My son worked for this company. The owner bounces paychecks. His business license is suspended. We are being evicted now because he doesn't pay his employees.
I had had this company come out to do some standard yard maintenance, during the second time at our location the sliding glass door of our house was destroyed. After this we had been informed the company would pay for the replacement and I would not be charged for a service fee. This was back in April, at this point I'm still being asked to pay for the services, the door repair company has not been paid and I'm having to hunt down the office as the listed address is abandoned. At this time if I am not contacted in a timely manner legal action is my only way forward. Highly recommend you do not work with this company.
We hired JB Landscape to care for our yard a few months ago. They really listen to what we need and then follow through! They are always asking what else they can do for us and they are super responsive to any questions or requests we have.
We are extremely happy with JB Landscape Maintenance and their service. Since we have begun using them our weed problem has reduced significantly and our yard is looking better than ever. We appreciate their flexibility and their quick work. They are often so efficient that I do not get a chance to interact with their team or thank them, but when I have spoken to them they have been kind, professional and provided great customer service. They have answered all of my questions about my yard. I am very grateful for their flexibility, great service, and high quality work, as it takes a lot of worry off my mind. JB Landscape recently did a spring cleanup at our home. They arrived on time, were friendly and did a fantastic job. There was a lot to do and they worked hard the entire time they were here. We are very pleased with how our home looks and look forward to their return in 2 weeks.
I have been using JB Landscape for the past year for yard maintenance, and they do a great job. I recommend their service. I give 4 of 5 stars as I have a small side yard that is not used very often, but it is part of the service I pay for. The weeds on the side yard were not taken care of for a few months, and my husband ended up having to take care of them.
I've had services from JB Landscape Maintenance for approximately 3 years and they have been very good about communicating temporary changes in schedule. They do a very thorough job with my yard maintenance and their rates are reasonable. Little things can mean a lot - ie the hanging plant in the winter is dying so they'll take it down and then hang a new hanging plant in the spring (both of which are hard for me). I appreciate their reliability and good work ethic.
I am extremely impressed with the service I just received from JB. The 2 man crew arrived on time and in uniform. They introduced themselves professionally. My boss, Kevin did not brief them on the job accurately. Crew leader Tanner adapted to the job and trained Ryan very efficiently. Ryan's first day on the job was impressive.. These 2 employees went above and beyond the call of duty.
Final invoice was 2 to 3 times the estimate, will not use them again, very expensive lesson learned
They scheduled for delivery, rescheduled 3 times and then completely cancelled altogether after having me wait for weeks, change my plans etc. said that it was because they can t get a truck part.
Im really happy with JB Landscape. They do good work and will help me with any landscape projects.

I have used JB for the past 2 years. They are reliable and professional; I like them very much. I find them easier to communicate with than other landscapes services. The cost is a bit higher, but I think it is worth it. We have used JB for lawn and yard maintenance, but also for larger jobs like trimming hedges and applying mulch.
JB Landscape has been conducting regular maintenance on a rental property of mine. They have been efficient and reliable in their service. Every time I go to see the house, the yard looks fabulous!

I would gladly recommend JB Landscape service. They are efficient and courteous. They always close my backyard gate. This is important to me because I am disabled and I have a dog. They do a great job on the lawn. I never have any concerns about the appearance of my homes curb appeal.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this yard service. I hired JB Landscaping for about 6 months to maintain the appearance of my lawn; basic mowing & edging (weed control was not done). This was for my entire property (I have a large front lawn and small fenced side yard). I ultimately ended service due to the inconsistency of service. There were multiple times that the staff only mowed the front lawn and left my side yard untouched. Each time this happened, I reached out to Jeremy, who I believe is the owner of this company. He was always very responsive and apologetic. The second time it happened, he sent them back over the next day to finish their job. By the third time, they decided to skip my house altogether. It was an extremely wet day, and after I emailed him, he stated they were very behind due to weather and going to finish the next day. This was frustrating for multiple reasons. One, all the other houses on my street that they maintain, were done on service day. Secondly, there was zero communication of this delay. I wouldve been more understanding and patient with this situation if I was aware of what was going on, not that my house was just skipped. Especially with the history of them not doing the work previously. To give some credit, when they do mow and edge, my yard always looked great after. Key phrase though, *when they did.* I hope they improve their work integrity, consistency and communication for future customers.
Lack of communication, don t always come on scheduled day, don t weed or prune shrubs like they say.
The guys that have been coming over have been really respectful and seem to have a lot of experience in landscaping. They do a good job keeping things looking nice! Thanks for avoiding some of my starter plants that may look like weeds to some! Overall would recommend :)
I had a broken sprinkler line. Jason from JB repaired it quickly, adjusted sprinkler heads and repaired on head I didn t even know was broken. Very friendly and took care of business quickly.
Drivers for this company dont use proper road manners. No signals and cut people off to change lanes. Talk about rude.
We had a great experience with JB. They removed our old lawn and installed new sod. It looks terrific and we are very happy with it. Jeremy responded quickly and professionally to our questions and was very easy to work with. He did most of the work himself. Cost was also very reasonable. Positive

Jeremy, provided me with a quote the day after I contacted him for a complete yard over haul front and back. I had a quote in a couple of hours after inspecting my yard. The job included removing the old lawn, bringing in new top soil, landscaping and then laying new sod. The job started 1 week after the quote was provided and was completed very rapidly. ( these guys work hard!) When the work was completed all of my neighbors complimented me and what a great job was done. Thank you for a great job at a reasonable cost! Jim
One of your trucks tried to pass me on the right after their merge lane disappeared and I got to hear all kinds of fun language. They promptly tried to pull up next to me and intimidate me at a red light and then recklessly sped off. This was in Albany and I got it on my dash cam. Next time its going to the cops. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE
Great and timely work, they didnt try to drag out the work, It was a two hour job, they worked a bit over and still only charged two hundred. I had let the weeds go a bit due to illness, and they nicked the siding on my house. Instead of skirting away from the damage they owned up to it and even offered to replace the siding where there was a knick. Our world is a letigious place, its nice when people own up.
JB handles the landscaping where I live. Recently, I asked the fellas absit clearing leaves in an ambiguous property-line area. They went above and beyond, before a holiday weekend, to make the land look impeccable, and stay ahead of the soggy, mosquitod, endless leaves! Downside: The amount of pesticides used for weed control seems like overkill ;) and can unintentionally harm other plants, humans and pets. Im confident that when I make a call, theyll answer questions and try to make other accommodations for weed-control if possible. To the one-star reviews who didnt get called back: try a handy-person / gig worker rather than a company who probably relies on contracts, or bigger jobs than yours. And to the one-star drivers getting cut-off?!? Ill bet you wrote that review while you were driving so just stop right there and reprioritize. Arent you supposed to review the *services* instead of venting online what you shoulda yelled out the window.

After attempting to reach countless times, and I was told they d work on my yard, and I was next on their list, but that was 2 weeks ago, which never happened. Very Unreliable , unprofessional, and not very responsive.

Jeremy and his guys did a great job for a reasonable price. I needed a once over on both front and back yard and I needed it within just a few days of calling. Jeremy took time out of his day off to come provide an estimate and was able to complete the work the very next day for me. I highly recommend JB Landscape Maintenance to anybody that is shopping around. I will certainly be giving them more of my business in the future.
Jeremy and crew won t let you down. They do great work at an unbelievably low price. We used their service for multiple major landscaping projects as well as regular maintenance throughout the year and were always happy. Highly recommended.
