Never returned calls for service.

They mow my neighbors yard and never pick up trash in the yard. They just mulch it and blows into other yards. Not just a one time thing. Been two years of this. Amazing how many “professional” lawn business do this so JP is not alone. If looking for a lawn service please keep this in mind. Not great at trimming either. They rush the job.

Probably the most dependable lawn service in Springfield. Others have nothing but excuses. JP's gets the work done, and done well!

Will block your neighbor’s driveway and will be rude to your neighbor when asked to stop blocking the driveway every time the come service your home. Not polite. Just dismissive and rude and think that your neighbors don’t have a right to come and go from their private property.

I have had a mixed experience with JP's. I have called on them in the past for occasional mowing and yard cleanups. The work has been adequate, but not stellar. My biggest grievance is that on more than one occasion I have not heard back from them when I've left messages asking for pricing on services. I'm not in a financial position to just order a service without first knowing what it will cost and weighing my options. And billing is always slow, which makes it hard to keep track. My guess is that they don't have support staff to handle the paperwork and respond to customer inquires, and have grown too big to effectively handle it all themselves.
