Set up an appointment to get a quote for service and they stood me up. No call no show.

At first, Jose offered a fair price with reasonable service. I have a very large yard with extensive landscaping. Unfortunately, the specific team he assigned to my property began short-cutting their work. Originally, we agreed on a price that equated to 3-3.5 hours with two workers. When I expressed to Jose that his team was leaving after 2-2.5 hours with sections of the yard unfinished, he eventually met with me and we agreed on a new plan. We agreed to EXPAND the workload to 4.5-5 hours at $450. Again, his crew began leaving unfinished work and exiting at the 3 hour mark or less. Jose promised to "take care of the problem" but still charged me the full $450 for multiple rounds of inferior work. When his crew left at only 2.5 hours of work, he fired the crew leader, but still charged me $450. He assigned a new team that performed reasonably well their first day, but left at 3 hours the second week with, again, unfinished work. Jose held steadfast at charging the full $450. To add insult, one of Jose's workers broke our window (rock from mower), Despite Jose promising to fix it, he never did so. The bottom line- Jose may offer a reasonable service for a smaller simpler yard/job. However, for a larger more complex job, he has proven to be incapable, greedy, and unwilling to correct his mistakes.

They were great. Good over the phone. Showed up at right time and did the job quick. Will def hire them again.

More like zero. Left a voicemail 5 days ago to come give me an estimate for a large job. Never heard back so I went with somebody else who made 700.00.

Terrible service...he gave me a verbal quote for weekly lawn care then charged me $10/week more. He also tried to charge me full summer rate during the winter. When I said no, he gave me a rate quote for half of what summer cost and then of course charged me and extra $10/mow. Get everything in writing with this guy - he is trying to take advantage of singe older adults.

Jose's Yard Service fixed my sprinkling system. He stands behind his work and does an excellent job.
