I cant say enough in words of how much I appreciate the great job the crew did on removing two large oak trees from my front yard. I use them for all my lawn service and they informed me that two 100+ year old Oak trees were starting to rot and would need to be removed soon. I was disappointed to have to loose the trees from my front yard as they were 15 in circumferences and one had a tree swing that my grandkids loved to swing from. The whole experience was top notch, from start to finish. Chris came out and went over each part of the bid so I would know what would be included. The crew showed up bright and early (several days before promised) and got right to work. It was so refreshing to see a crew work as a team and know exactly what to do, they reminded me of a swat team in action. I had a couple of questions during the process and whoever I asked , stopped and gave me a through answer. The persons drilling the holes and hanging cable for the tree swing, in another tree, took extra care to make sure it secure and would be safe for many years to come. When they finished, the area was completely cleaned, all the brush removed and they even racked my yard to make sure all leaves and small pieces of branches were removed. Mat and Mat were just here pruning the trees in our front and back yard. I am delighted with the work that they did, and will be calling them again the next time we need work done on our trees. I had a branch hanging over my neighbors yard. I paid Ryans $165 to cut one branch, took them a total of 10 minutes to cut and remove. They were doing work at my neighbors house, they went to my neighbor and asked if he wanted the same branch cut off from my tree. They charged him $300 to cut the same branch I just paid them $165 to cut off.

I find it interesting that after I called to complain when I was auto-renewed and requested a refund, that when I could afford the services, today, that Im being ignored. As well, I received a quote a year or more ago on a service that should have cost roughly $185, and was quoted over $700. Im just a little confused as to how a reputable company operates a little vindictively. Seems strange. It could simply be a specific employee, but in that case I would be able to work around that employee and could not. Oh well, Ill be doing my own work by hand. Good exercise.

My new home had seed mat and had become full of weeds . Ryan technicians sprayed and there has been quite an improvement already. They have been very helpful from the first consultation and thru each application they have made.

I ve used Ryan Lawn and Tree for the past several years, specifically to treat my trees for springtime diseases. My trees have never looked better. Clayton was the technician who came out for the first time this year, just a few days ago. He is new to this route and he did a fine job and was very personable. I enjoyed visiting with him as well as the service he provided.

I absolutely love the service I receive from Ryan Lawn & Tree. They are thorough, timely and personable. The results are the best in the neighborhood. My lawn has looked the best it has ever. On the night of fourth of July, in the middle of the fireworks show, I had a pipe burst in my irrigation line. I called my personal lawn guy from Ryan Lawn & Tree (Cody) and he arrived to my house within 20 minutes to fix my burst pipe in the dark. I will recommend Ryan to anyone without hesitation. If you dont already have Ryan, then you are really missing out on having the best lawn and results.

Called to inquire about them looking at the trees on my property. Was promised a quote within 3 business days and if not a quote at least a call. 2 1/2 weeks later they finally contacted me to ask if I still needed something. Let them know I would look elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and follow up. They mentioned, There was a bunch of storm damage so we were busy. Which tells me this company doesnt care about its customers and will prioritize money over keeping their promises. I understand wanting to grow your business and taking the best jobs to accomplish that goal, but once a promise is made there should have been follow through.

I always have the one of the prettiest lawns in the neighborhood. I always say I can t take any credit for it. Ryan s does all the work and they know their business.

Moved into our home a year ago. Sprinklers around pool landscaping did not work. Two other companies wanted to charge us a couple thousand dollars to add a zone. (heads and water access were already there)! Ryan Lawn and Tree game out, spent some time investigating and were able to fix problem for a fraction of the cost!!! So knowledgeable and they were willing to play detective and find problem.

Ryan Lawn and Tree has not only excellent service when it comes to taking care of your lawn and landscaping needs. They also have incredible customer service. I never have to worry about an open fence gate or whether they will be there when they said they would. They took my lawn to the next level! I highly recommend this service.

I had a Bradford Pear tree that has repeatedly had large limbs split off and cause issues. I put the removal of the tree out for bid to 4 companies. Ryan Lawn & Tree was the lowest bid. However their service is top notch. Originally I was told that they were about 2 weeks out, but they called the day after accepting the bid and told me they had a cancelation and could do it then. The crew arrived and worked until the tree was down and the area completely cleaned up. Office staff was also great when I called to pay the bill. Highly recommend.

Ryans takes care of my trees. Recently they have been treating my crab apple and Hawthorne for a fungus. The trees look great and Clayton is always top notch. He answers my questions and is very help. Adam is always available for questions as well. I would highly recommend these guys for taking care of your living property, your trees.

They planted 6 trees for me last fall. They have been great. Adam worked with me through the selection and care options, offered placement advice. For a small additional fee they will fertilize and care for two years warranty replacement; well worth it.. This spring a dogwood was looking a bit rough so they replaced for me. Will definitely be my go to in future and highly recommend.

After getting the runaround from another irrigation company for two weeks, I decided to give Ryan Lawn & Tree a call. Deadline for back flow test was approaching quick, which means its normally the busy time of year for these companies. Ryan had someone scheduled to look at my property within two days. Jacob Cooper was the specialist that helped me and I could not be more pleased with the service. Jacob walked me through the whole system before replacing a faulty valve, bad wiring preventing a zone from firing, two sprinkler heads and putting in a new smart controller box. Jacob went through each feature in the controller and smart app, explained their purpose and configured each to the his recommended setting. Thank you so much Jacob for providing your expertise and setting me up with a great system. I am so happy that I made the call to Ryan Lawn & Tree and am sure I will be contacting them again for other services.

Tree removal, the man who came out did a good job I would use this company again.

When we bought our home our new sod had army worms. The company that installed our sod knew it and did nothing about it. I called and called but they would never call back. Finally coming to my door to tell me I did not have them. After I showed him pictures of the worms on my patio he finally said ok you got them. He didnt care my lawn was dying and said your lawn is not guaranteed. After I told him I dont deal well with liars I asked him to leave. I googled lawn care service called several and Ryans was the only one that called me back. Cat came out and analyzed my lawn and was very understanding how I was feeling. He assured me with treatment he could save my lawn. He told me that I didnt have much time for treatment because my lawn would be pretty much dead soon. From what I heard about army worms I agreed and said please as so as you can. They came the next day and I was so greatful how quickly they were to respond. From that day forward I am a loyal customer and will be forever. They have never disappointed me in any of the services I have contacted them about. Each and every service technician that comes to the house is polite and give you the utmost respect during there visit. Thank you for all the people that I have been privileged to meet from Ryans. The young men who took care of my trees yesterday were fantastic! They removed a tree (in less than 10 minutes!), raised the canopy on 3 other trees and cleaned out the dead wood on most of the trees I have. They were polite and responded to my questions and even took out a few smaller limbs at my request. What impressed me even more was the care they took to clean up after all of the trimming. They even blew the small debris into a pile and scooped it into their truck instead of just blowing it to the side of the street! I m a single father on a tight budget. Suddenly, Tuesday morning I wake up to a gigantic tree on my vehicle, my home, and my garage. For the many calls I put out for help, Ryan s service was the first to respond and arrived at my house shortly after sunrise. Within an hour, a full work crew arrived and began removing the tree. They used great care to remove everything safely and prevent further damage. By the time other services called me back, Ryan s was almost half way done with the removal. Ryan s has shown speed, care, quality, and genuine compassion in me and my son s time of catastrophe. We have two immaculate pine trees in our yard. When the bullies at CU and Robert Stengers Wild Horse Development knocked on our door noting they were going to do work that would result in harm to our two prized backyard landscaping features (including major root trauma and damage), we were quick to call Ryans. They quickly put together a plan to save our trees from the harm that was coming in order for Stenger to continue to build his overpriced cookie cutter homes across the street. The representative at Ryans first and foremost concern was our trees. He was honest. We may lose them in time, but I know Ryans has done everything they can do to ensure we can treasure and enjoy these trees for our remaining time at our home. On a further note, for anyone in the situation we found ourselves in, the good guy in the equation is Ryans. You cant trust CU, your own developers in your subdivision, and developers like Wild Horse. They care nothing about your quality of life. This is about money and making it as quickly as they can. Ryans still understands what is sacred like old trees that we share with our neighbors that we share campfire stories underneath. Whats amazing is the developers probably expect us to be good neighbors as they trample over the lifestyle we have embraced centered around our trees. Thanks Ryans for looking out for us! The guy that came to my house to do a quote knew that CU would have came and removed the limb that was over my power line for free yet still chose to quote me $350. After I informed him I got them to remove it he still tried to get me to use them. I finally had to report them for harassment. Shame on your company for trying to take advantage of low income families.

I don t have to fertilize my lawn anymore. Ryan s people do it for me! Last year they hauled in soil and seeded my front and side lawns, concentrating on the East side where there were only rocks left following erosion. They did an outstanding job!

Ryan s Lawn and Tree completely reconfigured my sprinkler system that was put in by Sloan s Landscaping. It was a complete mess before Ryan s guys came to make the repairs. They did a great job moving sprinkler heads, taking sprinkler heads out of the system that were not necessary, adding a new zone for the landscape beds, replacing exiting heads with pressure regulating ones and took out a booster pump (put in by Mark Sloan because of too many heads on a zone and not enough pressure). It works perfectly; no dry spots. I highly recommend Ryan s Lawn and Tree.

I called and they were out here the next day. A major line was cut in my irrigation system. They fixed that and adjusted a few heads in less than an hour. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional experience.

I have been using the same lawn service as my neighbor for years I switched to Ryans tree & lawn they trimmed the trees took care of all the shrubs it all looks great. Whats most impressive is after 1 fall yard application you can clearly see the difference between my yard and the neighbors yard!! Thanks Ryan Tree & Lawn!

No real complaint about Ryan overall EXCEPT for the cost factor. Ive used them for 3 years and even took advantage of the 5% discount this past year by prepaying annually but I dont think I can afford to use Ryan next year. Hate to leave but my fixed income hasnt kept pace with overall inflation and Ryans increased prices, specifically.

Update: While we have enjoyed great service from this company for several years, as of spring 2021 we were very disappointed when they increased an estimate from last year 300% with really no good exclamation why. When questioned, the representative made several disparaging remarks about the previous person who we had worked with on this landscaping project. This has been a burr under my saddle for the last couple months. We continue irrigation services with Ryan s, but even that has taken a quality dip. At this point we will not be contracting any more landscaping projects with Ryan s. I invite Mr. Ryan to try and make this right in order to preserve the relationship. I want to support this employee owned business, but these experiences make it very challenging to do so.

I am so impressed with this company ! From giving quotes, lawn care, billing, and stump removal every one of their staff has been so courteous and eager to please. I have to brag on Logan and Dallas who came this week to remove 7 stumps in my yard. They were prompt, efficient and did such a good job of cleaning up the grinding sand putting down dirt that we were able to plant grass seed on it right away without turning a rake or shovel. They left the yard immaculate. So pleased with them. I have had the yard sprayed for weeds also this spring and was surprised that it got rid of the wild strawberries that we have been fighting fir years. Kevin repaired the connection to the sprinkler head by the entrance of my driveway that my nephew from NM accidentally ran over with his SUV a few weeks ago. Kevin also checked the irrigation system and found one zone was not working. He replaced the solenoid and the zone was back up and running. I am so happy that Kevin was able to fix my irrigation system.

Everything done just as and when promised. Crew did a nice job of cleanup after they were finished.

We had Ryan Lawn and Tree do tree work at our home. They were thorough with estimates, timely, and did a great job cleaning up after they did their work.

They did some major tree trimming for me. They arrived on time and went right to work. I had some new plants under the tree and they were very careful of them all. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking good. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Ryan provides great customer service and recommendations. We were looking to enhance some landscaping and lighting and the whole team really helped enhance our homes curb appeal.

The team did an excellent job of aerating my lawn. They were punctual, thorough, and completely competent.

I called them to do some maintenance on our lawn irrigation system. They were prompt in scheduling and were very friendly in answering any questions I had. Kevin arrived at the time scheduled. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ryan Lawn and Tree from the experience I had.

Answered all my questions and repaired my system that others could not.

We had called two other sprinkler companies about a zone that wasnt working. The first one was out a few times (after not doing it right the first time) and they kept saying We didnt put the sprinklers in when they couldnt figure it out. I didnt either! I just need it fixed! They said they must have capped it for that zone. Nobody is going to cap a zone when theres landscaping there. Called a second one, and they were better, but couldnt figure it out either. The guy who was out spent a lot of time looking for another valve but couldnt find one. They said they could put in another zone for about $1600. when we called them back, the price went up to about $2200. We had called Ryan Lawn & Tree about seeding and lawn applications and asked about sprinklers. They said they do have people that do that, and they came out the next day and found the other controllers. Apparently when the previous owner had a pet fence installed, they cut the lines and didnt fix it right. The boxes were covered up completely. It took a little more effort, but Ryan Lawn & Tree found the boxes and fixed them for a fraction of putting in a new zone. Some people might be offended by this: They are not your average Ozarks company, they will do it right the first time and not give up.

Use this business if you like being ignored! Needed weed control, but weeds are thriving. Called and left several messages for a manager to call, no response. Not sure how they stay in business, going with a more professional company.

Be wary. They will send you a pretty little message stating they performed specific services, but upon review of said services via my home camera system, these services were not even attempted. Prepare to spend a lot for very little.

I had some dead limbs in a pine tree and the top of the pine tree that had broken off during a storm and was hanging in the tree because it was still attached. A team from Ryan Lawn and Tree came out and removed all of the affected branches. They did a great clean up after they were finished. I am also very pleased with the work they have done in other areas of my yard.

Starting with Adams coming for an estimate the next day after the storm where he found additional damage to getting everything done a couple of days later. The service was excellent. We trust an appreciate Ryan tree service.

Pruning of a large Sycamore tree. They did a great job and cleaned up.

I broke a sprinkler head during mowing and it was tangled in tree roots around the pipes under the lawn. Ryans fixed it quickly and professionally. They are not the cheapest. They just do great work very quickly. Sprinklers systems, lawn care, tree care, pest control. They do it all and do it well. Also, very friendly phone staff. Had 4 trees cut down and the canopy on 2 trees raised. All tree limbs and greenery were removed and left our place spic and span in less than 2 hours. Thank you to the young men who took care of our needs today!!

They came to my home and told me I needed my trees trimmed but they only took out a few Limbs and then had the gall to say, Well, theyre not supposed to be trimmed like a shrub!. They charged me $950. WHAT A RIPOFF !!

My only problem is that I tried to pay the day of the service but was told I d get a bill but I don t think I did. The email I got a bought about me forgetting to pay made me feel bad. Also I originally wanted an estimation for redoing my yard. I was told you would give me a call, it never happened.

The associate i spoke with on the phone when setting an appointment to have my lawn irrigation system winterized was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Price of services are competitive. The technician preforming the service was running a few minutes late, but was courteous enough to call and inform me. He arrived shortly thereafter, practiced proper social distancing and quickly winterized my irrigation system. Afterwards he made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns.
