Pros: They did a fantastic job installing an entire sprinkler system, adding top soil, putting in curbing and beds, laying fresh sod... All of it top notch work, and they kept almost constant and open communication. Highly recommended for this kind of work. Cons: Two issues I had. The experience took a lot longer than expected (due mostly to factors outside of Sprinkler Service Pros control), and the concrete subcontractors they hired to do our driveway extension sucked. So dont hire the sprinkler company to do concrete work! Seriously though, they are great, the owner (Chad) was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the process. Hire them for all your yard needs; hire someone else for concrete work. :-)

We had this company come do sprinkler system installation, sod , and rock landscaping. Overall the finished job is ok. We did have a-lot of issues with small things here and there. The crew that came out were very nice, but this was their first job on their own. It was hard for us because the whole crew only speaks Spanish and we don t. So we were trying to communicate through a translator app which didn t work very well. The other crew that came out to adjust and check the sprinkler were very professional and nice.

Short summary: Made me pay for a winterization, where the technician actually turned off my culinary water and not irrigation water, leading to my system freezing over. My experience with this company starting last fall. Had Sprinkler Service Pro come out to service the property, and the service technician turned off the culinary master water valve. On that day, when I tried to contact them via email or phone, no one responded to me for hours (while the entire house was without water). I had to go resolve the issue myself. Today, January 17 2024 -- witnessed my brand new backflow valve spewing water -- because apparently the technician didnt turn off the irrigation water. I confirmed with the city that they never turn off the irrigation water, so this was clearly a system that froze over and broke. Not only that, how did this company even blow out the sprinkler lines WHEN THE WATER WAS ON? They just took my money and didnt do the job they said they were going to do. So now, Im out the money I paid to have this serviced, the ~$800 backflow part that I just had replaced last summer, my entire irrigation system is jacked AND the company is non-responsive to emails and phone calls. Edit 1/21/2024: The company has reached out to discuss visiting/servicing in the spring. I have asked for a refund for this service, and will continue updating the review based on how this can be solved.

We used Sprinkler Service Pros initially for the price quoted for the work being done in our back yard. 1st off we had concrete poured to extend our patio which turned out amazing and 2nd we tore out pavers and existing grass and laid new sod which also turned out fantastic and 3rd we had them also work on our sprinklers and the coverage is 110%. So in the future we will use them again, not only was the price right but so was the service. Thanks

Huge transformation on our lot! Cleaned up all the weed/alfalfa field, removed concrete clean out & rocks, lots of grading & brought in a nice layer of topsoil for hydroseeding. Set up a great sprinkler system with a smart controller. Did some road base and weed block work to prep for decorative rock. We love all the prep work they did for us!

Truly had a miserable, frustrating experience in the short time I worked with this scam of a company. I asked specifically to have my sprinkler box replace. The guy came out, never communicated what he was doing and proceeded to try to repair our current box. I told him that I didnt want our box repaired, I wanted it replaced. He said okay and continued trying to repair the box that I didnt want repaired. Finally, after failing to get through to the guy that I did not want our current box repaired, I sent him off. He didnt come prepared, he refused to communicate with me, he didnt believe me when I told him why I wanted the sprinkler box replaced, he had no idea about any of the cost of any thing. Getting a large bill for services that I specifically said I didnt want is infuriating. Please, do not work with this company. Edit in response: If your technician told you that he is not telling the truth. Its not good intentions if you are charging $100 an hour

Shawn (Sean?) And Dalton were awesome! I really hope I remembered their names right but they just came in and made all the issues I was having look like cake to fix. I had an issue with my sprinklers backflow and they came out and fixed that quick. And cheap since it was just a plug that needed replacing. Then I forgot my water spigot was leaking and they replaced that too. And then helped by fixing a few drips on my dripline and even made suggestions on how to improve it in the future and how to do it myself. I really appreciate how they figured out how to fix it quickly and really well! Based on these two, Id recommend for sure.

We had Sprinkler Service Pro do some landscaping, removing part of our lawn and putting in rock work and flagstone paths. They did exactly what we asked and did such a good job we had them come back to put in a patio and more landscaping in the backyard. Once started, work was finished quickly. They communicated with us well and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with what was done. We will definitely use them again in the future. Chad, Josh and their project managers were great to work with.

All in all, I would use these guys again. There were a few miscommunications between their staff which resulted in work being almost missed, as well, some pressure calculations were off resulting in having to secure with our drip lines with pipe clamps. They came out to fix that when the system flooded so we appreciate that. As long as your expectations are conveyed to the actual workers when they come out to install your system, everything should be smooth.

I own several rental properties, never have I been charged $700 for what should have been 30 minutes of sprinkler work. This one has been one of the MOST unprofessional with the WORST communication Ive ever experienced. I initially was drawn to their positive online reviews but things went south very quickly after I hired them. Beware, without even contacting you they will send a bill to a legal firm for collections. My sprinklers were winterized the previous season and I asked them to simply turn on the sprinklers thinking it would save me an hour drive to my rental unit. I was blown away when I got a bill for almost 7 hours spent and $700 later (sprinkler supplies were $40). The only communication I got said they couldnt figure out how to turn on the water and then the fix took 30 minutes (meaning they spent 6 hours spinning their wheels without reaching out). Ive spoken with the secretary probably 10 times trying to get a hold of the owner to at least understand why that amount of time was spent but they have ignored my calls. I wish I would have read the negative reviews more closely and I hope I can save someone else from a bad experience.

I wanna start of by saying this company has great and very friendly business men and a fantastic owner. They did a very thorough job, we were very impressed. We had sprinklers installed in an existing lawn and they did a good job repairing the lawn afterwards.

We met with Chad to get a quote initially. It was our second, and it was higher than the first. But we went with Sprinkler Service Pro because of Chads experience. We were disappointed. We scheduled for April 9, and got a text in the morning saying saying theyd arrive in the next 2 hours. At noon, we followed up to see what the plan was. They responded that one of their machines was in the shop and theyd come out the next day. But they didnt tell us until we reached out. They came Saturday and trenched out the sprinkler lines and laid the pipe down. They said theyd be back Monday to finish the job. On Monday, we waited again and were told they were still having machine problems or something so theyd be out Tuesday. On Tuesday, my husband talked to one of the guys about moving some sprinkler heads up to the corner of the house (instead of behind, Id given the wrong line when they came Saturday, when my husband was at work, so that was on us). He said they would, and they got to work putting all the sprinkler heads in and buried the trenches. And then they left without a word. We went out after realizing they were gone to see where things were at. They had marked a line on Saturday for the edge of a patio well be extending, and there were sprinkler heads *inside* that boundary. They hadnt moved the heads we asked about in the morning, and everything was buried. We asked for heads on the other side of the house to be 4 feet away from the house so we could edge out a bed--those heads were there, but they were different distances from the house, and some were too close and inside the boundary, like with the patio. The drip lines for the beds in the front were also not installed. So we texted and asked for a status update, and they said theyd be back to finish. It rained Wednesday and Thursday, delaying the job, but one of the guys came out Thursday and took notes on what we were still missing. We were told one of my three drip lines for the front beds wasnt included on the quote, which was extremely frustrating to hear. That bed is isolated from the other beds by the sidewalk leading to the door, and Chad said theyd be able to run a line underneath the concrete slab (it would cost more, but would be doable). The plan had been to link the 2 front beds beneath our houses windows and put them all on one line. Anyway, they came out the following Monday when things had dried out and corrected the uneven lines (I feel petty complaining about that, but we went with a higher quote because of Chads experience and it looked sloppy) and only installed 2 of the 3 drip lines. They were still waiting on approval to install a line under the sidewalk, the crew said. Fast forward a few days, no updates on that front bed, but they sent an invoice and asked to be paid. What about the missing dripline no one wants to talk to us about? There has been terrible communication the entire time, and being told one bed isnt getting done irks me. We asked when he was here to quote if it was possible, he said yes, but noe says he doesnt recall talking about. Why would I want a drip line in one bed, but not the other? Id love to recommend them, but I just cant. The gentleman who came Thursday was incredibly kind and helpful (so sorry I forgot your name!). I know theyre busy and have lots of work right now (to the point they even contracted out some of the work we got done, and I imagine thats why our quote was higher), but some communication, especially the first day when they couldnt come, would have been nice. Its been incredibly frustrating, and its been almost 3 weeks. We still havent heard back about the front drip line.

We went with Sprinkler Service Pro because of their good ratings, a decent quote when we contacted them, easy communication (when so many other companies don t bother to answer or call you back during busy season), and their ability to make an appointment in the next couple weeks instead of waiting a month or two. Carlos came to our home on time. He s super friendly, professional, and seems to know waaaaay too much about sprinklers. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and then communicated it to me easily with options and advice. He works so fast and so hard! We needed a couple valves replaced, which is no easy task. I was shocked to find the flower bed (that he had to dig out) neatly & carefully put back together and clean looking when he finished. I m pretty sure he left it looking better than it did before... Our final invoice was even a little less than he initially quoted, and we were very pleased with the total cost. I d pay that any day instead of spending hours failing at repairing it myself! We will definitely be using them again if we need any repairs we would prefer not to do ourselves.

We had a great experience with Carlos. He did a professional job examining our yard to see how best to improve our sprinkler set up. We had purchased the home a year ago and realized the sprinklers were in need of repair. When he came to do the actual work, he and his helper did it quickly, efficiently, and did not quit until it was all done. Our lawn and trees are doing so much better now that they are being properly watered. We would definitely refer him to friends and use this company again. We did have an issue with him not coming at the scheduled time, but we feel that was more an issue of their scheduling system and were so happy with the end result, we feel he still deserved 5 stars.

UPDATED REVIEW: Sprinkler Service Pro has new management and they have now gone the EXTRA mile to make right the poor job I initially received from crew that no longer works with them. They came back today and fixed ALL of the problems left by their former crew and completed the top notch system we originally envisioned. Paul and Todd are true pros and took my experience from a 0 star to a true 5-star service. I now whole-heartedly and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler or landscaping services. Well done, guys! Note - I deleted my previous review because it is now a thing of the past and is no longer relevant.

After getting three quotes for a sprinkler system installation, I ended up going with Sprinkler Service Pro (SSP) for several reasons: They used the high-end Rainbird sprinkler heads, their price was the lowest, they had great reviews, and I had business dealings with them on a previous occasion (I purchased an in-ground trampoline from SSP). The installation, which included seven stations, only took two days. The original estimate was for six stations, but during installation, SSP wanted to be sure I was getting enough redundant coverage on my lawn. So, they installed an extra station free of charge. I probably would have never noticed the lack of coverage, and SSP could have not said/done anything, but they cared more about quality of service, keeping my lawn healthy, and ensuring my satisfaction than with eating a few dollars in profit. Originally, SSP was going to tie the new system into an existing control panel (SSP was installing the system in my backyard; the home builder installed the system in my front yard). However, on the day of install, SSP discovered there were not enough stations left on the previously installed panel. Therefore, a new panel had to be installed. The owner of SSP told be about the issue, and told me hed need to run a cable into my garage. I was worried about the aesthetics of having a wire put through the exterior of my new home. However, it was something that had to be done. SSP worked with me to make sure the panel was installed exactly where I wanted it, and I couldnt me more pleased with the discrete, professional job they did - Its hardly noticeable. The new control panel they installed was top-notch (much better than the original one already installed by the builder); it was much more versatile. I wish my entire system was on SSPs panel. The best part is, because SSP didnt catch that the previously installed panel didnt have enough stations, they made it right and installed the new panel for free (thats what a professional company does for its customers). After installation, SSP readily returned when I planted grass and made sure the sprinklers were adjusted correctly. I also had a small problem with a drip line, which they immediately came out and fixed (it could have been user error for all I know, but SSP just took care of the problem and never made me feel like I was being unreasonable or that it was my fault). Every time I dealt with SSP they were professional and took care of whatever needed to be done. They never made me feel like I was asking for too much and they made me feel like a truly valued customer. I HIGHLY recommend the company, and plan on using them for all my professional landscape needs. Thank you SSP!

Todd is the man. I have been watering my lawn manually basically this whole season because I was given a quote by some other companies that was pretty expensive. Todd came out and had my whole system running perfectly and all dialed in within a couple hours and without any of the ugly trenching the other guys called for. I wish I called these guys earlier in the year. After I had them running for a minute there was one small electrical issue with one zone and he came right back to adjust it the same day - practically unheard of now a days. These guys know their stuff better than the other local companies and also ended up being significantly cheaper and more efficient. Whatever these guys are doing is working and things just seem to be clicking for them. Please don t change!!!

Todd was phenomenal. He was able to come out to our commercial property the day after we called Sprinkler Service Pro. He listened to me describe the problem and immediately knew how to fix our sprinkler system. He ran and got the correct part (without charging for his travel time) and fixed it in a jiffy--even reprogramming our system for us. 2 thumbs up and Ill make sure to permanently keep Sprinkler Service Pro as our preferred vendor. Affordable, quality work.

I would work with this company again. There were some problems with errors in our onsite estimate but we found a solution that worked for both of us and I am very happy with the outcome. I felt everything was fair.

I have been trying to get sprinklers and sod installed for over a year because the market in our area keeps every landscaping business very busy. I had two services quote and then ghost me and one service was scheduled to do work and never showed up. Finally Sprinkler Service Pro followed up on my request for a quote and started with sprinkler installation very quickly. I was pleased with their professionalism and skill so I asked them to install sod which they did the same week. Im very pleased with their customer service; they even answer texts after 5pm on a weekday to address some of my concerns. Each employee was courteous and professional. Romario and Chad in particular. I would recommend them to friends and look forward to hiring them again when I want to upgrade the front yard.

Dont let the name fool you, they do WAY more than sprinklers. They are in business year round with snow removal in the winter. They are quick and responsive and available for all your landscaping or property needs year round. I HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends.

I originally met with Todd from Sprinkler Service Pro. He determined that I needed to add six new zones; two of these would be drip lines. His quote came to $5,970. His bid was the highest of all the bids I collected, but I liked Todd and decided to go with him. The day they were scheduled to start, the crew arrived without Todd. Unfortunately, they did not have a clue as to how to proceed. Apparently, Todd had quit the company. Shortly after the crew had arrived, everyone abruptly left and didn t come back. Later that evening, Chad, who is the owner of Sprinkler Service Pro came by and he came up with a plan for irrigating. The work went forward until the crew began trying to run a 1 pipe under my driveway. My previous installer told me that there was a 1 pipe runner under the drive; Unfortunately, the pipe was actually only ½ . Chad told me that it would cost an additional $300 to run the 1 pipe under the driveway; I agreed to this. Later Chad called me and told me that they couldn t get the pipe under the driveway, and it would cost an additional $35 per hour for them to keep trying; I reluctantly agreed. I told him that I thought he should stick to the original $300 quote for running the pipe under the driveway. Ultimately, the crew was unable to run the pipe under the driveway, so I had to accept an above-the-ground pipe, which is so substandard. After the work was completed, I found many problems with the new system. For one thing, they only installed 4 zones. My contract clearly stated that I should have had 6 added. I paid for 6 zones at $795 per zone. I originally had 2 zones, if they had added the contracted 6 zones, I should have a total of 8 zones. When I texted Chad about the missing zones, it was apparent that he had no idea of how many zones were added. He erroneously thinks they were all installed. Here is his text, The bid calls for 6 zones, which were installed. Adding a separate grass zone on the west side would make 7 zones which wasn t quoted. (Text message 11/4/21) I also discovered that some of the sprinklers in the backyard did not reach the perimeter of the yard. When I texted Chad about this he claimed, I flagged them out and she gave approval. (Email 11/17/21) That was a falsehood. I never approved or disapproved of where he put the flags in the yard. I saw them, but I don t know enough about sprinkler projection to know if what he was doing was going to work or not. I trusted Chad, who I presumed to be an expert, to know how to design a sprinkler system for my unique landscaping. That is why I hired him. In addition, the dripline in the side yard is on the same zone as the sprinklers. Drip lines and sprinklers should never be on the same zone. That is not even standard in the industry. In fact, in one of my conversations with Todd, he stated that they never put a drip line on the same zone as sprinklers. Yet, that is what I ended up with. I told Chad that I wanted to start with a rose garden in the center of the west yard and would gradually expand the rose garden over time, which is why I had him leave the existing sprinklers in place There have been several attempts to reach out to Chad and requests that he fulfill the terms of the original contact as agreed upon. Unfortunately, Chad will not do this unless I pay him an additional $1160 in fees, he claims I owe him in addition to the contracted amount. So far, I have spent $4515, and I have a sprinkler system that doesn t work. Also, there are other problems such as trenches not completely filled in, a valve box which was placed in a walkway, and the crew left mud everywhere. My neighbors keep suggesting that I call, Get Gebhardt. I am so sad about how this turned out. Chad seemed like a decent guy, and I thought he would eventually decide to do right by me and fulfill the terms of the contract; Sadly, he will not.

I needed some extra work done on my sprinkling system and Carlos did a great job. Hourly rate is better than most.

Chad has a wonderful crew and works amazingly fast on your project. I used him in October 2019 and he did a very good job on a side yard project. Removing weeds, planting trees, installing pavers. I would hire him again.

Terrible experience. Communication was poor throughout. The final cost ended up over $3000 higher than the initial bid, and the main guy threatened legal action two days after declaring he was done, while we were still scrambling to figure out how we were going to pay for things. Overall, the work quality was subpar, likely because a lot of it was outsourced to a bunch of college kids on summer break who would work for cheap.

Sprinkler Service Pro guys were very professional and very easy to work with throughout the project on my home. The service they provided with my concrete in my yard was fantastic and high quality!! Another thing I really liked is that they were honest and straightforward and they followed through with what they said they would. Overall a great experience with Sprinkler Service Pro!!
