Gateway Aeration LLC - an RMS Ground Maintenance Company in St Charles

I’ve used gateway aeration for years now. Ever since there new ownership the company has never been better, they are quick with responding very professional and do a great job. I also use there lawn care company RMS.

Did a great job on my yard. Now being with RMS they were able to get me into the schedule and do a great job. Very professional with the new ownership would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

They do not deserve even one star, 5 minus is a better choice. Scheduled an aeration week before, they promised to come in about three to four days. Didn't happened. We called them back to see if they can come the following couple days, they promised again to come next day. Guess what, they never show up. Not even a phone call to apologize, or to say that they are not coming. Do not waste your time to call them. Make a better choice and call someone who will get the job done. BTW if try to get ahold of them- be patient, someone will answer the phone EVENTUALLY.

They never answer their business phone. Tried scheduling and aeration appointment for two weeks but nobody ever answered the phone or returned my messages. I tried calling when they opened as well as afternoon. Terrible way to do business. Went with someone else who actually wanted the work. Had been using them for years but not anymore.

This is the best lawn service we ve ever had. They are friendly and very courteous. They go above and beyond other lawn services by blowing your leaves off your deck or porch so they can mow them for you. They edge the lawn to perfection. Sometimes without even asking they will clean out your gutters! We ve used them for at least 3 years now and NEVER have we been unsatisfied. Excellent company!

I have been a regular customer of Gateway Aeration for 3+ years. They do a wonderful job at aerating, mowing and maintaining my lawn. I've had Gateway dethatch my yard one time and was amazed at how much thatch there was in the yard. I am very pleased with Gateway Aeration and would highly recommend them to anyone. These are good, hardworking and reliable people.
