our street NOW use them because of our results! If we ever have any issues - they respond quickly! The team at Loyalty and our particular service tech on a scale of 1 to 10 is def a 20!!

Though there were some initial kinks and confusion around billpay and invoicing, I worked with Joyce to resolve everything. She handled everything in courteous and professional manner, and even provided me a discount to account for a missed treatment. I ll post an update next year!

Gave me fair pricing when I called mid-summer after moving. Provided great advice about weeding and re-seeding needs after prior owner failed to keep up. Friendly and the team helps me take great care of my lawn!

I own a lawn service that doesn t provide fertilizer or weed control, so I decided to try loyalty for these products they did a fantastic job and I will be sure to recommend them to all my customers.

We have lived in our home for 10 years and love the neighborhood. It is quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors recommended Loyalty and they have done all we have asked even when we felt the job could have been done better and with more care. I call Joyce and she is my go to action person. The company takes immediate action when we need something done or we need it to be done to our satisfaction. There is no company that is perfect but the true sign that they respect their customers is when you make a call and their response time to find out what the situation is and then it is corrected. Mind you there have very few of these situations over the past 10 years. Yes, Loyalty puts the customer first and they realize their business cannot grow without word of mouth, like our neighbors, and repeat customers. We are always being complimented on alive our trees and yard look. Try Loyalty:)

I have used Loyalty for 4 years now and they do a great job. I have always experienced great service and customer care.

We purchased a house 2 years ago and the lawn was awful. Spotty, weedy, yucky grass where there was any. We took the first year to try and fix it ourselves. Last year we had Loyalty take over, hoping that by this spring we might have a better lawn. They are fantastic. Its still early, but we have greener, fuller grass than we expected already! They come out very often to followup and treat problem areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive been through several lawn companies with no results. I have spent a ton of money and still had a lawn with a lot of issues. Weeds, grubs, fungus, you name it, Even with having a lawn company. I finally switched to Loyalty Lawn Care and have never had better looking grass. My lawn now compares to my neighbors that spends many hours on his. Mine is just as gorgeous!!! Couldnt be happier!!! Loyalty Lawn Care is done a phenomenal job tending to our lawn s needs. As a new home owner, I had very little knowledge about what type of grass we had, how to maintain it, and what steps we could take to make the lawn greener and healthier. Needless to say, they have done a great job of teaching us more about our lawn and what services they can provide to help with weeds and bare spots. All while not pushing services we don t need. I d highly recommend for newbie and experienced lawn owners alike!

After leaving one lawn care company and moving to Loyalty Lawn Care, I initially voiced my concerns over brown patches, dead spots in my yard, continued weed control, and spraying the rock beds for weeds, crab grass, etc. After being with Loyalty Lawn Care for over a year, my yard is in no better condition than it was before. If anything, more invasive species of grasses have started taking over my yard. I did speak face-to-face with one of the employees and let him know about my dissatisfaction with the weed control and the appearance of a variety of things in the rock beds that didnt belong. Unfortunately, the problems are still persisting and I am moving along to another company. This is not to say that your experience will be identical to mine. To be fair, I do live in the Oakville/Mehlville area, which is a pretty far distance from St Charles where the company is located. I understand that I may not be as easy to reach. To further complicate issues, every once in awhile when they schedule a visit, they will call the day before to let me know and I totally forget to close my dog door so the dogs cant get out and they have to come back a couple of days later. I really do appreciate the customer service on their end. It is just from a beautiful lawn perspective, I am not getting much return on my investment.

Loyalty has turned our yard around! Because of the great services all year long our yard even stays looking great through the winter. On top of our lawn, the bushes, plants, and trees stay pruned and looking amazing as well. I have used Loyalty Lawn Care for several years. I have found them to be affordable, reliable and consistent. They explain what they have done during each visit and answer any questions you have. They also offer other services throughout the year (aerating, bug treatment, etc.) without pressuring you into anything you dont want.

Very displeased with Loyalty. They sent out a new employee and had him apply a mixture of three treatments in a single application. They said they did this because it was easier for their technician. Within a couple weeks after their application, the entire lawn started turning brown. When I called Loyalty they told me in the office before even seeing the lawn that it was fungus. Odd that the fungus was confined to the perimeter of my yard, and neighbors lawns on both sides of me were fine. I pointed this out to their technician when he finally came out. Fungus he insisted. Said it was impossible that loyalty had caused damage to my lawn. They were anything but loyal . Said I had to pay for treatment of the fungus . I brought in a different lawn company. The grass eventually turned green again but took s couple months. It was not treated for any fungus. I ll never use Loyalty Lawn Care again.

I have been using Loyalty for about 15 years. They treat your lawn like it is their own. The staff have always been fantastic and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Loyalty Lawn Care by a client of mine. I had become irritated with perpetual weeds in my yard, and the time and money spent trying to get a beautiful yard on my own. I asked several clients for a referral for this type of service and was impressed by Loyaltys promptness and interest in gaining a new client. Not only that, I felt their pricepoint and my commitment to their service to be reasonable, no high pressure sales, nor commitment to frequency of applications, just a nice basic package for someone needing lawn care / weed removal. After only one season, my yard looks better than it ever has!! I intend on enjoying their services for years to come, along with my yard now looking as beautiful as I wanted.

Loyalty Lawn Care is great. They always do a good job and if a few weeds pop up, they come back immediately and take care of them. They are also very reasonably priced. If you need special services , they too do most of what you need. The office personnel are always polite and helpful too.

We are very pleased with our service from Loyalty Lawn Care. We live next to a large farmed field. Every summer we had problems enjoying the backyard and swimming pool because of pesky bugs.
