I really like that BOG always lets you know when they are on site. Jena, like the other team members, was very personable and informative. They leave complete details on what is addressed during their visits. It allowed me the opportunity to discuss my questions and address specific concerns. Jena addressed all we discussed and went beyond in noticing additional details.

Our technician, Jena, checked in to make us aware she was treating the area and make sure she would be able to access the backyard. I always appreciate these check-ins as it allows me to crate our dog, Ruby, keeping her from going crazy when she sees someone in the yard.
Jena is an amazing BOG technician who has done immensely outstanding work in the VA area. She travels far and wide to service as many people as possible and puts 100% of her effort into stamping out any pest activity. She goes even further beyond with her preventative maintenance, doing all of her work with a warm smile and positive attitude. Her work with BOG and the work of other BOG technicians such as James Wright have cemented BOG as the best pest control service this side of the country. BOG will be the first company I call if I see another infestation or unwanted critter on my property. Amazing job, you all! Best of luck to your future work in VA and beyond!

Christian did a great job today. He called me to give an arrival time. When he arrived he came to the door and informed my wife that he had arrived and informed her what he he was going to do.

Caleb Jackson and his assistant provided excellent & thorough lawn service which included summer application of fertilizer, weed, grub, & ant control. Before applying the treatment, Caleb clearly explained what the treatment would cover & was attentive to concerns I expressed about ants in my yard. He addressed that during the treatment process. Caleb has treated my lawn several times before, and is always very pleasant and informative. The treatment was followed up with a written service summary report that was sent to me.
Caleb really took the time to explain the process. We walked around my yard and he helped me identify the grasses I have and what I thought was weeds but was not. He explained about a program to help clear my weeds. He was very attentive to my desires for my lawn and even thought it wasnt as bad as I said it was. Great technician.
