I purchased a pressure hose at nearly £200. Within a week the water intake valve broke off. The rude woman owner made me pay for a new one. A week later the hose sprang two leaks. She rudely wanted me to pay £70 for a replacement, said I must have run over it with the car! I refused. They contacted supplier who agreed a replacement AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL! Sorry, Italian manufacturer, the thing was under warranty. Worst customer service I’ve had in years and a rubbish product to boot.

There was a lot of work to be done on my diesel Countax mower and they did a really spectacular job at a very reasonable price. I shan't be going anywhere else in the future! Highly recommended! Second visit, December, 2024. My ride-on mower, scarifier and collector require five new bearings, fuel line and a major service. Again, they did a terrific job. I could not recommend them more highly!

Good range of stuff and the people who work there are fine but the woman owner in particular could do with some customer service training. Forget friendly and welcoming, she’s borderline rude and clearly doesn’t appreciate your custom. I guess she just relies on the fact there’s not much choice in the town so why bother making any effort with the customers. Very disappointing. That’s one customer that won’t be bothering her again.

took my quad there to get it fixed, they told me the cylinder was badly damaged and it would never work again but they could try to fix it for £400... i have little experience with mechanics but i took it apart and the cylinder is in perfect condition and a few months later i got it running like new, it cost me less than £50! would not take any machinery to them again but shop is good.

Extremely unpleasant and unhelpful staff. They will look down on you without anything else in mind that the potential gain you represent. Very bad advice and very very very bad customer experience. Would give 0 star if I could. Better spend your money somewhere else.
