They came out nd applied a weed killer on my lawn over two weeks ago...and it hasn't seemed to have killed the weeds in my lawn. Disappointed
The professionals from Weed Man Lawn Care have been great. They explained the procedures they're undertaking to bring back my lawn, and were always prompt and courteous. My lawn had two applications of weed killer, in addition. fertilization, aeration and overseeding. I took advantage of a 50% off of aeration, and they also told me that if stubborn weeds remain, they'll come back and spray again at no charge.
The crew at Weed Man really took an interest in my lawn. I had several issues that I just could not fix. They came over planned a solution to my nightmare. Now I'm looking forward to next year. Thanks guys.
The guys that come out are great. But so far haven’t been too pleased with the product. Weeds just barely wilt. But we haven’t had them a whole year yet.
When I was using over the counter fertilizer and weed control, I noticed the weeds wilting and dieing. When I had my yard sprayed by weed man for weed control during dandelion season they didn't even wilt. I also had issues with them calling me almost weekly for upsales for other work to be performed. The way the customer service guy spoke to me after i turned down their spray for mosquitos was rude as can be. Then the following week a lady called me saying it's been a bad bug year and I need to spray for grubs? she was telling me I had to do it and made it sound like it was free. I asked if this was included in my package and she said no it's an additional $185 charge. I said no not interested, she then proceeded to be rude and I told her I wanted to just cancel all services. She said why and I said she was rude and I'm tired of you guys calling me all the time trying to up sale me stuff every week. I then called customer service back and told a lady what happened and I guess she didn't care either. I Wasn't happy with the product or the customer service. I'm going back to doing it my self, atleast you can see some results in your lawn and not have to worry about people spamming you with phone calls. Verry rude customer service. I don't quite understand why you would call someone and act like that, especially if your a paying customer?
I have used weed man for a couple seasons now. They are pretty responsive when you call them with concerns. They also have a level payment plan similar to most utility companies so if you don’t wish to do a lump sum payment you don’t have to. I appreciate their communication through the automated text service. It notifies you when a technician will be by to perform treatment. Once the treatment is finished, you also receive an email with a PDF describing what was done.
Ellen was very helpful when I called Weed Man. I thought my service had been cancelled, but it wasn’t. She was very informative about my next lawn treatment and when the next payment was due. We also discussed the weeds in my yard and she scheduled a visit for another treatment. I also asked her about aeration and seeding. I signed up for that and she got me scheduled when it was convenient for my schedule. She also explained to me about the best way to water the lawn now since it has been so hot and after seeding. Thank you, Ellen, for being so kind and helpful!
Weed man provides excellent lawn services. I am regularly told how well our lawn looks. I have noticed that my neighbors were previously using other lawn services until they noticed the results in our lawn. Customer service is always ready to respond to questions or concerns. Very friendly and professional.

In years past, my yard has been full of dandelions, clover, and other weeds in addition to large bare spots. Since starting your service, my lawn is much healthier and fuller with very few weeds. Hope it continues during the summer heat. Looking good!

I began using Weed Man for my residence after an injury left me unable to do it myself. These folks were absolutely fantastic. The applicators were professional and courteous and were always ready and willing to answer any questions or address my concerns promptly. The customer service was excellent. However, above all that the treatments were applied timely, professionally, and were effective! Cant ask for more than that!

Update: My co-worker said I was dumb for only reviewing a company BEFORE they came out to render service. They were out quite a few times and have put in a lot of work and are well worth the cost of their services. I am VERY happy with The Weed Man! Prior review: Ive only had the experience of establishing the service needs and the interaction with out tech one time since we are new customers. So far, amazing. They are responsive, timely and have addressed my needs so far. Looking forward to seeing what they can do to my weed infested lawn due to my ineptitude and laziness. My tech has his work cut out for him! :)
This company has been an absolute blessing. Since we moved into our place in Dec 2019, our front yard grass was ok, and the back yard was just full of creeping charlie and other assorted weeds. Our first year of having Weed Man was great. When I saw the technician that they ve sent out, I went outside to chat with him. I could tell immediately that he cared about his work and was very knowledgable and professional. They are THOROUGH when they conduct their lawn applications! We are looking forward to our second year with Weed Man towards a more beautiful looking lawn.
Dont Give them you information. I gave it to them for a quote and I get calls on average 3 times a day from different numbers saying they are them. Ive asked to be removed and have blocked numbers and still get constant calls.... I will never use them just because of this alone
I contracted with them to spray my large lawn. After about a week and a half, I get a call telling me they will not do any treatments for me because I am not in their service territory. I am about 12 miles from their location in Springfield! I am disabled and not able to do this work myself and feel cheated that a company would aaccept the job, view my location on their app which calculates yard size, and then renege on their agreement.
When I have called weed Man they have always been very responsive and very helpful. I have had a few other lawn services and no one has done as well as Weed Man. I highly recommend them.
I wasn t sure what to expect, but I have been extremely pleased with the partnership I ve established with Weed Man. Everybody that has been working with me from sales to service has been fantastic. The lawn is in great shape and we re set up for a beautiful 2023.

Alec was extremely helpful in setting up our program for this coming spring and summer.
They re friendly and timely. I saw a major decrease in the number of dandelions and other weeds. I actually have grass this year.
I contacted them for a quote this past week but they would only do 6 treatments (I want less due to wanting less chemicals on my lawn). So I ended up choosing someone else. Weedman called me three separate times after I hired the other company, each time I told them I was not interested and to delete my info and phone number. They continue to call me daily. I filed a report with the FCC online. See attached pics. This is just from the past 48 hours!!
My yard has never looked better
Still have weeds in my yard. It would not pass muster for a yard for them to advertise with. Called them to come back and retreat, but they never did. They are supposed to be coming back in a few days and it doesnt improve well have to go our separate ways.
